Italian metalcore warriors The End At The Beginning revealed "Water", the second single taken from the new EP "Elements" out on June 1st 2020. The song was produced by Federico Ascari at Wavemotion Recordings. Listen "Water" HERE. Speaking about the new track, the band says: "'Water' is the second single taken from the EP called “Elements”. The song talks about the feeling of loss of a loved one. Through moments of denial and desperation, the song explores the path to deal with this feeling. This drives to the epiphany: we can’t erase the pain but the love we felt will remain as a guiding light above our choices. In order to represent this setting, a melancholy and melodic sound pervades the entire song supported by a leading orchestral section". The End At The Beginning is a Metalcore band born in Bologna (Italy) in 2011. The band released its first EP in 2012 while In 2014 released its first unsigned LP: "Appearances". In 2016 the band signed with Famined Records the release of "Revelations", the second LP. They have also started to gain international attention winning the "Unsigned Artist Of The Month" competition by Artery Recordings in April 2015 and starting to play European shows. After a long break started in 2018 that saw the leaving of the singer and guitarist, the band announces the return in 2019 with a new line-up with Nicolò Bazzani as the singer and Massimo Bontempi as the guitarist. The band has been writing new material, pushing the boundaries of the modern metal sound and incorporating strong melodic elements thanks to a particular attention in the arrangements and vocal production. Crossfaith are thrilled to announce their brand new EP SPECIES, out on May 22nd through UNFD. The five-track offering features recent single, "Endorphin," as well as today's new track "Digital Parasite." The opening track "Digital Parasite" sees the band getting "dirty and heavy. I felt an explosion from the song and I knew the lyrics should be aggressive and offensive," starts vocalist Kenta Koie as the band look at "people selling their soul to get fame. We need to be honest to the music, to ourselves and to our audience but some people are happy to start cheating and I don't care for it." "Playing heavy music is how I feel alive. We want Crossfaith to be the band making music that no one has ever heard before." And from the opening battle cry of "Digital Parasite" through the unifying anthem of "Truth of Insanity" to "Your Song"'s glitching sorrow, their SPECIES EP sees them breaking new ground. The industrial rave of "Endorphin"is about finding yourself in a world that makes you doubt everything and champions the idea of facing those questions head on while "Truth of Insanity" is a call to arms. "In Japan, there are so many contradictions from the government. There will always be a minority of people who only think about themselves but we can fight. We can think. This song is a trigger to start a war against the world of contradiction." Crossfaith have a history of working with their peers, Enter Shikari, Beartooth and Ho99o9 have all appeared on previous releases, but there are more new adventures to be had on SPECIES EP'. "None of Your Business"sees them team up with Jin Dogg, a rapper from their home town of Osaka for an explosive meeting of minds. "That song's about straight up anger. So many people are fuelled by jealousy and I know the most important thing is to push forward but those people bother me, so this song is about telling them to shut their fucking mouth. It's very straight forward," he grins. "Plus you can learn Japanese from Jin Dogg's verse." The closing track on the EP is "Your Song." No, not an Elton John cover but "the most emotional Crossfaith song of all time. It's about the emptiness and sorrow of a time that will not return," whether that's death or the loss of a friendship or a lover. "It's about farewell. I feel sadness but those emotions make me strong and teach me to not take things for granted. It's not a ballad but it is a very beautiful song. I think people will be surprised by it." And surprising people is exactly what Crossfaith want to do, even after eleven years of making music. "That's the main role of the band," promises Ken. "I hope," he continues before deciding on a more forceful word, "Actually, I believe this EP will set the course for the band for the next ten years. We've already started making more new music. We're not going to stop." The Reptile Sect is back with a new set of hierophantic transmissions: Adrenochromacy. Lutharö stepped out of their comfort zone for this recording and they anticipate a solid reception from current and new fans. Foreshadowing the EP comes a video for the single and the title track. The roller coaster of a song will bring out the worst of your anxiety and your deepest inner peace within six minutes. It is the perfect introduction to the new era of Lutharö that is darker than before, but still melodic and embodies the same amount of energy listeners have come to expect. Lutharö's lyrics all come from a personal place and they hope that fans will find a connection to the songs. As they state: “'Wings of Agony' is a song about the never-ending struggle to pursue a passion. In one moment you feel like you are soaring on cloud nine, things are going your way and you exude confidence. Then at the flip of a switch, you enter a moment of darkness where you feel lost and hopeless never knowing when the light at the end of the tunnel will return. This is the never-ending cycle we embrace because we would rather be tortured in the process of pursuing our dreams than to give up on them. We want the fans to be able to relate to the strong message on this album and find empowerment from it.” Lutharö is suggested for fans of Arch Enemy, Unleash the Archers, and Amon Amarth. Watch 'Wings of Agony' via its premiere on Metal Injection HERE. Lutharö hails from Hamilton, Canada and this group of motivated musicians is bringing a fresh take on heavy metal to listeners around the world.

Lutharo.com Facebook.com/Lutharoband Instagram.com/Lutharo_official On April 17th Danish Viking Metallers Vanir release "10 Years Of Mead And Metal", celebrating a decade of raw Danish Viking power! Ten years ago in Roskilde Denmark a group of metalheads came together to play some Viking folk metal. It later evolved into Vanir. A lot has happened since then. Both when it comes the band and the band's visual and musical soundscape. While in the process of working on their 6th album, they thought it was important to mark their 10th year of raiding with Vanir! And to mark this occasion, they have re-recorded three songs from their debut album, "Særimners kød". The goal of the EP is to capture the essence of Vanir's roots and mix them with the sound of what they aim at today as a band. With the heavier sounding Viking metal that Vanir represents today, but with respect for the folk metal roots they came from. To top it all Vanir have recorded a cover from the Danish minstrel Kim Larsen with the lyrics from the poem of Nordahl Grieg - "Kringsatt av fiender". This poem means a lot too many people and stands for unity in a world that tends to get more and more fragmented. The critically acclaimed latest album by Vanir, "Allfather", was released last year. Invisible Oranges is currently streaming "Children Of The Homeland" from Indonesian atmospheric / symphonic black metal project Pure Wrath, spearheaded by multi-instrumentalist Januaryo Hardy. The track comes by way of Hardy's impending new EP, The Forlorn Soldier EP, set to drop March 6th via Debemur Morti Productions. An emotive three-track, near-half-hour exploration of events behind a brutal incident during the '60s genocide in Indonesia where male members of a family were kidnapped and "vanished" by a tyrannical army in the name of "so-called nationalism," The Forlorn Soldier is darker and more expansive than previous works. With its powerful, melodic cascades, impassioned vocals, skilled guest drum work by Yurii Kononov (ex-White Ward), and piano contributions by Dice Midyanti (Victorian), the effort journeys to an all-encompassing realm where mythic dreamscapes meet bloody thematic realism. In early 2017, Pure Wrath 's Ascetic Eventide was released via Indonesian label, Hitam Kelam Records. The record received an overwhelmingly positive response and sold out in just four months. Throats Productions in Mexico issued the record on vinyl later that year followed by a split release between Pure Wrath and French symphonic black metal project, Onirism, entitled Endless Journey. By 2018, Hardy unveiled his second full length, Sempiternal Wisdom, via a joint collaboration with Hitam Kelam and China's Pest Productions.
