London's Formicarius joins Devilment for a fiendishly festive December show at the Camden Underworld
The fiends of Formicarius have been invited to join Dani Filth’s Devilment for an evening of quintessentially English black metal at the Camden Underworld, on Sunday December 10th.
Formicarius will offer up a selection of dark delights from their Black Mass Ritual debut, before Nuclear Blast recording artists Devilment invite the assembled hordes to revel in the wickedness of The Mephisto Waltzes.
Formicarius launched their Black Mass Ritual album at the Underworld with a triumphant show alongside Tengger Cavalry and cannot wait to return to what is fast becoming a favourite venue for the performance of their black incantations.
There can surely be no finer diabolical pairing than the Cradle Of Filth frontman’s gothic horror show of Devilment and the wild, symphonic darkness of Formicarius. A savagely splendid way to kick off the festive season we’re sure you’ll agree...
Rotting Christ and Carach Angren are announcing their extensive European co-headlining tour in January and February 2018. The Greek veterans and Dutch masters of horror metal will be joined by French blackened death outfit Svart Crown.

During the tour we will have two fantastic bands as support: Human Desolation (Melodic Death Metal) and Fairy (Melodic rock/Metal) from Norway. We are all hungry and ready to kill, so see you all in tour!"
British metal icons Carcass will return to North America next week for their "One Foot In The Grave" 2016 headlining tour. Set to commence on July 16th and level nearly two dozen stages through August 6th, the journey includes performances at Chicago Open Air Festival as well as Heavy MTL. Support will be provided by Crowbar, Ghoul, and Night Demon. The band's latest state-side journey follows their recent and successful assault on North American soil alongside label-mates Slayer and Testament.
Carcass will be touring in support of "Surgical Steel", released in September 2013. The record came in at #41 on the US Billboard Top 200 Chart, just narrowly avoiding the dreaded "Top 40 Band" moniker. Even with their impressive back catalogue, Surgical Steel has given the band their highest charting and possibly most critically acclaimed record to date.
Surgical Steel was produced by Colin Richardson (Napalm Death, Bolt Thrower, Gorefest, Cannibal Corpse etc.) and mixed / mastered by Andy Sneap (Megadeth, Accept, Exodus, Testament). Joining guitarist Bill Steer and bassist / vocalist Jeff Walker in the band's current incarnation are new drummer Dan Wilding (Aborted, Trigger The Bloodshed) and guitarist Ben Ash (Pig Iron, Desolation, Liquefied Skeleton). Original sticksman Ken Owen contributed guest vocals as well.
