India's Demonstealer announces new crowdfunding campaign for ambitious upcoming EP

Demonstealer released an album last year to a terrific reception, and the sole person behind the band, Sahil Makhija, even employed the services of George Kollias of Nile fame. They're on the verge of putting out a new release, which is professed to be more death metal and fast, and already Kevin Paradis, who's played with bands like Benighted, Svart Crown, Agressor, etc. is on board for one of the songs. The rest of the guest musicians will be announced at a later date and is fiercely guarded as of now. Like last time, even for the new album Demonstealer have announced a massive crowdfunding campaign through PledgeMusic AT THIS LINK.

Demonstealer aka Sahil Makhija has said this about the campaign -

"Now I know for most people it's hard to pre-order something without knowing what's coming up but I can assure you, if you go by the quality of music I've been delivering, you won't be disappointed. While I had George Kollias drum on the solo album, this EP is a little more ambitious and I'm trying to work with not 1 but 3-4 drummers. While I've confirmed 3 of them I can only announce 1 right now and that is Kevin Paradis from France who is an incredible drummer. You can check him out on youtube. I can say that the other 2 drummers will also blow your mind."

Demonstealer is also the founding member of the well-known band and arguably India's biggest group, Demonic Resurrection. He's the only one who's successfully launching crowdfunding campaigns from India for each of his bands.

More info on the new release will be revealed soon.

BMG will be reissuing the solo catalogue on vinyl from Iron Maiden frontman and rock legend Bruce Dickinson worldwide on 27th October.

Bruce Dickinson’s six solo albums span from 1990 to 2005 and have been cut from the original masters for reissue on heavyweight, black 180g vinyl in artworked sleeves. Two of the titles The Chemical Wedding and Tyranny Of Souls are being made available for the first time ever on vinyl. The four previously available: Tattooed Millionaire, Balls To Picasso, Skunkworks and Accident Of Birth have been long out of print, with the latter two titles now expanded to double LPs for optimum sound.

As a special bonus to fans, all six albums will also be available in a limited edition Soloworks box, a must have for any collector.

From the stripped down, hard rock of Bruce’s debut solo album Tattooed Millionaire (1990) and its heavier successor Balls To Picasso (1994), through the cutting edge alt-rock of  Skunkworks (1996) and the heavy metal celebration of Accident Of Birth (1997) to the modern metal with a traditional heart of The Chemical Wedding (1998) and final solo foray, Tyranny Of Souls (2005), these six albums are an essential part of Bruce’s story outside of Maiden and, more importantly, some of the most vital and absorbing metal albums of the last three decades. Revisit them now at maximum volume.

Pre-order exclusively from http://brucedickinsonsoloworks.com/ now.  All fans who purchase the complete Soloworks box here will receive a double-sided 24” x 36” Bruce Dickinson poster.

More details to come soon on www.ironmaiden.com/news & www.screamforme.com

Finland's Morbid Evils stream new Svart album at Metal Hammer UK's website

Finnish doom / sludge titans Morbid Evils stream the entirety of their highly anticipated second album, Deceases, at Metal Hammer UK's website. Set for international release on August 25th via Svart Records, hear Morbid Evils' Deceases in its entirety exclusively HERE.

A counterpart of sorts to vocalist Keijo Niinimaa's older group Rotten Sound, Morbid Evils have become known for exploring slower tempos and the lower end of the sonic spectrum, all topped with a fascination with the morbid realities of our hopeless existence. Having so far survived touring with Voivod and the impending global eco-catastrophe, Morbid Evils spent the best part of 2016 hidden in sweaty underground conditions perfecting their craft, working on the follow-up to their 2015 album In Hate With The Burning World. Comments Niinimaa, "When producing these tracks, I paid special attention on making things as heavy and suffocating as possible, to emphasize the deadly seriousness of the world this music is taking us to."

Come 2017, the band emerges from the pit with a paean to death, split in six sections, each examining the subject from various positions. Titled Deceases, the album takes a bold leap from their sludge-death metalish origins and towards a more original, minimalist approach. The air hangs heavy as droning, buzzing walls of down-tuned guitars grind against punishingly pummelling drums in slow motion and everything around us seems to be another step closer to death. While wallowing in the unpleasantries of life, Morbid Evils manage to churn out something wholly original in the congested sludge metal genre - if a grind/drone hybrid existed, it might sound like this. With their down-tuned slo-mo aesthetics, nasty black metal-ish buzzsaw guitar harmonies, and a drone metal-like sense of space in music, Morbid Evils are on a path of their own.

Adorning the album cover is the painting "Tukala Pietari" by Jerker Ramberg. Sounds on the album were captured on tape and mixed by Keijo Niinimaa, with mastering duties handled by Pelle Henricsson of Tonteknik. The album will be released by Svart Records on CD, LP, and digital formats on August 25th, if the world doesn't end sooner.

Until that time inevitably comes, stream the entirety of Deceases exclusively HERE, courtesy of Metal Hammer, the UK's premier metal/rock authority. Additionally, for your visual delectation, see & hear the previously revealed video for "Case IV - Tumour" exclusively HERE, courtesy of CVLTNation.com.

Spanish death metallers Bloodhunter are premiering the new track "Eyes Wide Open" via web-portal NoCleanSinging.com. The track hails from the band's highly anticipated second album, The End of Faith, set for international release on October 16th through Xtreem Music. Hear Bloodhunter's "Eyes Wide Open" in its entirety exclusively HERE.

Formed back in 2008, Bloodhunter is one of Spain's leading death metal forces. Led by virtuoso guitarist Fenris and vocalist Diva Satanica, the band released their debut album, Bloodhunter, back in 2014, where they started to create a solid fan-base around the country thanks to their strong live performances and high-quality death metal with a melodic & brutal edge.

Bloodhunter have now finished recording their second album, The End of Faith, whose lineup is completed with bassist Éadrom and magnific session drummer Marcelo Aires. The result is fantastic and will definitely put Bloodhunter on the map as a force to reckon. Just imagine if Arch Enemy would play death metal - yes, death metal, not aggressive modern heavy metal - with a much more brutal approach.

Hear for yourself with the new track "Eyes Wide Open" exclusively HERE, courtesy of NoCleanSinging.com. "Let the Storm Come," the first track to be revealed from The End of Faith, can be heard at Xtreem's official YouTube channel HERE as well as at the label's Soundcloud HERE.

Swedish death metal band Throne Of Heresy are now streaming "Siege of Caffa", a new track from their upcoming album Decameron which will be released via The Sign Records.

Stream the song here: http://echoesanddust.com/2017/08/throne-of-heresy-decameron-review-exclusive-track-premiere/

The band commented:

"We are proud to reveal the track Siege of Caffa from our upcoming concept album Decameron. This is the third track on the album, depicting the horrors of early biological warfare as the Golden Horde catapulted plague-ridden bodies into the city of Caffa. This heinous act precipitated the spread of the disease in Europe, killing millions. A fitting theme for a track on an album chronicling the Black Death."

Picture

Deathcore squad Gravemind's EP 'The Deathgate' was released last week and the floodgates have opened - with the completely independent niche--within-niche genre Deathcore record hitting #70 on the ARIA Charts overall, #20 on the Australian Artists Chart and #2 on the Australian Independent AIR Chart. A massive effort for the Melbourne outfit, who have very few of the vinyl record pre-orders they put on pre-order last week as well.

For most of the release week, they sat within the top 5 Metal releases, top 20 Rock releases and top 100 overall in iTunes and number 2 Metal release in Bandcamp.

The release was announced via a viral mystery website - to which they revealed themselves to be the ones behind thedeathgate.com. It was a source of mystery that many media outlets tried to solve - The Music, killyourstereo, Rogue Inc, AAA Backstage, Reddit, Tomatrax, Deathcore Memes and more searched the site from top to bottom for clues, with varying degrees of success.

Early July saw Melbourne Deathcore outfit Gravemind unveil that they were behind mystery website thedeathgate.com. The site countdown eventually revealed that Gravemind were behind the site.

They are heading out on their EP release tour in September, which sees them on a three date jaunt in Brisbane, Melbourne and Launceston that brings along fellow Deathcore crew Blind Oracle for the Brisbane and Melbourne shows.

Punters can look forward to seeing Gravemind on tour, having developed their sound and bone-rattling live show in shows with bands such as Architects, House Vs Hurricane, I Killed the Prom Queen, King Parrot, Hollow World, Iconoclast, A Night in Texas and Justice for the Damned.

Gravemind's EP 'The Deathgate' is out now. Singles 'Anaesthesia' and 'Echo' are available now in iTunes and Spotify and all online retailers.
