Hard Rock / Metal band Darkh have released the Official Music Video for their track "My Curse", the second single off of their debut album A Story Yet Untold, which was released on September 29, 2016. The video, which premiered on Revolver Magazine, is a follow up to their critically acclaimed "Bury Our Bones" music video, which was also the first single from the the album. The album was Recorded and Produced by Rob Vitacca of Lacrimas Profundere at Weltraumstudios in Munich, Germany, Mixed and Produced by Stacy O'Dell (New York City, NY), and Mastered by Steve Corrao (Sage Audio, Nashville, TN). All songs were written by Darkh. "The story of the song is about that special someone in our lives. And when we filmed the music video we didn't just want to capture a cliche boy and girl thing, we wanted something obscure and unique. And who doesn't love a bit of Grindhouse vibe!" - Touby Fisher (DARKH)

Death metal legends Obituary have announced Ten Thousand Ways To Die, a special two-song single containing a pair of brand new studio tracks plus a bonus live set of twelve classics and fan favourites from the band's storied catalogue. Recorded in eleven different cities during the band's highly successful 2015 Inked In Blood world tour, the live tracks capture the incredible performances of a band that has stood atop the death metal pantheon for almost 30 years. Ten Thousand Ways To Die is sure to satisfy new and die-hard Obituary fans and will quench the blood-thirst of listeners until the band's new album drops in Spring 2017. Listen to the new single "Loathe" now via this location. Physical pre-orders for Ten Thousand Ways To Die are available at this location with digital pre-orders available here. Additionally, the band has announced a Fall European Tour, The Battle of the Bays, with support from Exodus, Prong and King Parrot. The tour kicks off October 21st in Hannover, Germany and a complete listing of dates is included below. The band commented on the live album saying: "We are very excited about the live songs that we recorded on this last US Tour. Joe Cincotta from Full Force Studio is also our live sound engineer and he had his full recording rig on the road with us so we took advantage of the opportunity and recorded the show every night. The quality was amazing so we decided to include this as part of the Ten Thousand Ways to Die release to give the fans a little Ob bonus! We selected songs from different cities so you will hear the sound difference between each song. Nothing was done to the songs after the live performance recording so it gives you the real, true, unedited "live show" sound and feeling that the fans experienced at each show." Obituary Tour Dates:

In our opinion this album is our most diverse output so far. It carries the typical Imperium Dekadenz mark from the first note, but we have added a new energy. Its epic and melodic parts will carry you off to mysterious and unknown places – like ancient ruins over the vulnerable sides of our spirits. We put our very hearts and souls into these songs! We hope that you enjoy this new journey into the dark realms of ancient cultures and the night." It all started in March 2014 when the band announced the new singer Alissa White-Gluz and the video for the album title track 'War Eternal', which became the most successful video in the band’s career and reached close to 20 million YouTube views. The album reached the highest US and German chart positions in the band’s career and Arch Enemy played over 200 shows in over 40 countries around the world. In late 2014 Jeff Loomis (ex-Nevermore) joined Arch Enemy during the world tour with Kreator and in 2015 they played arenas as direct support of Nightwish. Wacken Open Air won’t be the last 'War Eternal' show - see further show dates below, including a run of 4 UK headline shows next month - but it’s going to be something very special. Now, the group proudly presents the album’s first official music video for its gripping title track 'Delirium' which was directed by Michael Winkler (iconographic). Cristina Scabbia states: "We filmed our parts for this video in one evening while we were on the US tour this past May. We used a Go-Pro against a black backdrop and we wanted something that would be purposely rough, something that could remind some weird lost videos found after years and years. The whole video edited together with the parts filmed by the director with an actress turned out as a very strange sort of a trip, where a girl tries to tight up memories and details together to try to find her sanity back, somehow. I really like some of the scenes as they reminded me some kind of Korean horror movies vibe and it is totally fitting the ‘Delirium' vibe and concept. It also leaves a lot to the imagination, so thanks for checking it out and enjoy." The official video for first single "Discrowned," featuring vocals by Soilwork's Björn "Speed" Strid, can be viewed at here. Brilliant melodies combine with the aggression of Death Metal throughout "Face of Balaam", yet that description doesn't quite do justice to the range of styles influencing the sound of Xaon. Consider the contributions of legendary acts like Anathema, Type O Negative, My Dying Bride, Soilwork, Demonical, Ulver, and even Finnish act Disgrace's early-to-mid 90s output, and you'll get the picture. Face of Balaam was produced and arranged by band members Vinc and Flo, recorded between June and August 2015, mixed and mastered by Julian at Parallel Focus Studios. Vocals engineered by Rob Carson at Carsonian Sound Solutions. All vocals, except "Discrowned," by were performed by Franco-American singer Rob Carson. Samples on "How we become Ephemeral Birds" and "Discrowned" by J.-P. Lana. The album artwork was created by Californian artist and painter Erik Burton Kirchner. In other news, Xaon be touring Europe with Sirenia, Tyr, Unleash The Archers, and Relicseed in November.
