May 2020 IT @TBA

Just recently Beneath My Sins signed a record deal with Pride & Joy Music for their new album “I Decide”, coming out on March 20th, 2020!! More information TBA.

Beneath My Sins is a French symphonic metal band created in December 2015 by the guitarist Clement Botz and the singer Emma Elvaston. Former members of Evolvent, they have together taken their first steps in the metal scene and in the musical composition. In March 2017, Beneath My Sins released their first album “Valkyries of Modern Times”, promoted during shows in Belgium with Skeptical Minds and during two European tours shared with the Russian thrash metal band, Pokerface. Quickly perceived as the emerging symphonic metal band of the French scene, Beneath My Sins had the opportunity to tour with the famous Canadian band Kobra And the Lotus during their stay in France in June 2018 and Imperial Age in 2019.

In September 2018, the band got in contact with Fabio D’Amore, bassist from Serenity. After a few meetings and discussions they all agreed that he would provides his services as a producer to the band. Thanks to this collaboration, the band was able to record under professional conditions and to work with famous names of the music business. Many talented guests such as Matteo Sisti from Eluveitie, Melissa Bonny from Ad Infinitum, Michele Guaitoli from Temperance and Visions of Atlantis and Fabio Lethien Polo from Elvenking also joined the ship for one or more songs. While awaiting the release of the album, the band has worked on an acoustic set warmly welcomed in France.

The dates for the tour are as follows -

10.05.18 - Green Door Store, Brighton
11.05.18 - The Swan, Ipswich
12.05.18 - TBC (If you know a guy, then call us)
13.05.18 - Incineration Festival, London
14.05.18 - The Junction, Plymouth
16.05.18 - Star & Garter, Manchester
17.05.18 - Nice N Sleazy, Glasgow
18.05.18 - The Hammer & The Anvil, Birmingham

20.05.18 - Anvil Rockbar, Bournemouth

The band adds, "It's been 4 years since we've played in the UK and we couldn't be happier to return. We toured with De Profundis (and Onslaught) last time around and we became good friends with all of them. With the current line-up of the band it made the most sense to call upon our friends Shoi and Arran to fill in the empty bass and lead guitar spots, they are both stellar musicians and with their experience you know that Demonic Resurrection is going to deliver the goods. We look forward to seeing all our fans at the shows."

More information on this can be found on the official Demonic Resurrection page HERE.

The second festival appearance is at Eradication Festival 2018 where the leading band will be playing alongside bands such as Extreme Noise Terror, Hecate Enthroned, Wombbath, Warlord UK and others. RSVP HERE.

The band also released a brand new video of their song Krishna - The Cowherd AT THIS LINK.

70000TONS OF METAL 2018: recap + 2019 destination announced

17/2/2018

Picture

There are your standard heavy metal festivals – and there is 70000TONS OF METAL. Just imagine: You’ve just returned from a beautiful island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean after spending hours enjoying the sun and white sand on a wonderful Caribbean beach. Feeling the warm wind blowing in your face, you are now sitting in a hot tub on a giant cruise ship, up close to a large stage, headbanging to your favourite band. You are watching from one of six whirlpools with a direct view of the stage on the pool deck, which is the biggest open air stage structure to sail the seas. It’s loud. It’s full of metalheads from all over the world. Sounds perfect? Well, it is ......

It’s been more than a week now since most fans have returned home from a more than successful 70000TONS OF METAL 2018 - round 8, more than a few of them still suffering from a serious case of PCD (post cruise depression) following four incredible days on board the Independence Of The Seas. More than 3,000 metalheads boarded the ship together with 61 bands, each of which was going to perform at least two shows (124 shows on 4 stages in total) during this unique event at sea. Some fans spent the shore day in Turks and Caicos with their favourite band during one of the various artist-led shore excursions. Picture yourself swimming with Meshuggah in the awe inspiring presence of majestic stingrays, or snorkeling with Aborted and Exhumed by your side to make you feel safe. Wolves on a safari? Sure, go on a coast-to-coast island tour with Wolfchant!

On top came the one of a kind All-Star performance “Jamming With Waters in International Waters” featuring members e.g. from Kreator, Sabaton, Cannibal Corpse, Destruction, Sonata Arctica, Meshuggah, Enslaved, Primal Fear, Dark Tranquility, Voivod, Seven Spires and many more, playing all time heavy metal and hard rock classics together on stage for the first time ever.

And there was another premiere, a record rather, that no one expected to be broken after last year’s peak of 74 different nationalities represented on board: 2018 beat 2017 by one more nation and proved once again that 70000TONS OF METAL is the most global cruise, uniting 75 nations on board this year. Germany, USA and Canada were among the top five of the most represented nations aboard. The youngest sailor was only 1 year old, the oldest turned 79 on the ship.

Picture
Coming up: Round 9

So watch out, Sailors: After the cruise is before the cruise. Fans can already look forward to round 9 of 70000TONS OF METAL, THE original, The World’s Biggest Heavy Metal Cruise sailing from Miami/Ft. Lauderdale to Labadee, Haiti and back, January 31 – February 4, 2019.

In the last few days UK melodic death metallers Bloodshot Dawn entered the studio to begin work on their third full length album, which will be entitled Renanimation, and is slated for released early 2018 via Hostile Media.

Frontman Josh McMorran comments, "We are pleased to announce we have joined forces with Hostile Media to release our third full length, Reanimation. After working with their press team for years we have built a stalwart relationship that we believe will help take us to the next level as well as making it easier to purchase our music across the globe. Their passion and commitment is equal to our tenacity and hard work ethic making this a force to be reckoned with!"

Since their acclaimed self-titled and second album Demons, there has been shifts in the bands ranks making way for new members, Canadian shredder Morgan Reid and drummer James Stewart (also of Vader and Divine Chaos). The band commented earlier about James joining the fold, "His experience and recording insight has helped shape the new album and we couldn't be happier!"

As well as the news of an imminent new release the band has announced a new UK / Ireland tour, their first in almost 2 years! "We are also excited to be hitting the tour circuit again after a short hiatus. We are hungry for live devastation and looking forward to seeing fans old and new!"

Welsh 'Grimecore' group Astroid Boys announce Spring UK dates

2/4/2017

Picture

2017 got off to a flying start for Astroid Boys, releasing new track Foreigners which is currently sitting at over 150,000 views on YouTube and things are looking to get even better as today Astroid Boys announce a string of UK live dates starting in April!

After gaining a big following on the underground scene since forming in 2012, rising rock/grime collective Astroid Boys, who hail from Cardiff’s CF10 area code, have partnered with Music for Nations (Sony) as the label’s first signing since being recently re-launched.

Comprising Traxx (MC), Benji (MC), DJ Comfort (DJ), Dellux (producer) and Big H (drums), Astroid Boys have created something new and exciting, which was the intention when co-frontman Traxx started the band in 2012, wanting to merge his past as a punk kid with his transition into grime in his late teens.

With the band sitting comfortably between grime and punk/hardcore, their sound fuses together multiple sub-cultures and perspectives—a growth that defines them less as a band and more as a voice for the youth. Not many artists can say they’ve supported Trash Talk and Deez Nuts, as well as Public Enemy, Grandmaster Flash, Skepta and Stormzy, but Astroid Boys have taken their live show to the urban and metal scenes across the UK. Along with an impressive list of tour supports under their belt, they’ve played at Reading & Leeds Festival, Download Festival and T in the Park, as well as festivals in mainland Europe, including Block Party Festival and With Full Force Festival in Germany.

LIVE DATES

28th April – Hit The North Festival, Newcastle
2nd May – Music Hall, Ramsgate
3rd May – The Horn, St Albans
4th May – Empire, Coventry
