Australian death metal mavericks Vile Apparition premiere the new track "Repulsive Desire" at heavily trafficked web-portal NoCleanSinging.com. The track hails from the band's striking debut album, Depravity Ordained, set for international release on January 21st via Memento Mori for the CD version (the vinyl and cassette versions will follow later on Blood Harvest). Hear Vile Apparition's "Repulsive Desire" in its entirety exclusively HERE. Oozing out of Melbourne, Vile Apparition is a new project of Oliver Ballantyne (drums) and Jamie Colic (guitar, bass, vocals), both ex-members of the mighty Sewercide that left shortly after the recording of that band's debut album, Immortalized in Suffering, in order to pursue other endeavors. Vile Apparition's self-released debut four-song demo, Atrocious Captivity, was picked up for a cassette release in early 2018 on Transylvanian Tapes, just in time for the band to fill their live lineup for their first run of shows starting January 2018. Alas, Atrocious Captivity was but a brief taste of the nastiness to come, now in the form of Vile Apparition's full-length debut, Depravity Ordained. No lies in that title: this is fetid 'n' filthy death metal that puts a premium on the bludgeon! Old-school as it comes, of course, Vile Apparition's no-frills approach hearkens to the likes of Morpheus Descends, Ripping Corpse, and Deteriorot as well as the early works of Suffocation, Deeds of Flesh, and Cryptopsy. An astounding exhibition of ridiculous, malignant heaviness that'll drill a hole in your skull and blow your brain cells to smithereens, the album will also include the preceding demo as bonus tracks.

Switzerland’s rising stars Rage Of Light are about to unleash a musical monster! Their mix of sharp riffs, electronic beats, melody and screaming violence breaks down to the long awaited debut album Imploder, out on March 29th via Napalm Records! After the success of their EP, Chasing a Reflection, the time has come to take the next step for Switzerland's new rising electronica/metal stars Rage Of Light around the charismatic Melissa Bonny and founder Jonathan Pellet. The band on the new album: “Imploder opens a window on a hypothetical future where the detention of power and the technological evolution have been led by people acting without mesuring the consequences. Each song reflects this unique Rage Of Light signature: our own combination of powerful riffs and harsh vocals contrasted by mesmerizing trance touches and clean vocals.” Watch the album teaser HERE Imploder can be pre-ordered from January 22nd on! Rage Of Light are a Swiss trance metal/melodic death metal band, created by vocalist/keyboardist Jonathan Pellet, known for his past works with Trophallaxy/Dysrider. Finally, in 2015, he recruited Evenmore vocalist Melissa Bonny and guitarist Noé Schüpbach to complete the band. The Athens-based band, who've been around since 1989 and who now celebrate a milestone 30-year anniversary, landed a contract with Agonia Records. Work on the band's fourth studio album, follow-up to their seminal "Nykta", has already commenced. Zemial are the brainchild of multi-instrumentalist Vorskaath and are among the early creators of extreme metal from Greece. Zemial’s ever-changing style is an amalgam of sounds from avant-garde heavy and black-thrash metal, to soundscapes and progressive rock, offering a truly singular aural experience. In 2019 Zemial celebrate 30 years of unique art, during which, Vorskaath created three milestone studio albums and six EPs, all of which have created a significant underground following and demonstrate a musical entity that endlessly evolves. To celebrate, selected concerts appearances featuring Proscriptor of Absu as lead vocalist will present the music of Zemial to audiences in Europe and the USA. All cosmic signs indicate that Zemial’s next instalment to this list of works is now on the horizon, with two additional albums also largely completed. The band commented on the signing:- "We welcome the new year by announcing a distinguished new collaboration: the signing of a worldwide agreement with Agonia Records. Agonia Records has given every indication of being the right partner to support Zemial's constant transformation as we remain onto the meandering path upon which the Muse treads". More news on Zemial will follow soon. Studio line-up:

They explode through the walls of sleep to ravage your defenceless mind with visions twisted beyond comprehension...please welcome to the Imperative PR roster, Prion – an Argentinean trio of insurmountable power. It’s been nearly four years since the last album from Prion, the savage attack of Uncertain Process, but now they have returned – bringing the nightmares of Aberrant Calamity with them. Aberrant Calamity is the sound of massive, irreparable damage, a sonic vision of a brutalised reality. The finely crafted odes to terror that make up this mind-rending release are as deadly as they are deftly delivered. Featuring the heart stopping drum assault of Flavio Coscarella for the first time on a Prion recording, the level of intensity captured is frightening. The potential for Prion to utterly devastate has always been apparent, even back on their first ’99 demo, Corpse Dissection, but with Aberrant Calamity all the fearsome potential has been realised. These ten songs represent absolute death metal supremacy. The task of unleashing the beast that is Aberrant Calamity upon mankind will fall to Comatose Music and the date set for this act of mass destruction is February 22nd 2019. There will be no place to hide when Prion ride out into the night, no way to safeguard your sleeping minds. Prepare for pure, undiluted, merciless death metal and watch as the pretenders are brought to their knees. For a first taste of Prion's world of nightmares head to Slam Worldwide, where a new video for the track 'Observed Relativity' is being exclusively unleashed! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQCnpb0Ndn8&feature=youtu.be For more information on Prion click here Visit Prion on Facebook |
