Recently, Norway’s blackened death metallers Nexorum unleashed their debut album “Death Unchained” via Non Serviam Records.
Today, Nexorum 's Roger Isaksen presents you a new guitars play-through video for the song ‘Antediluvian Purification’ that you can watch here: https://youtu.be/yx0_lzttF2A
Roger Isaksen comments on ‘Antediluvian Purification’:
"Norway is in lock-down mode and we are advised to keep to ourselves. Not the worst situation to be in when you are somewhat introvert and have misanthropic tendencies, but it's also kind of boring to only play music in solitude. That's why we would like to share a guitar play through of ‘Antediluvian Purification’ with you! Do you like this kind of videos? If so, which song would you like to see next, and what instrument? Comment on our Facebook page or send us a PM!".
“Death Unchained” is available at Non Serviam Records webshop: https://www.non-serviam-records.com/products/nexorum-death-unchained
Get the album digitally here: http://smarturl.it/kim2px
Nexorum comment about the album:-
“We all love playing and listening to music and of course the brutality and intensity of extreme metal. I think it is apparent that the album is written with passion when listening to it. We’re not trying to make groundbreaking music or show of how technically we are able to play; we just want to deliver a solid album that we can be proud of!”.
The amazing artwork has been created by the Polish renowned artist Rafal Wechterowicz.
Hailing from Trondheim, Norway, the band consists of members from Keep Of Kalessin, Khonsu, CHTON, VECORDIOUS among others.

Death metal band Death Courier are back with what's arguably the strongest album of their illustrious career. They've been around since 1987 but have managed to make sure that their music sounds remarkably fresh and exciting. You can stream one of the vicious tracks on YouTube and Bandcamp, and keep an eye out for the full length promo coming your way.
Legendary death metal band Death Courier are one of the earliest bands from the Greek metal scene releasing a slew of demos from way back in 1987 and putting out an album and an EP in the early '90s. More than three decades later, the band is on the verge of releasing one of the strongest albums to come from the Greek death metal scene. It's hard to believe that this is the same band because the energy level is off the charts and everything has been amped up to match present day standards without of course changing the core sound and integrity. The music is still essentially the pulsating, rabid death/thrash metal kind and there remains that palpable hunger in the members to create memorable and gnarly music that they were known for. This is a lethal new album that throws down the gauntlet to the naysayers doubting the band's prowess after so many years, who will invariably be forced to eat their words. 'Necrotic Verses' will grab you by the throat and won't let go till the shockingly potent album is over. Death Courier have set new standards for themselves and others to look up to, all over again.
Band line-up -
Billy Soulas - Bass and Vocals
George Petousis - Guitars
Ilias Iliopoulos - Drums

Finnish death metallers Torchia have unleashed their new video 'Plague Peasant' in support of their second album "The Coven" due out March 27th via Rockshots Records.
Watch it at the following link: https://youtu.be/t9z9Q_dMrn4
Plus available on
Edward Torchia adds about the track:-
"The up-tempo single ‘Plague Peasant’ is heavily driven by the melodic lead guitar, which has been the trademark of many Finnish melodic death metal bands, but not so often for Torchia. This song is somewhat an homage to our great countrymen and another favourite for all fans of old-school melodic death and Finnish sound."
Arising from the inner darkness of composer and lyricist Ville Riitamaa, Torchia takes inspiration from a multitude of metal subgenres and their mission is to revitalize the genre of melodic death metal by bringing in a sense of danger and unpredictability.
'The Coven' is now available for pre-order at the Rockshots Records' official store ➤ http://bit.ly/Torchia_PREORDER
Edward Torchia - Lead and backing vocals
Ville Riitamaa - Rhythm and Lead Guitars, Backing Vocals
Henri Heikkinen - Rhythm Guitars

Italian death metallers Manam have just released the new video 'The Silver Bride', second single off their sophomore album 'Ouroboros', coming out on April 3 via Rockshots Records!
Marco Salvador, mastermind and songwriter of the band, comments about the song:-
"'The Silver Bride' is the second single from 'Ouroboros'. It's a power ballad, with great importance given to the strings and a beautiful melody that will ring in your head. The lyrics are written in the form of a poetry, which talks about our lost innocence, our inner child that still lives in us and screams for being listened. It's Manams first song with clean vocals only. "
Alongside the official video on YouTube, the track is also available as digital single on the major online stores:
Following-up to the previous 'Rebirth Of Consciousness", the new record is a concept album about alchemical initiation in the typical Manam's style made of epic, cathartic and emotional songs.
With influences that range from death metal to classical music and jazz, their music can be better described as "spiritual metal", a metaphysical power that transcends any labels or mental wall.
Pre-orders of the forthcoming album 'Ouroboros' are now open at the record label's official store:
Marco Salvador: Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar
Marco Montipò: Bass, Backing Vocals
Nicola De Cesero: Drums
Thomas Montefusco: Rhythm Guitar
Luca Mantovani: Rhythm Guitar
All music and Lyrics by Marco Salvador except for "The Silver Bride", music by Marco Montipò & Marco Salvador
Italian death metal stalwarts Across The Swarm will release their new album "Projections" on April 10th, 2020 via Time To Kill Records.
A video for the album title track has been released today and you can watch it HERE!
The band comments:
"'Projections' shows how much we have evolved during the years, as it intertwines our typical brutal riffs with new melodic elements. Seneca once said: 'we die a little every day'. 'Projections' represents the path that we must walk: a passage between lights and shadows, a perpetual growth opposed to an imminent decay".
The album was produced by Simone Mularoni and Simone Bertozzi at Domination Studios (Rhapsody, Labyrinth, Gory Blister) and mixed by Steve Wright (Dying Fetus, Misery Index). All songs feature Raphael Saini (Iced Earth, Cripple Bastards) on drums.
Pre-orders are available here: https://acrosstheswarm-ttk.bandcamp.com/album/projections
Formed in 2013, Across The Swarm's exhilarating brand of death metal and charged live shows have quickly earned them a reputation as one of the most exciting acts to emerge from the Italian metal scene.
The group's complex and dynamic sound along with their resonating live performances helped the band quickly rise to prominence. Following the release of their self-titled EP in December 2013, they took to the road sharing the stage with acts such as Fleshgod Apocalypse, The Modern Age Slavery, Electrocution, Hideous Divinity and Hate.
In 2016 the band released the "Waiting for the Hyenas" single to considerable acclaim. It wasn't long before they caught the eye of Time To Kill Records who welcomed them to their roster. The band's new album "Projections" will be released in spring 2020. Its diverse sound defies categorization while delivering a blend of aggressive attitude, emotive expression and modern flair, garnering a range of stylistic comparisons from classics like Suffocation to modern heavy hitters such as Despised Icon and Decapitated.
Francesco A. Flagiello – Vocals
Marco Lambertini – Guitar
Luca Sammartino – Guitar
Mirco Diana – Bass
Maltese death metallers Beheaded have won in the 'Best Metal' category at the 25th Malta Music Awards. This is the third time in Beheaded's history when the band was nominated and won.
In 2019 Beheaded released their sixth full-length album "Only Death Can Save You" via Agonia Records. The album was followed by a European tour alongside Incantation and Hate and saw the band perform at summer festivals such as Party San Open Air (Germany) and Motocultor (France). The same year Beheaded embarked on a headlining Brazilian tour with Nervochaos and Jupiterian.
Beheaded rolled into life in 1991 with Malta as a backdrop to its caustic roots of death metal. Drawing inspiration from death metal hailing from Europe and the US at that time, and diving head on in the tape trading, zine and snail mail networks, Beheaded created its demo "Souldead" in 1995. With its strong statement and character, both European and worldwide record deals preceded the final cementing of the band as a placeholder in the extreme music scene. With six official releases under its belt, respect was gained through the energetic live set tying its relentlessness to its pure death metal inner sanctum. Several tours and festivals in Europe, US and Asia have channelled this thick skinned aural punishment to crowds all over, bringing more and more devoted followers.
