The tour will kick off in Quebec City on April 17th and wrap up in Calgary on May 1st. Supporting the band across the country will be Cambridge, ON's Aepoch. Reid is now part of Bloodshot Dawn's fresh assault that includes sticksman James Stewart of Vader fame on drums, new bass player Giacomo Gastaldi along with vocalist and guitarist Josh McMorran. "We are hitting Canada this April and we are excited to perform in North America for the first time. Hailed by Terrorizer Magazine as a band that delivers “blistering live shows”, Bloodshot Dawn has become a household name in the UK underground along with truly establishing themselves as a heavyweight act amongst their peers and the worldwide metal scene. They have toured across the UK, Japan, India, Ireland, most of Europe plus have supported bands like Fleshgod Apocalypse, Vader, Scar Symmetry, Wintersun, Krisiun, Decapitated and more along with performing on major festivals Bloodstock Open Air (UK), Hammerfest (UK), UK Techfest, Metal Days (Slovenia) and Mav Festival (Italy). Randy Blythe of Lamb Of God says: "If you are lucky enough to be invited to play even just once with living legends like Slayer, it's an incredible honour. Slayer gave Lamb Of God our very first two overseas shows. Slayer has subsequently taken us on several full-length tours, both at home and abroad. The guys in Slayer and their crew have also always been very, very cool to our band. It is irrefutable that Slayer helped create the genre of aggressive metal, and all modern bands of that ilk owe them a huge debt - I know we do. To be asked to be a part of their final tour - well, it just makes you stop and realize just how lucky you are. Hail Slayer! We'll see you on the road..."
