Galactic Pegasus are back! Debuting HERE on Rockfeed, the band unleashed "Mare Imbrium", their first single off of upcoming full-length, 'Phantom of the Hill'.
""Mare Imbrium" is the first single off of our upcoming album titled "Phantom Of The Hill." We chose to use this track as our first single as we felt that it showcased a very different sound than anything we have previously done. We think that it is one of the most uniquely structured songs off of our upcoming album. "Phantom Of The Hill" has taken a very long time to complete, and we faced many setbacks along the way such as line up changes and recording issues. Now that we are finally able to release a new song from it, we are extremely excited and we hope that everyone enjoys it, and gets excited to hear more of what we have been cooking up."
Phantom of the Hill is set to drop on November 18th via Famined Records.
Fans can catch a pre-order of Phantom of the Hill on iTunes, Google, and Amazon now and receive a download of “Mare Imbrium” immediately.
Best described as a progressive metalcore band, GP come from from British Columbia, Canada. Their sound is mostly influenced by metalcore from the late 2000’s, as well as the more modern djent movement. By combining these two main influences, along with many others from each member, Galactic Pegasus has been able to create their own unique sound. The band was originally formed in 2012 as a solo project by founding member, Andrew Baena. After receiving numerous show offers, it was converted into a full-fledged band that now has two EPs, a full length album, and a cross-Canada tour under their belt.
