Does the 41st day of summer vacation ring a bell? Sum 41 are back with a brand new music video

Sum 41 are back and better than ever!

The band's brand new video for "Fake My Own Death" is currently more than halfway to 1 million views (616K+), just one day after its release!

With praise from Billboard, MTV, Alternative Press, Huffington Post, Mashable, Entertainment Weekly, Loudwire, Bustle and more, "Fake My Own Death" is the first taste of the return of Sum 41 and they did it in a big way.

With their upcoming album "13 Voices", out October 7th on Hopeless Records, we see Sum 41 as an impenetrable unit putting everything they've got out into their music. The result is a dynamic, impassioned collection of melodic, guitar wielding, rock songs.

If you haven't already seen the video featuring Kim Kardashian, Bill Cosby, James Franco, Seth Rogan, Miley Cyrus, Kermit, Nyan Cat, Doge and more, check out what everyone is buzzing about below!

Directed by Marc Klasfeld, who previously worked with Sum 41 on their videos for "Fat Lip", "In Too Deep" and "The Hell Song," "Fake My Own Death" depicts the band performing on a rooftop in down-town Los Angeles, where all their worst nightmares -- including Kim Kardashian, Michael Jordan and Donald Trump -- come to attack them.

"Fake My Own Death" is the first listen off Sum 41's forthcoming new album, "13 Voices", due out October 7th via Hopeless Records. Singer Deryck Whibley shares his thoughts behind "Fake My Own Death," "I just wanted to get away from everything that I had been doing. I needed to start a new life-like faking my own death." The ten-track album marks the band's first LP in five years, following up 2011's Screaming Bloody Murder, which featured the Grammy Nominated song "Blood In My Eyes."

With the upcoming release of this album we see Sum 41 as an impenetrable unit putting everything they've got out into "13 Voices". The result is a dynamic, impassioned collection of melodic, guitar wielding, rock songs. "I can't say whether this is our best record or not, as I don't know if it is," states Whibley. "All I can say is I did the best I possibly could during the toughest period of my life".

Whibley began writing for "13 Voices" immediately following his four-month stint in the hospital. The frontman recalls, "I had to learn how to do everything again-my motor skills, learning how to play guitar again... I couldn't even walk at the time. It was really difficult, but at the same time if I didn't have a record to make, I don't think I would have recovered as quickly. Writing music gave me a purpose. I had to get better." As Whibley's health improved, so did his ability to write songs, and "13 Voices" soon began to take shape being recorded, produced and engineered by Deryck Whibley at his home in Los Angeles.

Canada's Projekt F post their new video 'Unbegun'

Montreal industrial monsters Projekt F have posted a new video 'Unbegun' in support of their recently released EP 'The Butterfly Effect'. The EP is their loudest release to date featuring seven pinnacle tracks for your auditory senses discussing the torrid relationship between man and God to continue their thematic discography ‘Skins’ (2013) and ‘Under The Skin’ (2014).

''We consider 'The Butterfly Effect' to be an extremely raw and honest EP. Early in the process of making it, we knew that we would not be making a music video for it. However, we thought it was important to give something to our fans. So we decided to make a video that would show a side of Projekt F that hasn't been seen before. Like the EP, a raw and honest one. Many of you have seen our "on stage persona” before, but with this video that we have made for our single, "Unbegun", we are sharing a different side of ourselves.'' comments vocalist John M. Miller.

On the album, frontman Deryck Whibley says, "I am really excited to be releasing an album after everything I've been through recently. This new music represents the journey I've been on throughout the process of making this record. I had to fall in order to rise, and nothing feels better than to have something you love that you had to really fight for. I can honestly say that 13 Voices saved my life and I cannot wait to share it with all of you."

Whibley began writing for 13 Voices immediately following his four-month stint in the hospital. Sum 41 sign to Hopeless Records with new album details coming soon‏

Celebrating their 20th Anniversary since starting the band, Canadian Pop Punkers Sum 41 have announced their signing to Los Angeles' Hopeless Records. This will mark the band's first album in five years, following up 2011's "Screaming Bloody Murder", which featured the Grammy Nominated song "Blood In My Eyes." The upcoming album was written, engineered and produced by lead vocalist / rhythm guitarist Deryck Whibley.

On the signing, Whibley expressed his thoughts:-

"It's crazy to think that we started this band 20 years ago and so much has happened, and it all happened really fast. When I look back at everything it still feels like it's all so recent. I think this a good thing because it still feels like there is still so much to do...which is why I am excited for a new album and to be releasing it with Hopeless Records."

Sum 41, consisting of five members including Whibley, lead guitarist / backing vocalist Dave Baksh, co-lead guitarist / backing vocalist Tom Thacker, bassist / backing vocalist Jason McCaslin and drummer Frank Zummo, are excited about to join label mates and friends such as New Found Glory, The Used, Neck Deep, All Time Low and more.

Averaging more than 300 live performances per year, SUM 41 will hit the road this summer making their way across the US as part of the 2016 Warped Tour, beginning on June 22nd at the Road to Warped Tour in Anchorage, AK and wrapping on August 7th in Pomona, CA. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased, here: http://vanswarpedtour.com/dates/.
