Finland’s violent pop crew Blind Channel have just announced their Sick & Dangerous Tour 2022, which will see them play throughout Europe next year. After recently announcing to share the stage with Eskimo Callboy in early 2022 the band now makes the next step by hosting their own European headline tour.
Blind Channel comments:
“It’s incredible that we’re able to start preparing for a wide headline tour in Europe. We’re also super excited to play our first shows ever in Russia and to be able to play songs from our fourth album. 2022 will be massive.”
The band also recently released the new single ‘We Are No Saints’. You can watch the video and listen to it HERE.
Tour Dates 2022
Even a band as resolutely committed to forward motion as Enter Shikari sometimes has to pause to take stock and review the ground they’ve covered. The 10 year anniversary of the release of debut album ‘Take To The Skies’ seems as good a time as any.
Recorded in Reading, England by the band while still in their teens, on a budget of “not very much at all”, the album has gone on to sell 140,000+ copies in the UK alone, and in a very short space of time took Enter Shikari from a young band touring the small / medium sized clubs of the UK to big venues and festival main stages worldwide.
In spring 2017, The band will be taking time out from work on their fifth “proper” album to perform a handful of shows worldwide over the space of a couple of months or so celebrating the anniversary of ’Take To The Skies’, with this UK / Ireland leg the first to be announced.
Enter Shikari will headline 2017’s Slam Dunk Festival in Birmingham, Leeds and Hatfield, as well as two intimate warm-up shows in Belfast & Dublin.
The dates being ;
TUES 23rd - DUBLIN - Academy
WED 24th - BELFAST - Limelight
SAT 27th - BIRMINGHAM - NEC
SUN 28th - LEEDS - City Centre
MON 29th - HATFIELD - The Forum
Enter Shikari frontman Rou Reynolds opined thusly on the situation ;
"Slam Dunk is a festival that we’ve been attending from the very start - Slam Dunk South is actually on the campus of my old Uni in Hatfield! It's grown into one of the most important festivals in alternative music, and it will be an absolute honour to headline it in 2017.
We’re going to be celebrating the 10 year anniversary of our debut album Take To The Skies, which feels totally mental in and of itself. The fact that we get to reminisce and relive tracks we recorded so long ago, and that are still held dear by so many, is something I could have never anticipated back then and fills me with appreciation for everyone that has supported this band over the years.
We’ll never write another album like Take To The Skies, as Enter Shikari isn't really a band that looks backwards. But as this is a special occasion it’s important for us to recognise the importance of this album to us, and for the family of people who have supported us since those early days. On a purely selfish note, I cannot wait to play some of the tracks we haven’t played since 2007, or even ever!”
Enter Shikari recently released the stand-alone single 'Hoodwinker' - https://youtu.be/1qCpoH4VO9Y and on 18th November release Volume 6 of their ongoing ‘Bootleg Series’, ‘Live At Alexandra Palace’, on 2xLP, 2xCD and digital, recorded at the sold-out headline show at the 9,000 capacity London venue in February 2016.
Upon the album’s release, the band will be doing a handful of in-store signings, plus a Shikari Sound System DJ set in Manchester on release night (18th Nov).
Friday 18th Nov. 5:30pm - signing at HMV Manchester.
Friday 18th Nov. from 10pm - Shikari Sound System DJ set at SOUTH, Manchester
Saturday 19th Nov. 3:00pm - signing at Jumbo Records, Leeds.

Pierce The Veil are pleased to announce the supports for their headline tour this Winter. Letlive and Creeper will join them on the EU, UK & Ireland dates in support of their huge new album 'Misadventures' which charted at Number 4 in the US billboard charts as well as top 20 placings in the UK, Mexico, Australia & Canada.
The band have also launched a charity auction in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust. Fans of the band can get their hands on a unique piece of memorabilia and raise vital funds for young people with cancer. The remains have been signed by the band and donated to Teenage Cancer Trust. The auction is running until 7pm on Sunday 12 June with all proceeds from the winning bid directly supporting young people with cancer in the UK. Visit the
Teenage Cancer Trust eBay page to place your bid here:
Piece the Veil frontman, Vic Fuentes said:
“I've always wanted to throw a guitar off of a cliff, so why not do it for a great cause like the Teenage Cancer Trust?! This is something that means a lot to me personally and we are very proud to announce this fun collaboration with them. We hope that this auction helps spread awareness and

Pierce the Veil, one of the fastest-rising, most electrifying artists on the music scene today, are set to give a first, world exclusive live performance of tracks from their new album and will be signing free posters for fans at HMV, 363 Oxford Street, London, on Wednesday 27 April at 6.00pm.
The band will release its hotly-anticipated new album, Misadventures, on May 13, with Fearless Records.
Since 2006, Pierce The Veil have consistently climbed their way into the hearts of millions worldwide via an unshakable devotion to making honest and hypnotic hard rock. The San Diego quarte — Vic Fuentes on vocals, rhythm guitar and keys, Mike Fuentes on drums and percussion, Tony Perry on lead guitar, and Jaime Preciado on bass —staunchly uphold that tradition once again on their fourth full-length album, Misadventures.
“We went into making this record wanting to top the last one, something we try to do with every record,” said Vic. “We weren’t going to stop until we achieved that.” He continues: “We wanted everybody to shine on the record,” added Jaime. “It was important that each member stood out.”
Misadventures is the follow up to the band’s 2012 breakthrough release, Collide with the Sky, which debuted at #12 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, held the #1 spot on the Rock, Hard Rock, and Modern Rock/Alternative Albums charts, has sold over 400,000 copies worldwide, and earned the band a Gold single for the track “King for a Day.”
Pierce The Veil will perform at hmv, 363 Oxford Street, London from 6.00pm on Wednesday 27 April
Access to the event will be restricted to 300 and fans will be able to obtain a ticket for entry by pre-ordering the album online at hmv.com via a limited number of 'album + event ticket' bundles.

This will be the band’s first return to these shores as a headline act since an extensive tour in support of their last album, the critically acclaimed ‘The Blackest Beautiful’, back in autumn of 2013. That tour culminated with a rapt sold out crowd at London’s Electric Ballroom. Frontman Jason Aalon Butler says of the forthcoming shows - “Before we move on to the next chapter in our journey by releasing a new Letlive. album, we want to give this set of songs one more run in the places that know real ll.ove."
Letlive.’s live show has become one of the most talked about of recent years. Their beautifully frenetic and powerful performance is one that’s ever unpredictable but always an experience that unites band and audience in a cathartic whirlwind of music and presence. Simply put, it’s unmissable.
The past year has seen Letlive. tour in their native U.S. with the likes of Rise Against and they also have a stint as main support to The Wonder Years across The States lined up next month before they head to the UK and Europe.
Letlive.’s highly anticipated third album will be released via Epitaph Records later this year.
Ahead of their February 2016 headline show at London's Alexandra Palace that closes their UK tour, Enter Shikari went into the venue in December 2015 to visit the site and to record a short acoustic set for a small audience of friends and competition winners.
Rather than use the 10,000 capacity space that will house the full-blown ‘arena rock show’, Ally Pally offered the band the use of the seldom-seen-by-the-general-public Victorian Theatre for the recording. The theatre, largely unused in this century, is a hidden gem behind the main building. A 2500 capacity ornate room that has, over the past 100+ years, served as not only a place of entertainment but also a haven for Belgian refugees, a BBC props store, and a German internment camp.
Footage from the set has been released via the band’s Youtube channel today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bdD4s3g45t8, and three of the tracks will be available for streaming and download as a ‘Live & Acoustic at Alexandra Palace EP’ via all outlets from Monday 1st February.
Enter Shikari’s UK tour - which the band recently announced would utilise quadraphonic surround-sound - starts on Thursday 18th February in Glasgow, and ends up at Alexandra Palace on Saturday 27th February before heading out to Europe. Support for the UK dates comes from The Wonder Years and The King Blues.

1) Torn Apart (Live & Acoustic at Alexandra Palace)
2) Myopia (Live & Acoustic at Alexandra Palace)
3) One True Colour (Live & Acoustic at Alexandra Palace)
