The first issue of IRON FIST magazine will hit the streets in September 2012.
“Did you read the music paper from the back and to the front? Did you find out where to see your favourite band?”
‘Denim And Leather’ SAXON
Brought to you by ex-Terrorizer editor Louise Brown and a team of metal experts bringing the truest of the true in all its myriad of styles, IRON FIST is a new magazine aimed squarely at connoisseurs, those that did and continue to scour the metal monthlies for news of their favourite bands. It will be a magazine that caters for the disciples of heavy metal, whether that be traditional or classic metal, black, death, thrash and power metal. Iron Fist is born out of passion for music and is a call to arms for other metal maniacs that want to reminisce about the genre’s halcyon days while remaining hungry for the new blood keeping the scene alive.
Described by Louise as a magazine “aimed at people who devour records, can't live without their weekly gig, keep their trusty old denim jacket together with band patches and scour the web for any news of their favourite bands, news and old. I'm really excited about unleashing IRON FIST onto the world. It's been a labour of love and I hope you love it too.”

A little over 2 years to the date, it will be great to play our second-only European appearance in the birthplace of our first ever live show. The people in the Irish scene are extremely amazing, and we would like nothing more than to bring our music back to them for round two."
Vocalist Phil Swanson adds:

'Our Problem', the classic 1998 album from UK aggro-doomsters Iron Monkey, is due to be released on limited edition vinyl for the first time ever on September 10th.
'Our Problem' was produced by Andy Sneap (Megadeth, Machine Head, Cradle Of Filth, Testament, Exodus, Nevermore) and, along with the band's self-titled debut album, single-handedly brought the US sludgecore sound to the UK underground.
The release is part of the "First Time On Vinyl" campaign, which plugs the gaps in the Earache catalogue that have never before been released on LP.
'Our Problem' will be released on double vinyl housed in a deluxe gatefold sleeve, and includes three bonus tracks taken from the deleted 'We've Learned Nothing' split with Church Of Misery. All profits will be donated to the UK National Kidney Federation in memory of the band's late frontman, Johnny Morrow. For more information, visit here.

The stunning new album ‘At Heart’ which charted at #32 in the Billboard charts is out now on Rise Records. 'At Heart' was produced by famed record producer Machine (Lamb of God, Every Time I Die, Suicide Silence) this past winter at Machine Shop in Belleville, New Jersey.
“MISS MAY I has arrived as a BAND. A real fucking band,” adds At Heart producer Machine. “We have created an unstoppable, pure, metal, freight train of a record. My instincts tell me that when people hear it, it will be infectiously unstoppable. There's more feel and power musically, lyrically, than I have heard from the band before. It is a pleasure for me to work with such a young band who knows who they are and are not afraid to focus on the big picture.”

Red Cat Records is very proud to announce the brand new partnership with Acid Brains and the incoming release of their fourth full length “Maybe” in September 2012. The album was recorded at by Gherardo Monti and Giacomo Luporini, mixed by Gherardo Monti (Larione10-Fi, Decibel Recording studio) and mastered by Tommy Bianchi (Marlene Kuntz, Piero Pelù) at White Sound Mastering studio (Firenze, Italy).
The new album “Maybe” moves between rock, grunge, the stoner, punk and alternative in general, but willing to try a more modern sound, "different," and of being influenced by more and more contamination (from post punk / metal to dark, brit from the noise to "pop"): the intention is to "entertain" the listener and to reverse some cliché by now fed up a bit 'all!
