Xtreem Music has set March 15th as the international release date for Panikk's highly anticipated second album, Discarded Existence. Panikk was formed in 2008 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and to this point, they evolved into a vivid thrash act. They play fast and energetic old-school thrash metal influenced by Bay Area thrash acts such as Vio-lence, Forbidden, Forced Entry, Exodus, etc. In 2009, Panikk recorded a demo, and since then, they played numerous gigs across Slovenia. In 2013, they released their first album, titled Unbearable Conditions, through Slovenian label Metal Tank Records, which immediately gained a wealth of accolades and positive reviews. In 2014, new drummer Črt Valentić from Mephistophelian joined the Panikk ranks, and Unbearable Conditions was reissued by Xtreem Music with worldwide distribution. In 2015, they played the MetalDays festival, opened for Nuclear Assault, and shredded through many other venues both at home and abroad. In September of that year, Jaka Črešnar replaced Nejc Nardin on lead guitars, and they released the EP Pass the Time. Renewed, the band spent all of 2016 working on their second album, Discarded Existence. "Eyes Don't Lie," the first taste of Discarded Existence, can be heard at Xtreem Music's Youtube channel HERE.

The band released a new video for the song “Astronaut In Her Space” from their second album “Civilization”. This song draws parallels between the depths of the universe and a human mind. One person explores the other one like a spaceship, drifting among the space. Anyway even if you are far from philosophy you can just enjoy powerful riffs, catchy melodies and exceptional vocal of beautiful Svetlana! Spanish modern metal act Far'n'Hate has released a new video for the single "Horizons", taken from the new album "Eternal" out now via White Tower Records. Regarding the new video the band says: "We wanted to film the video in a beautiful landscape to have the sensation of freedom and optimism which is the message we wanted to give with this song. We are really happy with the result as it is exactly what we had in our minds". Watch the new video by clicking here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QENliTFPHGo) or listen via Spotify. After growing and establishing a local fan base and spreading the word about their intense and energetic live show, in September of 2011 the band releases their debut full-length album titled “From Death comes Life”. The dark atmospheric metal innovators from Catalonia will release their next album on the label. Stay with us to see where this venture will lead. Expect more news very soon." Foscor hail from Catalonia, which is still yet largely unwilling part of modern Spain. With Barcelona as its capital this region has a long artistic tradition with the fin de siècle style of Modernisme a parallel development to Art Noveau and Jugendstil among others forming one of its major achievements. Catalonia has also left its mark in the extreme music scene of Spain. Foscor are attracted to and build upon these foundations, while taking inspiration from the morbid, decadent, and sick reflections on a rapidly changing society that shaped the artistic landscape at the end of the nineteenth century. Based in Barcelona, the name Foscor translates as "darkness" from their native Catalan tongue, which the band often uses for their lyrics as a distinctive element and strong connection with their cultural reality. The Catalans first three albums, 'Entrance to the Shadows' Village' (2004), 'The Smile of the Sad Ones' (2007), and 'Groans to the Guilty' (2009) were wrapping a shroud of classic second wave black metal around a melancholic yet vital core, while already showing a distinct individuality reaching out from the confines of any genre. 'Groans to the Guilty' witnessed Foscor setting out towards more progressive and avant-garde course, but it was their next full-length 'Those Horrors Wither' (2014), which marked a clear departure from the black metal waters as well as related clichés and self-imposed limitations. Darkness found an equally strong expression through the use of clean vocals, doom infused tempo reduction, and catchy heavy riffing. Foscor have already finished recording their forthcoming fifth full-length, which will be released in the course of 2017. Influenced by Paradise Lost, Katatonia and Bolt Thrower, The Crawling use a guttural vocal to combine melancholy with weight, churning out a heavy, doom / death ensemble. January 2015 saw the debut single 'Choking On Concrete,' which put the band on the scene, followed in October 2015 by the critically acclaimed In Light of Dark Days 3 track EP. 2016 was a massive year for the band; most notably performing at Inferno Metal Festival in Norway, and Bloodstock Open Air in England. The festival appearances have been reinforced by successful headline shows at home, which culminated in a main stage slot at the highly respected Siege of Limerick festival in Southern Ireland. With the announcement of the bands debut album Anatomy Of Loss now brought to the fore, the band have revealed an album trailer which offers the first glimpse into what's over the horizon. Set for release 7th April 2017 via Grindscene Records, featuring no less than seven tracks expressing desperation and defeat and artwork from Travis Smith (Anathema, Bloodbath, Death...) The Crawling strive to spread their brand of misery ever further. Watch The Anatomy Of Loss Trailer Here! https://youtu.be/hIRSHjYk4rc Vocalist / guitarist Andy Clarke comments, "Anatomy of Loss is an album inspired by true events. It examines experiences of the band first hand, and what we see in our everyday lives. In short, it is a collection of stories about loss, regret and despondency. It looks at how people develop mechanisms to cope with grief, failure and heartbreak; and more often than not - the inability to do so. The recording process consisted of fun, despair, rage and subsequently immense satisfaction. Translating a song from the rehearsal studio to record is a daunting task, but this album was particularly challenging." "I have my own studio, so we figured we would simply invest in ourselves, and spend far too many hours ensuring everything was captured just as we wanted. The results were inspiring; we have a heavy, clear and vigorous production showcasing the songs perfectly." www.thecrawlingband.co.uk www.facebook.com/thecrawlingband www.grindscene.co.uk Colorado Metalcore outfit The Anchor is premiering their new music video titled "The Hardest Part" off their recent full length release A World Ahead. Vocalist, Linzey Rae, most notably known for her Metal Kitchen parody videos where she takes lyrics from today's most popular metalcore artists and turns them into cooking instructions, talked about the meaning behind the song: "I lost my mom to drug addiction. One of the most difficult lessons in life is realizing that you can't always change or save someone. The hardest part is letting go and saying goodbye. This song is a testament to forgiving through pain, remembering the best in people, and letting go of resentment. We can only be free when we find forgiveness for those who have hurt us most." "A World Ahead" is available to purchase on iTunes and all other online music retailers. Stream "The Hardest Part" at Metal Injection The Anchor is a five-piece metalcore band from Denver, Colorado. The Anchor and Linzey Rae have made a name for themselves since the viral explosion of their YouTube series, Metal Kitchen. In December 2016, The Anchor released their first full length album, A World Ahead, which charted #7 on the metal iTunes charts. We write music with the objective of providing an uplifting message, while promoting the value of self worth. Knowing first-hand the refuge that music can offer away from life’s struggles, we hope to be a voice of understanding and provide a place that someone can call their home.
