Black Ceremonial Kult, Chilean gods of the dark abyss, are back. The band, which is deeply rooted in the underground, has released two demos and three splits so far. With these releases, band gained the respect of fans who love sincere devotion to blasphemous art. This time we proudly present a new release, which, although it is an EP, may surprise with its length. 'Crowned in Chaos' will be released on June 14th and will be available on CD, LP, tape and in Digital formats.
Nietzsche once said: '...when you gaze long into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you.'. Wise words when it comes to the new Black Ceremonial Kult material. It is like a dark hole, that awaits you. You cannot expect mercy, forgiveness or pity. It is like this cosmic force that swallows all. It is brutal, it is dangerous, it is tense. You can call it death metal, black metal, the abyss of sounds, whatever. We call it apocalypse. And this particular apocalypse lasts for nearly forty minutes and contains nine compositions (including intro and outro). Lose yourself in the abyss and join the Kult! 'Crowned in Chaos' was recorded and mixed by Maot under the influence of secret poisons at the Order Temple of the Dead Studios in 2019, Santiago - Chile. Mastered by Seba Puente at Audiocustom Studio 2020. Intros & keyboards by Maot. All the artwork by Igor Datkiewicz & WS Artworks. Line-up:

“Village Of Witches” is taken from the second album of Polish death metallers Catharsis. The new LP “Human Failures” proves the band’s technical inspirations, but also presents the exploration of the new territory, leading Catharsis towards more brutal and heavier death metal sound with a touch of black metal. "Human Failures” is a visible step forward in the band’s musical journey and undoubtedly the darkest chapter of it. The album is being produced, engineered, mixed & mastered by Filip „Heinrich” Hałucha in Heinrich House Studio. All drums parts have been composed by Eugene Ryabchenko (Fleshgod Apocalypse, ex live – Belphegor, ex live – Vital Remains) and recorded by Dariusz "Daray” Brzozowski (live - Dimmu Borgir, ex – Vader) as a session drummer, who gives a truly outstanding drum performance and takes the compositions to another level. One of the seven new tracks, entitled „Made Of Blood” includes a mind blowing guest vocal appearance by the death metal icon Ross Dolan (Immolation). The new album will be issued by Mad Lion Records June 25th 2021. Adam comments:- "I don't remember where I read the article about African witch villages. Places where elderly people were sent, accused of magic and witchcraft by local communities. It was the only way they could survive. Otherwise, they would face death from the hateful crowd. We composed the introduction in the studio, having previously had a certain vision of what it should look like. It turned out very ominous. I always have shivers down my spine listening to this beginning. I associate it with the atmosphere of the Exorcist." Listen to “Village of Witches”:

Portuguese melodic death metal titans Apotheus just released a new video for the track “Staring the Abyss”, taken from their latest full-length "The Far Star". You can watch the video at this location: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGqUI_pEcVE “Staring the Abyss” is about despair and loss, but it also paves the way for a fallback plan in which everyone puts their hopes. After such a dark terrible loss for everyone, the band has decided to bring you a glimpse of light. This video captures very well the joy and excitement of what happened at our first post-pandemic live show. It’s hard to put into words the feeling of rediscovering what truly drives them. In essence, this is what “The Far Star” is about: a journey, with terrible losses and majestic wins, but above all, it’s about never giving up. Links:

Facebook Instagram Subway To Sally have released the second video from their new live Blu-Ray, Eisheilige Nacht - Back To Lindenpark. This special, intimate version of the fan favourite "Kleid Aus Rosen" (EN: Dress Of Roses) offers an absolute world premiere: Ally Storch, as well as Saskia and Birgit from Schandmaul, intonate the legendary three-part polyphony at the beginning of the song for the first time ever live. This version of "Kleid Aus Rosen" stands for what Eisheilige Nacht - Back To Lindenpark is all about: an intimate setting, special guests and unique production. Bodenski on "Kleid Aus Rosen": "There are lyrics that you write in one ride. I can still remember exactly how I put this story on paper. In my mind's eye I saw a balladeer standing in the marketplace with a display board and telling his audience this gruesome story, perhaps as a lesson and warning for young girls. I actually believed at the time that the lyrics would not be suitable for Subway To Sally. I was so wrong. When I heard Ingo's brilliant composition to this text, I was thrilled. It is rightly one of our most popular songs. Everything about this song is just right. In the studio, Sigrid Hausen, better known as Syrah, helped us to sing the three-part intro. Until the Eisheilige Nacht Online, this intro was always recorded. It was a special experience for us to hear it live for the first time!" Watch the new video “Kleid aus Rosen” (feat. After releasing their debut album the time has come for these Finnish metalheads to break the ice with the release of their second and definitive new album via Art Gates Records in October 2021. Expect some mind blowing tunes in the next weeks. More info at www.artgatesrecords.com German death / thrash metal band Entorx have unveiled their music video for "Morbid Rage" (taken from the album "Faceless Insanity") - https://youtu.be/1wZXErW1zn8 The band shared their thoughts about the music video:- "We felt very early that "Morbid Rage" had to be equipped with a video. The song is in stark contrast to itself and the lyrics. So what could be more obvious than creating a special video for it? Have fun and always stay sane! :)" Since 2009, Entorx have provided rough, atmospheric and complex death / thrash metal, with a blend of progressive music. Pushing and playful drums collide with mighty walls of guitars, which are underpinned by driving and highly variable bass compositions. René’s blood-curdling vocals cap it all, while seamlessly changing to impressive clean vocals. In 2020, Entorx increased their range massively. Their previously released EP "Theta Waves“ and LP "Broken Ways“ are highly praised: a more than solid foundation is already pounded. Also, they are known for their energetic and precise live performances. After tightening the screws creating a new album for a few years, Entorx are ready for the next level. Their new and highly anticipated album "Faceless Insanity" is a very dark and aggressive brew; simultaneously more playful than its highly praised predecessor "Broken Ways“. The band's more demanding technical and bleak arrangements are a real pleasure for fans of bands like DARKANE, REVOCATION, OPETH, GOJIRA and HATE! Entorx are continuously active as a live act and can look back on more than 140 concerts. They successfully had the chance to demonstrate their musicianship at various festivals, like Metallergrillen, Knüppelnacht, Waldpark Open Air, Rhein Neckar Metal Festival and Metal Infection. https://www.facebook.com/Entorx/ http://entorx.de/ The German death metal unit, Helldrifter has signed a digital distribution deal with Nuclear Blast‘s Blood Blast Distribution, for the release of their upcoming album that will be announced very soon. Helldrifter is a death metal band from Stuttgart southern Germany, with some influences from thrash and melodic death metal. It is heavily inspired by death metal giants such as Carcass, Cannibal Corpse, Death, and At The Gates. The music can go from straight thrash to more complex death metal parts, when the melodies are present it can take you to harmonic paths that remind bands such as Children Of Bodom or even Dark Tranquillity. The band's lyrical themes are focused mostly on mysticism, sociological issues, horror movies, and video games, with a heavy dose of surrealism. Saudi Arabia’s Wasted Land has a new single coming out entitled “Fade Away”, this is following their self-titled 2013 album. Since that full-length, the band suggests that they have evolved over time from being melody and folk focused into something heavier, but still having a strong melodic base. “Fade Away” has been in the works since 2017, and will be the first music video from the band, which can be viewed at https://youtu.be/a66F36A8FDw Lyrically, the single talks about someone having severe depression and comparing his journey in life to that of a candle, getting shorter and shorter until it eventually burns out. Then he finds his soul’s salvation after his death. Musically, it starts with heavy doses of melody which are complimented by heavy riffs and even more melodies. To contribute to the theme of depression and life’s waning, it carries a sombre and melancholic tune near the end. The band comments on the track: “It’ll be a new mixture from our old folkish style with more heavy catchy riffs and chorus. We hope we can catch the attention from the old fans and attract new ones.” For Wasted Land, they compose the music first and then create lyrics that fit. For this song in particular guitarist Ayman composed the lyrics a long time ago for his previous band Banj. Writing for the band is a joint endeavour between guitarists Ayman and Ahmed whenever they jam together. Vocalist Emad adds his flavours in the lyrics and of course the vocal lines. Wasted Land originally formed in 2005 to participate in Metal II gig in Dammam. Ahmed and Ayman were jamming together and felt there was chemistry between them while composing folky melodic death metal. From there they decided to add more members to create a full band. They were one of the first Saudi metal bands to get massive media exposure from outlets like CNN, BBC radio and other local and international newspapers. Recommended for fans of In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, and Suidakra. “Fade Away” is available for stream and download via Saudi Arabian based label Wall of Sound Records.
