Floridian deathcore mob Kill The Imposter unveil two music videos from “The Violence Sessions”8/4/2021 Kill The Imposter is an in-your-face, no-holds-barred deathcore onslaught hailing from Orlando, USA. They have a new album coming out in May of 2021 and it promises violence, rage, and a monstrous barrage of breakdowns, screams, riffs, and blast beats. “The Violence Sessions” is a seven-track album, and the third released from the band following “The Decimation” (2019), and “A Strain Of Agony” (2020). The upcoming offering is pure chaotic energy, something that current fans will recognize and new fans will revel in. Already, Kill The Imposter has released two music videos for the tracks “Mace” and “Suffer Alone”. “Mace” is likely the only political song the band will ever write, but the takeaway of it is, think for yourselves. People, who have no allegiance to you, are not the people you should be listening to. “Suffer Alone” was written for vocalist Johnny Nobody’s ex-wife as he explains himself: “I didn’t know a better way to describe the way I felt at my worst with her. I took the idea from the movie “300’ when Leonidas tells the traitor “I hope you live forever”.” He continues to share his thoughts on the full album, “we cannot wait for the fans to get their hands on it, the music is just getting tighter and more violent with each song. The more we work together the better these hits are turning out” Violent and tight, Kill The Imposter is the remedy for a hard day or the encouragement you need at the gym, they are recommended for fans of Hatebreed, Alpha Wolf, and Dealer.
“The Violence Sessions” comes out on May 28, 2021. Singles available on Spotify and Apple Music Kill The Imposter is an Orlando, USA-based deathcore band that was formed in late 2018. Pulling musical inspiration from everywhere, the intention of this four-piece band is to make you move in any capacity you see fit. Coming from local and national bands, Kill The Imposter brings experience, drive, and mayhem, to the stage. The quartet banded together over a shared love for heavy and violent music, after sharing the stage for one song they knew they had something special, so they sat down together and within a week had 3 songs written and a video lined up. They haven’t stopped since that first sit down, and they won’t stop. One of the founding members Danny Arrieta (guitar) is the primary music writer getting help with arrangement by Johnny Nobody (vocals). Nick Colvin (drums) carries the aggressive speed and heavy grooves with Wilson Bembry ( bass) definitely sharing and blending the thundering lows and technical playing between all of it. Since they got together, Kill The Imposter has released “The Decimation” (2019), “A Strain Of Agony” (2020) and “The Violence Sessions” (2021). They have pummeled the stages of Central Florida Metal Fest and Tampa DeathFest and played alongside heavy hitters such as Nile and Terrorizer.

Hungarian death metal band Damnation are set to release their debut material via Pest Records. Established in Makó, Hungary by ex-Thy Catafalque guitarist János Juhász in 2020, Damnation soon evolved into a full line-up formation featuring experienced musicians from the Hungarian underground:

The band's debut material titled "Majesty In Degradation" will be soon released via Pest Records (a Loud Rage Music chapter) on jewel-case CD format, and the first single, Ziggurat Of The Necrocommand, is now available for streaming here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1iFH8ZtMdi4 Damnation: Pest Records: The Devil Wears Prada can always be counted on to challenge themselves — and the world around them with their music. The band —Mike Hranica [vocals], Jeremy DePoyster [vocals, guitar], Mason Nagy [bass], Kyle Sipress [guitar], Jonathan Gering [keys, synthesizers], and Giuseppe Capolupo [drums] — refuse to be hemmed in by boundaries. With their new ZII EP, which arrives 21st May 2021 via Solid State Records, The Devil Wears Prada did not come to play. It's a discordant, dissonant exercise in excellence.
The band has also planned a livestream event for Saturday, 15th May, during which they will play the entire ZII EP in full. Fans can purchase tickets along with the pre-order of the EP. The original Zombie EP dropped all the way back in August 2010 and remains an intense fan favourite. While not a chronological release in the TDWP catalogue, ZII is the next chapter. "There's no question that the Zombie EP is a fan favourite and a record that really set the pace for us as a heavier band. A goal we had for this EP was to pay tribute to Z1 while honing in on the characteristics that we enjoy about heavy music today and the directions we want to see it heading. We just had our first song go to radio with 'Chemical', and now in the same year we will be releasing the heaviest music of our career with Z2. This isn’t just a new chapter for the Zombie EP this is a new chapter for us as a band, and an opportunity to lean into both sounds in ways that feel better than ever. We’ve found our footing with these six members and now we're stepping on the gas and not letting up. Before, there were five songs about how to fend off the apocalypse. Now there are five songs of hopelessness against the hoard.” https://www.facebook.com/tdwp/ Cellist Tina Guo joins metal legends on new track 'Thunder Force' from soundtrack to Netflix film3/4/2021 Milan Records have released the title track and lead single from Netflix’s upcoming superhero comedy Thunder Force. ‘Thunder Force’ was written by composer Fil Eisler for the film alongside Scott Ian (Anthrax) and Corey Taylor (Slipknot & Stone Sour) and features a star-studded line-up of metal legends Lzzy Hale (Halestrom), Dave Lombardo (Slayer) as well as dynamic electric cellist Tina Guo. The track features as the end credits song to the new action comedy from writer / director Ben Falcone and starring Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer, which premieres on Netflix Friday, April 9. It features as the lead single to the film’s original soundtrack by composer Fil Eisler, which will be released by Milan Records in conjunction with the film’s debut next Friday, April 9.
Of the track, composer Fil Eisler says: “One of the great things about scoring movies is that I get to play in a lot of different musical sandboxes and occasionally the opportunity comes up to invite in some special guests. Anthrax and Slayer played a huge part in my childhood and I’ve been a fan of both Corey [Taylor] and Lzzy [Hale] for years, so when the idea of doing an orchestral metal score came up, it was a perfect excuse to go straight to the source. Why fake it when you can work with the real originals! It was honestly one of the most outright fun experiences of my scoring career so far.” Co-writer and featured musician Scott Ian states that:-

The song tells a haunting tale of isolation, misery, and the emotional outcome of living a pointless life; amplified by the fact so many 'spectate' a chain of events, without offering support. The lyric video was written, created and filmed entirely alone by vocalist/guitarist Andy Clarke; solely due to lockdown restrictions, and the inability to use a professional studio. The single is accompanied in physical format by digipak CD, cassette, and a new exclusive t-shirt design (created by Serpent Tusk). Vocalist / guitarist Andy Clarke commented: “Lockdown restrictions in Northern Ireland didn't allow for the band to even be in the same room together, let alone film a music video. I really hated the thought of releasing a new track without a video, as it's something I really enjoy; so, my hand was forced to film something on my own. It's not like our normal performance style videos, but more of a live action lyric video. It works well, emphasising the lyrics, whilst also creating the haunting imagery of the song." Formed in the winter of 2014 in Lisburn city, Northern Ireland, The Crawling use a guttural vocal to combine melancholy with weight, churning out a heavy, doom/death ensemble. January 2015 saw the debut single ‘Choking On Concrete,’ followed in October 2015 by the critically acclaimed In ‘Light of Dark Days' EP. April 2017 the bands debut album 'Anatomy Of Loss' was released via Grindscene Records, accompanied by five music videos, receiving excellent reviews worldwide, and was streamed exclusively by Metal Hammer UK. November 2018, ‘Wolves and the Hideous White’ features six tracks, building on the sound of their debut. The album did well with media and fans alike, increasing the fan base. With live music on hold, and gatherings being kept to a minimum, and rehearsals being limited; The Crawling concentrated efforts on their most depressive track to date - “Sparrow,” coupled with an interpretation of the Bjork track “Play Dead.” The Crawling have spread the misery drenched album through a strong live performance, with support from a loyal fan base; most notably appearing at Inferno Metal Festival (Norway), Bloodstock Open Air (UK), Seige of Limerick (IRE), Metal Days (SLO), Shellshockfest (Malta), Uprising (UK), Incinerationfest (UK), Mammothfest (UK) and Full Metal Mensa (GER). The Crawling are highly active on all social media platforms, and have continued support from Grindscene Records. Shasank shares more details about the song: "This is the title song and also the heaviest song on the album! It's about a dystopian future where common people have no rights and are trapped under the control of evil governments and shadow organizations. We also got the idea for the cover artwork after writing this song, where the band also known as The Army of Four are being sentenced to death by the electric chair for rebellion against the evil government. Overall, it's a very aggressive heavy metal song with a good blend of thrash." Check out the video below The album End of the Line will be out May 14th via German-Swiss based record label Doc Gator Records in Europe and independently the rest of the world. The sound of Against Evil is best described as Heavy Metal with Power and Speed Metal influence. Against Evil is a heavy metal band from the city of Visakhapatnam (India), formed in 2014. Combining traditional heavy metal, power metal and speed metal with a modern sound, the band’s music can be described as adrenaline inducing, fist pumping, bone crushing, anthemic metal! The band released two albums – 'Fatal Assault' in 2015 and 'All Hail the King' in 2018 which were met with great critical acclaim. After the release of their album 'All Hail the King', the band started to gain a solid fan base worldwide, especially in Europe among fans of traditional heavy metal, power metal and thrash metal which led to the collaboration with German/Swiss based record label Doc Gator Records who later released the album in Europe. With the help of Doc Gator Records and Facebook metal group “Heavy Metal Fans”, the band set off on a crowdfunded European tour in the summer of 2019, performing club and festival shows in Germany, Austria, Belgium and Switzerland and sharing stages with legendary bands such as Queensryche, Riot V, Hardline and many others. Floridian metalcore four-piece Afterlife have shared a brand new single and music video “Burn It Down”. The music video takes the new lyrics literally, complete with the band performing alongside some major pyrotechnics. Fans can listen to “Burn It Down” and watch the accompanying music video now at https://smarturl.it/burnitdownvideo Vocalist Tyler Levenson shares his thoughts:- “’Burn It Down’ was written towards the tail end of the recording process and at that time we were many months into the global pandemic which personally resulted in a lot of anger and frustration with how things were being handled in not only our country but around the world. Writing and recording music in a time where there is this looming sense of fear and uncertainty put me in a place where I’ve never been before mentally and at that time I felt very hopeless and as if my “world” was on fire so I wanted the song to feel very empowering and anthemic in tone to counter how I was feeling which resulted in the lyrics “You bring the match, I’ll bring the gas, Together we’ll burn it and live among the ash” and “When push comes to shove, You gave us no choice” to really visualize that we’ve had enough and it’s time for change which I’m sure many others feel the same exact way as we do.” “Burn It Down” follows late 2020 single release “Wasting Time,” an anthemic track that was written to inspire people. Afterlife released their debut album Breaking Point via Hopeless Records in early 2019, which immediately gained immense praise from fans while garnering adds to Spotify’s Rock Hard, New Core and New Blood playlists, Amazon’s Fresh Hard Rock and The Forge UK playlists and Pandora’s New Rock station. Additional support from BBC Radio 1, Kerrang!, idobi Howl and Alternative Press as well as multiple Number 1 spots on Sirius XM Octane has helped propel Afterlife into headphones of listeners around the world. The album ambitiously tackles a variety of impactful topics from mental health and domestic assault to political apathy and the weight of guilt over the course of 10 unique tracks that blend influences like Slipknot, Linkin Park and modern hip-hop. For more information, please visit www.hopelessrecords.com On April 23rd, Dead Center Productions will release debut album of German Death Metal band Death Chamber - "Experiments in Warfare". And today, the 2nd Single "The Inevitable" released on all digital platforms!
Death Chamber is a German Death Metal band from Munich. It was brought to life by guitarist Tim in August 2018. In addition to his Black Metal band Chaedrist he wanted to experiment and devote himself more to the sound of Death Metal. Originally intending to be just a small studio project, it soon became much bigger... In October 2018, Tim started writing material for Death Chamber's debut. Having written all the music, he played and programmed every instrument involved. It was fast, aggressive and powerful, inspired by bands like Vomitory, Benediction, Nile, Divine Heresy & Cut Up. Double bass, blast beats, fast guitar picking and aggressively shouted vocals are a central element of the band's music. At first, three songs were planned to be recorded with different vocalists. “Murder Beyond Death”, “Leave a Path of Cinder” & “Final Era” were recorded and uploaded to various online platforms, and the multitude of positive feedback on these songs displayed the need for more material. With that, Tim decided to launch Death Chamber as a band and started the writing process for the debut EP: “Experiments in Warfare”. Vocalist Pat joined the band in late 2019 as a full-time member. He arranged the vocals for “Final Era” and met the sound expectations of Tim. Combining both a proper range, and an aggressive vocal sound, he was the perfect fit for Death Chamber. Pat is also the vocalist in the Melodic Death Metal outfit The Course is Black and did various guest appearances for other bands. As a lyrical theme he chose “war” as an aggressive root but combined it with problems that come with modern society and result in mental distress. “Experiments in Warfare” presents this lyrical concept and is covered throughout the EP. Apart from the screams and growls, Pat was also responsible for the EP's front cover design, in which he created a strong visual connection to the lyrical context. The back cover design and photography was realized by Immanuel from the likewise Munich-based extreme metal band Chokehold Policy, who will support the band on bass during live performances. The band is planning to play shows as soon as possible to bring their music to the masses. Writing for the next record will also start soon.

Canadian melodic death / gothic metallers Sanguine Glacialis unveil new music video “Kraken”1/4/2021 Montreal, QC's Sanguine Glacialis have a new music video for the track “Kraken” in support of their 2018 album “Hadopelagic”. The band experiments with a vast array of musical styles such as jazz, classical, folkloric music, and Latin music while keeping a very strong melodic death metal accent. Today, the band is asking fans to come dance La Valse des condamnés! with the premiere of the video for “Kraken” via Bravewords HERE. Sanguine Glacialis explains the song in their own words: “This is the third and last single from our album “Hadopelagic”. It’s actually the first song that was written when we finished the recording of our first album “Dancing with a Hanged Man”, and because of that, you can clearly hear the influences of the first album and former line-up. It’s a song that we all liked, so we decided to keep it and adapt it to our new line-up. The lyrics talk about a man who goes to sea, knowing well that a monster awaits him, and despite the warnings of the people around him, unfortunately never comes back. The music video is centred on this story, showing a ghost ship wandering the seas, reliving the passengers’ deaths in the hands of the Kraken, forever.” “Hadopelagic” is the second full-length album from Sanguine Glacialis, following 2012’s “Dancing With A Hanged Man” and 2016’s EP “Pitch Black Sight”. The beauty of Sanguine Glacialis is that their influences shine through prominently in their music, and each song has its own atmosphere, taking from a unique slice of the musical spectrum. With this album, the band took a huge step forward and fans have been appreciating its mature sound much more than the previous one. According to the band, everything is better on this release and they are proud of the new direction they have taken. There has been talk of writing another album and getting back to live performances in the not too distant future. Fans of Fleshgod Apocalypse, Between the Buried and Me, and Diablo Swing Orchestra will likely be interested in the genre-bending sounds of Sanguine Glacialis. “Hadopelagic” was released on April 6, 2018 and available on the following platforms: Sanguineglacialis.bandcamp.com, Apple Music, Amazon, Spotify.
