The Black Dahlia Murder's sixth full-length album, "Everblack", will be released worldwide in June 2013. The album artwork for "Everblack" was painted by renowned artist Nick Keller, recording was completed at Audiohammer Studios (lead guitars and vocals), Rustbelt Studios (drums), and Regal Fecal (guitar and bass), mixing was handled by Jason Suecof and Ryan Williams and mastering was completed by Alan Douches at West Westside.

Trevor Strnad's horror-inspired lyrics persist on "Everblack", beginning with 'In Hell is Where She Waits for Me', a reference to the murder from which the band took for their moniker.

Vocalist Trevor Strnad elaborates on the lyrical concepts: "The opening track is the first actual song we've done about the Black Dahlia. This one is for the fans, they've been asking for this to happen for a long time. The story takes place at the Elizabeth Short's rain drenched funeral, where her killer in attendance, just one of the many macabre tales woven into the fabric of Everblack. Subterranean flesh-farming vampires, vine rape, Jeffery Dahmer, amputation, it's all here! With this sixth slab of sickness I tried my best to honor the band's legacy and write lyrics that will keep the legions of horror fiends perspiring with fear."

The debut single, 'Into the Everblack', is streaming now on metalblade.com/bdm.

Also available at metalblade.com/bdm are a variety of limited edition pre-order bundles. Fans can grab 'Everblack' on a triple gatefold double LP with purple / white marbled vinyl, along with "crime scene bundles." An evidence pack, which includes toe tags, deceased band member photos, spent shotgun shells, and more can be viewed now. These bundles are extremely limited and expected to sell out quickly.

'Everblack' will be released on June 10th in the UK.

Finnish Metal veterans Children of Bodom have announced their welcomed return back to the UK for a full headline tour this October.

The quintet will play seven shows around the UK and Ireland as part of the ‘Halo Of Blood Over Europe’ Tour, starting in Bournemouth on 7th October and ending at the prestigious Shepherds Bush Empire in London on 15th October. One of Finland's biggest musical exports, Children Of Bodom are firing up to release their 8th studio album ‘Halo Of Blood’, their first since returning to their original label home Nuclear Blast.

They've done it again, Dartford's very own Trance Metal ensemble Silent Descent have released their third music video to date, their first ever music video was 'Duplicity' which was taken from the album of the same name, this was predominantly featuring the old line-up, as musicians come and gone it was prime time for the Kent mob to deliver another album, it was in the majestic form of 'Mind Games' that cemented the band as one of the most exciting modern metal bands to explode nationwide, released through the now defunct Rising Records, 'Mind Games' was to become a popular release in the metal community, one that landed them playing alongside Japanese cyber metal sensations Blood Stained Child and evidently the return to Download Festival. As the band's second music video coalesced into becoming 'Psychotic Euphoric' it was clear that they meant business, the sound had matured and the saddening departure of Kipster, the bands DJ and hard trance powerhouse, so what a fitting way to show that Silent Descent are expanding and clearly are 'Breaking The Space'

It is with heavy hearts that we have learnt news that the beloved Kipster has chose to depart Silent Descent after four years active duties playing DJ/Samples in the band who hail from Dartford, Kent and play an eclectic mix of European style Melodic Death Metal with upbeat trance music.

According to Silent Descent:

"The Kip man will still be writing with us on the next album and we may even see him performing at the odd show, but for now it's goodbye. This Thursday at Leo's Red Lion will be Chippies last show, so please make the effort and come give him an awesome send off!"

"We're not actively looking to replace Kips, but if you think you've what it takes as a trance, dubstep, synth heavy producer, then please give us a message".

Kipster gave his services on the band's critically-acclaimed debut album 'Duplicity' which earned them rave reviews even from Metal Hammer who lauded them as 'The Trance Metal juggernaut the world has been waiting for'.

He recently recorded on the band's sophomore album 'Mind Games' and this album received good reviews too.

After a string of countless Download Festival appearances and tours / gigs with bands such as Mask Of Virtue, The Dead Lay Waiting, Blood Stain Child and naturally his last ever gig at the Leo's RED Roar in Gravesend, Kent this upcoming Thursday.

After months of tip-toeing around it, we've decided to break the silence and let you guys know the truth.

After six long, grueling years of relentless back-to-back touring, Ryan Williams has decided to step down from his full time position in The Black Dahlia Murder to pursue a career in recording (please stop and check out his new gig here: http://www.facebook.com/Augmented.Audio). Although the remaining members are indeed saddened by his decision, the good news is that Ryan will still be involved in the band in many ways, from continued contributions of songwriting (Ryan wrote those sick Robocop riffs in "Malenchantments Of The Necrosphere", amongst several others, mind you) to overseeing and co-producing future BDM recordings. As you will clearly see by the statements of all parties involved, the change is completely amicable, and the love and brotherhood we've shared with Ryan over the years remains untarnished. We wish him the absolute best of luck with Augmented Audio and all of his future endeavors.

Max Lavelle was literally the first idea of a replacement for Ryan, we had toured alongside him when he was playing with Despised Icon a few different times and had the chance to become pretty good friends with the guy as well as be allowed the chance to see him perform live many times. Max is a diehard metal head, a great bassist, a monstrous live presence and a welcome shot of energy into the bloodstream of this band. _American Technical Melodeath mob Allegaeon have completed a lyric video for their song 'Behold (God I Am)' from their latest album'Formshifter'. The video was animated by Josh Knoff and features elements from the cover art (which was created by Colin Marks and is now the band's signature "A" symbol). Watch the video here. In January 2012, the band traveled to Southern California and entered Lambesis Studios with Daniel Castleman (As I Lay Dying, Impending Doom, Carnifex, Winds of Plague) to begin work on'Formshifter'.
