Nazghor’s seventh album - Seventh Secular Crusade - will be released 25th of November 2022. Seventh Secular Crusade is the band’s best production this far. The album is mixed and mastered by Pentagram Studios (Rotting Christ, Acherontas, Lucifer's Child). Nazghor comments: " “Seventh Secular Crusade” is a massive experience of darkness and light. This is our best record to date, and we could not be more ready to share the result with you. It has everything that people expect from Nazghor, excellent melodies, dark atmosphere and raw power. We have raised the bar in both song writing and production. We believe in this album, and we want to make sure that no one miss the opportunity to witness our greatest opus." Nazghor emerged on a dark winter night in November 2012 from the unholy city of Uppsala. Since then, Nazghor has released six albums bringing a pure, and still melodic, black metal of death. The band has toured and played at several festivals across Europe as well as acting as support band for Batushka and Uada. Follow Nazghor: Facebook | Instagram | Spotify | Apple Music | Youtube

After signing with international rock and metal empire Napalm Records and the successful subsequent release of their breakout first single, “Wolf or Lamb”, Germany's hottest upstarts League Of Distortion are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of their hard-hitting self-titled debut album, set for release on November 25, 2022! Featuring powerhouse members Anna “Ace” Brunner (Exit Eden) and Jim “Arro” Müller (Kissin’ Dynamite), the unit reveals their explosive potential without ever holding back! Now, they unleash their relentless second single, “My Revenge”, consisting of modern melodic rhythms and technical prowess topped with vocal dynamics poised to drop jaws. Having mercilessly flipped the metal scene upside down, their explosive second single shows exactly that: a defying sound with dashing drums and heavy, prominent guitar riffs crowned by Anna’s unique, war cry vocals. League Of Distortion on “My Revenge”: “This 2nd song goes out to everyone who can relate to the first lines. We’ve taken too much, but we are not passive anymore. Don’t drown in darkness, be as bright and as different as you can be and set fire to the sun!” A new force, League Of Distortion unite to defeat the shadows cast upon the music scene with their fresh sound and style! Back in 2017, Anna Brunner celebrated remarkable international success with her symphonic metal band Exit Eden, and now, has teamed up with notorious guitarist Jim Müller of renowned heavy metal band Kissin’ Dynamite. Together, they’ve formed one of the hottest new modern metal bands of the year, combining their signature sounds to create a powerful soundscape. Now, they are ready to fight the darkness yet again with their 2022 full-length, self-titled debut album, League of Distortion. Lifting the dark veil of stagnation caused by the pandemic, League Of Distortion introduce a new sound that resonates with the uncertainty of this period. “Wolf or Lamb” - the addictive first stand-alone single that introduced the band as a force to be reckoned with - ignites the fire of the full album. “Rebel By Choice” and “The Bitter End” show the band’s burning passion and dedication to the genre, while “My Revenge” convinces with a catchy hook and bashing guitar riffs. The elemental force of Anna “Ace” Brunner’s distorted, powerful voice merged with chunky riffs played by Jim “Arro” Müller, steady and strong beats delivered by Tino “Aeon” Calmbach and edgy bass by Felix “Ax” Rehmann unifies them, forming a strong blast of an album that cannot be missed! League Of Distortion showcase the individual musical expertise of its members without ever becoming stagnant or pretentious - unabashedly distorting the order and launching a new age of metal. Songs like “I’m A Bitch” and “It Hurts So Good” abandon all rules, while catchy hooks like in “L.O.D.” mark anthems to claim their new reign. With songs like “Solitary Confinement” and “Sin”, the band shows their lyrical depth by turning their sadness into a powerful war cry, providing expressive pieces and hymns for the lost. League Of Distortion convince with classic pieces featuring strong instrumentals, on-the-nose lyrics and energetic vocals, proving their penchant to stand out from the pack. They’ve transformed their frustration into a musical statement beyond comparison. With “Do You Really Think I Fucking Care”, the band lands the final punch of the album to make the message clear: League Of Distortion are here to set the scene ablaze! The band on their debut album: "With this debut album, we lay the cornerstone of League Of Distortion. Processing the cruel and capricious reality, with straight-forward, provocative and very personal topics, we are distorting perspective and creating tremendously powerful music. League Of Distortion is here to stay and we welcome you to be a part of this from the very beginning." League of Distortion will be available in the following formats:
North Dakota's resident death dealers Gorgatron will release the Agony Reborn EP November 4 on digital and cassette formats via Blood Blast Distribution. The cassette version is limited to 100 copies and also includes four exclusive live tracks on Side B. The first single from Agony Reborn, "The Unwilling," will be released on October 14 on all digital platforms, along with the official video for the track. The EP, which is the final release of the Blood Blast Distribution deal, consists of three original studio recordings and a cover of Sepultura's "Dead Embryonic Cells." Gorgatron is currently seeking a new label for release of the band's recently recorded full-length album. Interested parties should contact [email protected]. Gorgatron's sound is based on a “love of the riff” approach to writing and rooted in the old-school stylings of Death Metal and Thrash, one that comes across loud and clear on Agony Reborn. The EP is a product of what the band has dubbed the “Covid Sessions." As further explained by bassist Cameron Dewald: "We were on track to do a bunch of touring etc to support our last album Pathogenic Automation (2020) but clearly and for obvious reasons that didn’t happen… So instead we stayed as busy as we could in 2020 and 2021, played a few shows and hashed out some new tunes. The cover for 'Dead Embyronic Cells' was originally for Metal Injections Slay At Home series, but we ended up holding onto it and found a suitable home for it on this EP." Pre-order Agony Reborn:

Note: Guitarist Neal Stein played on the EP, but is no longer with the band. Fierce Atmospheres is a now a Chicago based progressive metal act that first started in 2001 in Austin, Texas, USA. Their first demo, Gale Force, was a sneak peek into what the future would hold for the band. Through many member changes and studio sessions, the sound of the group took shape into what is now the current ‘direction’. Their subsequent studio hours and releases have translated to a tight, well rounded unit that has received stellar reviews worldwide. The band has also played many shows having opened for national artist such as Evergrey, Joe Lynn Turner, Immortal Guardian, The Three Tremors and many more. Released September 9 and marking Ozzy’s 13th solo studio album, it triumphantly sets new career highs for Ozzy. In the U.S., the album debuted at #1 on multiple charts: Top Album Sales (Ozzy’s first #1 ever on this chart), Top Current Album Sales (another first), Top Rock & Alternative Albums, Top Rock Albums, Top Hard Rock Albums, Top Vinyl Albums and Tastemaker Albums charts; and at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 albums chart. Globally, the album charted at #1 in Canada (Ozzy’s first-ever #1 there); career high #2 entries in the UK, Australia, Finland and Italy; #6 in the Netherlands and New Zealand; #8 in Belgium; and #14 France. Other highlights include #2 Austria, Germany and Sweden; #3 in Switzerland; and #4 in Norway. Working with producer Andrew Watt for the second time, Ozzy welcomed a dynamic A-list featured guests on the album. For the first time ever, Black Sabbath co-founder, guitarist, and riff-master Tony Iommi appears on an Ozzy solo album. The record also boasts guitarists Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Mike McCready of Pearl Jam, and longstanding righthand man and six-string beast Zakk Wylde who plays on the majority of the tracks. For the bulk of the album, Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers held down drums, while the late Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters appears on three songs. Website Spotify Swedish modern metallers Avatar release twisted new single and video for 'Valley of Disease'25/9/2022 The heavy metal, dark, madcap visionaries, collectively known as Avatar, have emerged from deep within the Swedish forest in which they have been working on their ninth studio album to grace fans and listeners with a brand new song, 'Valley of Disease'. Listen to the single HERE, and watch the video, HERE. Vocalist Johannes Eckerström states: "There is a sickness, a stranger, and a harmful way. A twisted landscape untouched by the sun. I leave the rest up to either you or me, but never both at the same time. You can only enter this place alone, and my path isn't yours. Your secret is safe with me, but so is mine." Avatar enjoyed quite a productive summer, traipsing North America on a successful headline tour. They next embarked on some of the biggest shows of their career - a trek with Iron Maiden, supporting the band in stadiums in Brazil. Avatar also played arenas supporting Sabaton and secured major festival appearances globally with INKcarceration, Cadott Fest, Summer Breeze, and Bloodstock. As for Avatar's mission? There are no weapons on this planet that can challenge the might of the electric guitar. For decades, metal has been the most powerful force known to man. It's sonic teeth have gnawed through the status quo over and over, pushing the boundaries for what can be created in the marriage between blood and machine. If Mount Rushmore were to be carved for all the titans of the genre, it would span the entire globe many times over. It's a burning beacon for the misfits and the rebels. As time has passed, much of the scene has become divided in two equally stale camps. The first is forever stuck in the past, no longer seeking to lead. The second are those who have forgotten the most important ingredients to what made metal what it was and must remain. They've lost touch with the Devil. They've forgotten how to move. In a genre best experienced with your whole body, they've lost the lust. Avatar, however, have not lost anything. It is with this fire in their bellies that they continue to craft their next album. Website || Facebook || Instagram || Twitter || TikTok After Ukrainian metalcore unit Space Of Variations had to delay the release of their new album due to the ongoing war in their homeland, the day has finally come for Imago to meet the world, unleashed today via Napalm Records! Fasten your seatbelts and prepare for full speed when diving into the thrilling, high energy soundscapes of the outfit's second offering. Space Of Variations adds: "After a worldwide pandemic, an unjust war, two album release delays, and a lot of hoping, worrying, praying, and thinking that this album may never come out - Imago is finally out! This one is for our people back in Ukraine, for our friends, family, and fans. This one is for us! Hope you can enjoy the music as much as we do …" Space Of Variations invaded the underground metalcore scene leaving a lasting impression that makes fans instantly hungry for more. Their unique, powerful songwriting skills exceed all expectations, fearlessly merging different genres while captivating with their futuristic style. The unpredictable and emotive atmosphere of the album reflects Space Of Variations’ attitude: always on a roll at maximum speed, unapologetically crashing the scene. Their newest single, “1M followers (feat. Denis Stoff)” comes with a vicious visualizer and delivers the final jab of the album release. In the tradition of acts like Bring Me The Horizon and Architects, the song delivers mesmerizing, punching riffs and pounding drums. In preparation of their EU / UK tour supporting Within Destruction kicking off soon, followed by an extensive North American tour with Jinjer and P.O.D., Space Of Variations will reveal their full spectrum of pure metal energy that cannot be missed. Space Of Variations on Imago: "The main symbolism of the album is hidden in its title - Imago. In entomology, imago is the last stage an insect attains during its metamorphosis. In psychology, it's one of the fundamental concepts, an unconscious mental image a person has of himself, other objects of reality and his blood ties through the prism of his perception. As an insect breaks through the shell of a chrysalis to free itself from the protective cocoon surrounding it, you, too, through inner transformation can really become the new being, which, in fact, you were always meant to be. Imago = new stage, Imago = maturation. Only in retrospect can one see the imago, which was previously hidden in the shadows. The future is being prepared in the bosom of the past and the present. Imago is the most complete convergence with yourself that can only happen. With this album, Space Of Variations are definitely moving to a new round of self-development as a creative organism." American blackened symphonic deathcore A Wake In Providence release new single 'We Are Eternity'25/9/2022 New York, USA deathcore band A Wake In Providence have released their mighty new single 'We Are Eternity', taken from their highly-anticipated new record Eternity, to be released 21st October via Unique Leader Records.
The band comment: "We are so excited to bring you, 'We Are Eternity'! This song really brings more of this story to the table and gives you great insight into who The Trinity is and what role they play in this narrative. Thank you to everyone involved with creating this and to you all for checking it out!" Formed in 2010 from unremarkable beginnings, A Wake In Providence diligently grew to become the renowned and otherworldly force they are today. Originally a heavier-than-your-average deathcore act, the band’s debut 2010 demo and 2012 debut EP Serpents saw them infusing a raw and ruthless take on traditional deathcore with contemporary metallic elements to make something sharp enough to cut its way through the thicket of bland, boring heavy music acts. While Serpents gained the band notoriety in their local area, it wasn’t until the release of their sophomore EP, Insidious, that the band went from prodigally talented to true rising stars in the heavy music community. Adding a liberal dose of downtempo deathcore to their instrumental stylings, Insidious earned the band global infamy and critical acclaim, as well as tours with some of the underground’s bigger names-including In Dying Arms, Extortionist and Lorna Shore, as well as several smaller solo runs along the East Coast. Never ones to remain complacent, A Wake In Providence grew once more in 2016, with the addition of Will Ramos (now with Lorna Shore), but also with their drastic stylistic change, omitting their penchant for low, slow downtempo deathcore in favour of a renewed focus on more aggressive, fast and furious traditional deathcore elements with a razor-sharp technical twist. Combining marvellous metallic riffs with crushing breakdowns and shrill, sinister vocals to create an intense onslaught unlike any other band in the heavy music scene, A Wake In Providence are vile enough to make the sewers look clean, and vicious enough to tear the still-beating heart out of the listener's chest. Now a quartet with new vocalist Adam Mercer and signing with the legendary Unique Leader Records, A Wake In Providence's status looks set to only rise further. A Wake In Providence are:

Powerful metal riffs march relentlessly arm in arm with huge orchestras and heavenly choirs, while the master himself reveals an astonishing range of vocal art: from the deepest gothic-dungeons up to the higher spheres of steaming rock. It’s the overwhelming combination of catchiness and darkness; a thrilling craft of composing within the marrow of gothic, industrial-metal and electronica, that became Gothminister’s trademarks ever since. On October 21, 2022 Gothminister will release their new album, entitled "Pandemonium", via AFM Records. Following previously-released singles, "This Is Your Darkness" and the haunting album title track, today the goth and industrial metal ministers have premiered a brand new video to awake your "Demons"! "This brand new single «Demons» has a mixture of some well-known Gothminister-elements like heavy guitars, a driving rhythm, growling melodic vocals and even an strange opera-lady singing," band mastermind Bjørn Alexander Brem comments. "When I wrote this song, I pictured a weird, dark club, a dancefloor taking off, lots of freaks on it, and the main character in this setting drinking in the bar while being chased by his inner demons - evil creatures literally coming out of his head." The trilogy comes to a temporary end with Gothminister ’s third music video "Demons", as Brem explains: "In «Pandemonium» we saw the fall of the evil king and his city, and that a new king was born. «This is your darkness» seen Gothminister scouting from his watchtower while the army of dead was searching for new souls to conquer. In «Demons», we go back in time, and discover that also the evil king in «Pandemonium» had a past himself as a normal man where he is challenging the cruel magic of his predecessor. However, you should be careful fighting someone else’s demons - it may awaken your own…" With tracks like “Devil” (Gothic Electronic Anthems 2003), “Monsters” (Empire of Dark Salvation 2005), “Darkside” (Happiness In Darkness 2008), “Liar” (Anima Inferna 2011), “Utopia” (Utopia 2013), the last single from the CD / DVD horror movie concept album which even reached the national finals of the Norwegian Eurovision contest, “Ich will alles” and “We are the ones who rule the world” which both entered the Top 10 of the German Alternative charts and brought thousands of fans together on a tour across Germany together with ASP, Gothminister has gotten a significant following all over the world through the years. Poland's provocative black / thrash outfit Witchmaster announces "Kaźń" as the title of its new studio album, set for release on November 25th via Agonia Records. Read on for cover artwork, track listing and other details. Witchmaster ends its seven-year slumber to bring more chaos and clamour through the art of blackened thrash metal. Since 1996, the band descends deeper and deeper into an absurd theatre of cruelty, pursuing the cold embrace of aural depravity and darkness. "Sipping blood from skulls and gnawing the bones of old gods, we hope to let you down once again," comments the band perversely. Witchmaster comprises of bassist and vocalist Reyash (Azarath (live), ex-Vader, Supremer Lord), guitarist and vocalist Kali (Five the Hierophant, ex-Profanum), drummer and guitarist Inferno (Azarath, Behemoth) and vocalist Bastis (ex-Profanum).
