Sony Music Entertainment and legendary heavy metal band Judas Priest announced today that “Judas Priest: Road To Valhalla,” a new mobile game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch is out now on the App Store here.
The app features stunning new visuals and gameplay set to the iconic songs “Halls of Valhalla,” “Breaking the Law”, “Turbo Lover”, “Electric Eye”, and “Painkiller” and “You’ve Got Another Thing Coming.” watch the trailer on VEVO.
Judas Priest: Road To Valhalla innovates by making isolated song stems (eg drums, vocals, guitar) from the 2016 ‘Battle Cry’ album available to players exclusively within the game. Using an innovative visual mechanic, players must fill “stem meters” to construct the full song and progress through each level of the game.
“When we set out to make this game, we wanted to give fans a new kind of visual listening experience” said Rob Halford, who also appears in a series of exclusive video clips throughout the game. “For the first time, we are making individual stems of our songs available to fans to give them a new and interactive way to engage with some of the best songs from our catalogue.”
“Judas Priest: Road To Valhalla” is a joint collaboration between Judas Priest, Sony Music Entertainment, Trinifold Management LLC UK and Babaroga, a leading mobile game studio.
“Metal maniacs are you ready to join Judas Priest on the Road To Valhalla.....? We are excited to have you take charge and lead the way on the bike and the tour bus! Let the molten metal mayhem begin with the thrill of the ride! Can you claim victory on this perilous journey that leads you into Valhalla...?”

Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast, the action‐packed, free‐to‐play mobile game where players take on
the role of the band’s iconic mascot, Eddie. Available from today for iOS and Android devices, the teams at Nodding Frog, 50cc Games and Roadhouse Interactive have created a new and unique gaming experience in close collaboration with the band and its management team, Phantom Music Management.
The game is set in a visually stunning universe, comprised of an ever expanding series of worlds
derived from Iron Maiden's music and art. Fans of the band and RPG gamers alike will battle and
strategize as Eddie and his allies. Inspired by themes from the songs, and set against a powerful and
atmospheric Maiden soundtrack, players will journey on epic quests to reclaim the shards of Eddie’s
shattered soul as he faces his most challenging adversaries.
James Hursthouse, CEO of Roadhouse Interactive comments, “As a lifelong Maiden fan, I am exceptionally proud of Legacy of the Beast and excited to launch it globally. It has been a privilege to
work so closely with Maiden and their management. With this game I believe that we have created an
outstanding, authentic RPG experience to appeal to all mobile gamers, including those discovering the band for the first time.”
Steve Harris, Bassist and founder member of Iron Maiden comments, “We've always wanted to make
a quality Maiden mobile game as we think the combination of Eddie and the music is so well suited ‐
and it’s a great way to get our music out to a new audience! When the opportunity arose to make a
mobile game which our fans, along with hopefully a lot of the gaming community, can play pretty well
anywhere in the world, and download for free at that, we jumped at it. The whole band visited
Roadhouse while touring through Vancouver back in April and we were so impressed by the creativity,
enthusiasm and passion of the team there. Visually, the worlds and character designs do us proud and the music just ties it all together.”
Llexi Leon, Interactive Director of Phantom Music Management adds, “Eddie is constantly evolving;
he’s a globally recognizable character that resonates with fans of all ages, and has taken on a life of
his own beyond the album covers where he first appeared. This game gives players a chance to step
into Eddie’s world and experience an odyssey across space and time. In this incredible RPG adventure, we’re able to explore the origins of Eddie’s power and test the limit of his abilities, bringing new mechanics to the mobile RPG genre, and creating a truly unique gaming experience for everyone to enjoy."
In Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast, players control Eddie’s destiny across a spectacularly diverse
array of worlds by travelling through time in captivating 3D environments. Eddie appears in many forms, each a part of Iron Maiden’s rich history, and each with a set of special powers and abilities.
Players will amass an army of powerful allies to battle alongside Eddie and face the onslaught of foes
hell‐bent on destroying him. Legions of unrelenting enemies are commanded by the Agents of Control, including The Beast, The Wicker Man, Horus and The Axis General, all drawn from the
expansive catalogue of Maiden’s albums and artwork.
The game offers over 40 different Talisman sets to choose from, which all add to characters’ vital abilities. With each battle, players will evolve their armies, take on ever‐increasing challenges to
reclaim the facets of Eddie’s soul, and ultimately defeat the Agents of Control. Gameplay is enhanced by a blistering soundtrack that features songs spanning the band's entire career. Players will hear rare, previously unheard live recordings of Iron Maiden classics adapted for the game under the close scrutiny of bassist and founding member Steve Harris.
The game is now available for free on Apple’s App Store and Google Play. For more information about

Rob da Bank says:
“I’m not sure if there’s an emoji for ‘wetting yourself laughing’ yet but we need one for the Chuckle Brothers. I booked them as a bit of a laugh last year but they drew one of the biggest crowds of the weekend and had to do about 1000 selfies afterwards for some rabid fans. I’m still not sure I understand it all but i do love ‘em, and had to get them for all of our shows this year!”
Paul Chuckle says:
“Thanks for this great tribute but I have to say our time at Bestival last September was one of the best days we've ever had. We've done and appeared in many things including the Children's Royal Variety show, but can honestly say this matched anything. The day was amazing and we can't wait to do it all again this year. Great crowd, great guys to work with all round, and memories that will last for ever. See you all soon.
“PS. Can't wait”.
One of the country’s best loved double acts, The Chuckle Brothers are the premier slapstick team that kept generations of kids entertained with perfectly timed pratfalls in 22 series of their acclaimed ChuckleVision television show. Launching the catchphrases “to me, to you” and “oh dear, oh dear” into common parlance, their influence on youth culture shouldn’t be underestimated.
They’re a canny pair too, as well as getting in on the current grime revival right from the word go with ‘To Me, To You (Bruv)’ their collaboration with Tinchy Stryder, last year also saw the pair make their festival debut at Bestival in front of 14,000 people. We like to think we know a thing or two about festivals after 12 years out in the fields, but we can honestly say that the crowd reaction to the Chuckle Brothers was utterly astonishing, to say the least. What can only be described as unbridled joy filled the Big Top and a huge outpouring of emotion from the capacity crowd turned their 15-minute slot into one of the highlights of any Bestival. Ever.
And so, in celebration of their much-anticipated appearances this year, at not only Bestival but also Camp Bestival and Common People, 5th May has been declared 'Chuckle Brothers’ Day'. Join us in a gleeful celebration of a truly influential comedy duo who we think are criminally unsung. Take to the streets proclaiming ‘TO ME, TO YOU’ with all your heart, and make sure you honour Chuckle Brothers’ Day with some DIY slapstick fun.
The Chuckle Brothers will appear at:
Bestival Party – Bussey Building, London – 6th May
Common People – Southampton & Oxford 28th & 29th May www.commonpeople.net
Camp Bestival – Lulworth Castle Dorset – 28th – 31st July www.campbestival.net
Bestival - Robin Hill, Isle of Wight – 8th-11th September www.bestival.net
