Austrian melodic death metal band Relinquished signs with NRT-Records and announce new Album for 2017! Since 2004 the Multi-Metal players from Relinquished were able to establish quite a name in the german Metal-Scene and can look back on a very successful Career. The Quartet from Kufstein (Austria) first drew Attention to themselves when they released their first EP "Rehearshal Doom" in 2004, thanks to this very EP they were able to convince Bookers and Promoters for them. https://youtu.be/JZh77Y2hUso (Padded Cell Musikvideo) Their Albums "Susanna Lies in Ashes" and "Onward Anguishes" are Audio documentaries which give a perfect insight into the continuous development of their music. Even though Relinquished stay true to themselves and created their own, unique sound, these 2 Albums are different from each other, which shows that their Band is steadily developing. Their first album sounded very much like pure Death / Doom with a hint of Black Metal, Onward Anguishes on the other hand already has influences of Alternative- & progressive & Gothic Metal. https://youtu.be/sIomwvj-z-k (Sinister Dreams Video) The music videos of the band are remarkable as well, because similar to their records, they brought in a lot of appreciation from their critics and fans. Now Relinquished has signed a record deal with the German Independent-Label NRT-Records and are going to release their third studio album "Addictivities" in the next year via NRT-Records. The label has already tackled the digital re-release of Relinquished's Backing catalogue. Here's a very interesting Interview with the Band. http://www.relinquished.at https://www.facebook.com/RelinquishedOfficial/ It only seems like yesterday that Mexico's melodic death metal quartet Nuclear Chaos released their second record Ruins Of The Future. That release also came with the band's first ever music video 'Suffocate' which featured guest vocals from none other than David Vincent of Morbid Angel fame. Having been on the road including a stint in Europe playing at prestigious events such as Wacken Open Air and Metal Days we're now over half way through 2016 and the band have been busy tracking the follow up to that release. The band comments, "The new record is very different from what we did in the past but it keeps the Nuclear Chaos essence intact. The album will contain many different influences going from melodic death metal to Latin metal. We are very excited about this release and this album will show a stronger and more mature Nuclear Chaos." With a title yet to be revealed, and a release date slated for early 2017 the band have a new single to bridge the gap. Coinciding with the new single, entitled 'Shockwave', the band have also unleashed a new music video for it. The video was shot in Templo San Lázaro (St. Lazarus Temple), an abandoned church from the 1520's in Mexico City. It was shot, directed and edited by Frank Fletcher and Ponce Chiefs from the Mexican studios Soberbios Films. "Shockwave is an allusion to what we have lived in the past years," comments the band. "It shows a metaphor of how we overcame some personal problems that we will carry as chains forever. They will always be there as a reminder of what we have gone through but they also show that what doesn't destroy you will make you rise stronger." www.facebook.com/nuclearchaosmusic French Melodic Death metallers AEPHANEMER have released a new track called 'The Call Of The Wild', taken from the band's much anticipated debut album 'Memento Mori', scheduled for a release on September 16th, 2016 via Primeval Records. Stream and / or purchase the album at: https://targetgroup.bandcamp.com/album/chains-of-solitude Check out the official video for "My Agony" at this location. The band chose to record Chains Of Solitude themselves in their own studio. This way they had the luxury of trial and error, and could take time for the recordings. The mixing and mastering was done by Jochem Jacobs at Split Second Sound in Holland. "We really liked his work and sound for Textures, Crimson Falls, Scarred, ... The fact that we could communicate in the same language was a huge advantage. He did a great job and we would like to thank him for that." www.facebook.com/rejectthesickness Arch Enemy will play the biggest stage production of their career at next week’s Wacken Open Air on Saturday, August 6th around midnight, making this the pinnacle of a highly successful album campaign.
