InVogue Records recording artists Courage My Love have today launched “Stereo” as the first single from their forthcoming full-length debut album. The track is available at all digital music providers as well at all streaming services here.

Watch the lyric video for “Stereo” here.

Produced by David Bendeth (Paramore, Of Mice and Men, Papa Roach), “Stereo” introduces a new arsenal of sounds for the Kitchener, Ontario-based trio who have made a name for themselves and built a strong following on a number of tours across North America and Europe.

“We didn’t want to be stuck underneath a female-fronted rock band ceiling,” admits guitarist / singer Mercedes Arn-Horn. “We wanted to reach beyond that constraint and see where it would take us.”
During the recording of Synesthesia, Arn-Horn’s twin sister, drummer / singer Phoenix taught herself synth programming which helped shaped the sound of the new album and gave the band a new attitude when it can to songwriting.

“We lost our ego of wanting to show off,” says Phoenix. “Now, when we write, its more about the song and what it needs. We try to make songs instead of flashy parts.”

Courage My Love were first discovered at a 2010 battle of the Bands in Stratford Ontario. The band’s independently produced video for the song “Bridges” amassed over 2 million views and the band discovered that director Kevin Smith (Silent Bob) was among the many fans that had discovered their music. The band signed with Warner Music Canada in 2011 and in 2012 Alternative Press Magazine pegged them as one of the bands to watch that year. In 2014 The band’s first two EPs, For Now and Becoming, earned them a 2014 JUNO Awards nomination for Breakthrough Group of the Year and later that summer Courage My Love joined the vans Warped Tour across North America.
More information about the new album will be released in the coming months.

Courage My Love is:

Mercedes Arn-Horn – vocals, guitar
Phoenix Arn-Horn – vocals, drums, synths
Brandon Lockwood - bass

Three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning, multiplatinum band Maroon 5 yesterday released their new single ‘Don’t Wanna Know’ featuring Kendrick Lamar on Polydor Records, available to stream and download now.

Maroon 5 will premiere the amazing music video for ‘Don’t Wanna Know’ this Friday 14th October. The band’s new video is another unique and unforgettable creation, for which they re-teamed with acclaimed director, producer, and screenwriter David Dobkin (Wedding Crashers). Dobkin also helmed the music video for their sensational hit single ‘Sugar’ which is their most viewed video to date, having amassed 1.4 billion YouTube / VEVO views and counting!

‘Don’t Wanna Know’ marks Maroon 5’s first official collaboration with seven time GRAMMY® Award- winning artist Kendrick Lamar and showcases another evolution for both artists.

Maroon 5 won over fans and critics alike with the hybrid rock/R&B sound they introduced on their debut album, ‘Songs About Jane’ in 2004. Since then they have solidified their position as one of pop music’s most enduring artists, having sold more than 17 million albums worldwide and going gold and platinum in over 35 countries. They released their fifth studio album ‘V’ in 2014, which included the hit singles ‘Animals’, ‘Maps’, and ‘Sugar’. The band is currently on a North American headline tour.
