Spanish blackened extreme metal band Noctem released their 2016 full-length album, Haeresis, via Prosthetic Records to great buzz. Earlier this year, the band followed up with a separate digital single, "A Cruce Salus", giving fans a taste of what's soon to come. Now, the band is thrilled to reveal their brand new music video for the track, via Metal Injection. The video, which features blistering black & white live performance footage, can be viewed here: http://www.metalinjection.net/video/get-blackened-on-stage-with-noctems-new-video-for-a-cruce-salus
The live performance footage in the video was filmed by Metalovisión at three festivals in Spain this past summer - Rock Arena, Resurrection Fest, and Leyendas del Rock.
The band says, "'A Cruce Salus' is the last track we composed and a bridge between our latest full length Haeresis and our upcoming record. We decided to record some of the festivals where we performed this summer to capture the energy of the band in our live show, which is outstandingly fast, ravenous and full of anger."
The band's latest album, Haeresis, presents a haunting aural account of their home country's grotesque and obscene history during the Spanish Inquisition throughout 1500 A.C. stretched out over ten menacing tracks. Noctem self-recorded Haeresis in 2016 at Fireworks Studios (Valencia) before sending the album for mixing and mastering by Tore Stjerna (Watain, Valkyrja) at Sweden's Necromorbus Studios.

In 2014 they delighted the fans of melodic emphasized Epic Viking Metal with their acclaimed album "Elderslied".
Now the Basque masters Inscursed return with a remarkably fine EP and a nutritious album, whereby the typical style of the playful band can be optimally represented.
Officially, "The Slavic Covenant" was released on July 31, 2017.
This EP serves as a harbinger for the new studio album "Amalur", which was funded by the band with a crowdfunding campaign. The official release of "Amalur" was on September 25th.
The five mercurial compositions on "The Slavic Covenant", including the equally surprising and original done A-ha cover of the chart-breaker "Take On Me", show a completely unused and persistently hungry formation. Incursed also free up massive energy spills in 2017!
For the song Fear A' Bhata", Incursed adapted the musical basic theme of a Gaelic folkloric song from the late 18th century. The refrain is presented in original language.
The modified band logo - in Cyrillic spelling - on "The Slavic Covenant" is a courageous tribute of the crafty Basque bunch to a Ukraine tour, which has been remembered as a wonderful experience.

Nekhrah's debut album "Cosmic Apostasy" is out now digitally and available via Bandcamp. Previously known as Impalement, the Mediterranean-based act just self-released their first full-length. Physical copies coming soon.

Praise for the album so far:
"The groove, man, the groove!" - Toilet ov Hell
"Nekhrah waste no time at all digging their hooks into the listener’s head, with a gravel-crushing bass and a booming drum tone you can feel in your core, delivering punishing, compulsive grooves. As icing on the cake, the vocals are downright savage, the lyrics voiced in scarring howl that rises to an incinerating, skin-splitting shriek" - No Clean Singing
Hailing from Nicosia, Cyprus (consisting of Greek and Turkish Cypriot and Romanian members), the four-piece distinguished themselves locally through their signature and unique blend of spine-crushing riffs and melody topped with distinctive vocals. Nekhrah have released a home-recorded demo in 2014, under their former name and have currently completed recording their first full-length album entitled Cosmic Apostasy which was mastered by Alan Douches of West West Side Music. The artwork of the album and the design of the band logo was done by Maciej Kamuda.
The band name “Nekhrah” is an Anglicised version of the Greek word “Νέκρα” which means “death” or “deadness” and/or “emptiness” in Greek.
The philosophy behind the band is Nihilistic. That is to say, the belief that existence is meaningless and that there is no inherent meaning in anything we do, think or experience. The lyrics revolve heavily around misanthropy, cataclysm, self-destruction and a desire of non-existence.
“Humanity is but a herd of ritualistic apes that congregate to ceremonialise their own insignificance”.

The song appears on Wizard Bloody Wizard, the long-anticipated new LP, which is full of cranium-crushing bludgeon rock — a relentless aural brain rape and, like the band's beloved vintage horror/exploitation movies, definitely not for those of a nervous disposition.
