Hungarian epic alternative rockers Ann my Guard return to the UK next month, touring in support of their upcoming album: "Ourania".
In Greek mythology, Ourania (Otherwise known as Urania) was one of the nine Mousai (Muses), the goddesses of music, song and dance. In the Classical era, when the Mousai were assigned specific artistic and literary spheres, Ourania was named Muse of astronomy and astronomical writings. In this guise she was depicted pointing at a celestial globe with a rod.
The band's frontwoman, Eszter Baumann-Toth comments:
"We're really excited to be returning to the UK! We made some great friends last time we were in the UK and we're looking forward to meeting old and new friends alike!"
