Fans of Angelspit and Lorelei Dreaming successfully crowdfunded the EP 'BANSHEE' in 6 hours. Now they have their sights set on a new stretch goal - if they reach $5000 they'll do another track, a video and host a free party in Chicago for all backers. 

Produced and composed by Angelspit's Zoog Von Rock, BANSHEE is Lorelei Dreaming’s debut EP with 5 tracks and 10 remixes, set to release on May 1, 2017 - a celebration of the Dystopian Future. 
Lorelei Dreaming spent 2015 and 2016 recording and performing with Angelspit, Velvet Acid Christ, Go-Fight and St. Griselda.

Nopsajalka julkaisee tänään uuden EP:n ”Armada”, joka sisältää uuden singlen ”Aalto” sekä aiemmin julkaistut singlet ”Nosta mua” ja ”Tulta”. EP:n ensimmäinen single ”Nosta mua” on streamannut lähes platinaa ja oli yksi kesän pitkäkestoisimmista hiteistä. Uudella EP:llä Nopsajalka siirtyy edellisten levyjen orgaanisemmasta soundista kohti tulevaisuutta modernin elektronisen musiikin pariin.

Uusi single ”Aalto” syntyi nopeassa inspiraation puuskassa:


”Tein biisiä ensin himassa yhtenä sunnuntaipäivänä. Olin mietiskellyt omaa uraa ja elämää ja yhtäkkiä tuli oivallus, että kaikki on itse asiassa todella hyvin. Ja että kaikki varmaan tulee menemään jatkossakin ihan hyvin. Tuli niin vahva fiilis biisistä, että piti lähteä samantien studiolle äänittämään. Aalto kuvaa sitä, että elämä kulkee sykleissä ja hyvät asiat ruokkivat lisää hyviä asioita”, Nopsajalka kuvailee.

Nopsajalka vastaa Armada-EP:n tuotannosta masterointia lukuunottamatta täysin itse. Nopsajalka on säveltänyt, sanoittanut, sovittanut, tuottanut, äänittänyt, miksannut, soittanut ja laulanut kaiken 5 kappaleen kokonaisuudella:

”Armada koostui erillisistä biiseistä, joille löytyi yhdistävä soundi. Lopulta EP:stä tuli ehein kokonaisuus mitä oon tehnyt. EP on täynnä väriä, elämäniloa, seksuaalisuutta ja positiivista elämänasennetta.”

Nopsajalka on helsinkiläinen artisti, muusikko ja tuottaja, joka kuuluu kotimaisen rytmimusiikin pioneereihin. Soolouransa ohella hän on tullut tutuksi yhtyeistä Elokuu, Soul Captain Band sekä Kapteeni Ä-ni. Vuodesta 2012 lähtien Nopsajalka on kirjoittanut ja laulanut lukuisia radio- ja Spotify-hittejä. Nopsajalan soolohitteihin kuuluvat ”Nosta mua”, ”Lupaan olla”, ”Seuraava feat. Erin” ja ”Nautintoo”. Elokuun riveissä on syntynyt mm. hitit ”Soutaa huopaa”, ”Saatilla”, ”Tänään lähtee” ja ”Valvoo”.

Portuguese hardcore outfit Reality Slap has signed with WAR Records, founded by Andrew Kline of Strife, for the release of their impending Limitless EP.
 
Coming straight out of the streets of Lisbon, Portugal, Reality Slap is ready to show world that great hardcore music exists beyond the confines of the United States. Reality Slap combine the best of old school aggressive sounds with modern groove based hardcore vibe. Their songs are full of fast riffs, heavy grooves, and they always pack a punch.

The members of Reality Slap are no strangers to the punk and hardcore scene. Collectively, they have been touring across Europe in their previous bands before forming and hitting the touring circuit as Reality Slap in 2009. After the release of their demo and first EP in 2009, they recorded and released their first full-length album Necks & Ropes in 2012, the album featuring appearances from Justice Tripp (Trapped Under Ice, Angel Du$t) and Winston McCall (Parkway Drive).
 
In 2016 Reality Slap signed to WAR Records, owned by Andrew Kline of Los Angeles hardcore band, Strife. The band refined their sound and recorded their strongest material to date, Limitless, at Eyeball Studios in Portugal. Limitless bridges the gap between the old and the new, merging the enduring influence of DMIZE, Outburst, Breakdown, Cro-Mags, and Bad Brains mixed with modern bands like Turnstile, Backtrack, Down to Nothing, and Terror.
 
Limitless is set to be released in the Fall of 2016 on WAR Records... Prepare to get slapped by reality! An official release date, further audio previews, tour dates and more will be posted in the coming days.
