Theatres Des Vampires is an Italian Gothic Metal band with strong symphonic influences, formed in 1994 and renowned for the predominant theme of vampirism in their lyrics. ‘Candyland’ has been inspired by a room of the infamous Pennhurst asylum in Pennsylvania, a room which was different from all the others, with coloured walls and bars on the windows, described as hell on earth by the patients of the facility, where adults and children with severe mental problems have been hidden from the public eye for decades. ‘Candyland’ was the name of that room. Obsession and madness characterizes Theatres Des Vampires’ latest work, their sound is forceful and sensual at the same time, pervaded with those wistful and melancholic bursts which the band is renowned for. “Candyland” sees a very special guest appearance by legendary Moonspell frontman Fernando Ribeiro on the song ‘Seventh Room’.

Serbian Gothic Doom Sextet The Father Of Serpents are just a a few days away from releasing their debut full length "Age Of Damnation" via Satanath Records (Russia) & United By Chaos (Finland)
Decibel Magazine Exclusively Streamed the Music Video of "Viral", the 10th and last track of the album, which can be found at this location
The Father Of Serpents is an entity consisted of six souls, entwined with admiration for doom metal. Formed in 2015, by the members of the renown bands from the Serbian scene (The Hell/Awaiting Fear, Tamerlan, Rain Delay, Consecration), their purpose was to leave their name within the musical path paved by the old masters like My Dying Bride, Saturnus, Paradise Lost and Moonspell. Father Of Serpents quickly got large amount of attention in Serbia and beyond. Band performed in Serbia, Bulgaria, and Romania
First album "Age Of Damnation" contains about an hour of apocalyptic atmosphere, presented through the gentlest of acoustic passages, to the most brutal and vicious parts.
Testimony from the band:
"Viral was the last song we did before recording the album in the studio, just a few days before. It was almost done in 15 minutes and it went pretty natural and straightforward. We didn't have the time to overthought or analyse the song, so the energy of the moment when we were jamming the song is there. It is both groovy, catchy and dark"
Line - up:
Tamerlan - Vocals (growls/screams/narations)
Pavle Sovilj - Vocals (clean) & Violin
Igor Lončar - Guitars
Željko Zec - Guitars
Milan Šuput - Bass
Aleksandar Maksimović - Drums
Four musicians from four different countries with four entirely different biographies, yet all stemming from the world of Rock, now united in one band: Exit Eden
The all-female four piece ensemble unites all attributes ascribed to the new millennium: cosmopolitan, self-confident-independent and ready to do their very own thing! Despite their diversity, the four singers Amanda Somerville, Clémentine Delauney, Marina La Torraca and Anna Brunner blend together personally as superbly as they do vocally with their very diverse vocal tones and techniques that go from opera style to raspy rock! This constellation created extraordinary and powerful ideas and finally became their unique plan to raise Exit Eden’s very own edge: to show the world that almost every classic song can be transformed into a solid metal-rock song.
Exit Eden’s debut "Rhapsodies in Black”, which will be released on August 4 via Napalm Records (worldwide excluding Germany / Switzerland / Austria via Starwatch), is home to a colourful mix of international super hits from Rihanna to Madonna, from Depeche Mode to Adele, and many more! Still and all, it’s miles away from being just a cover album. A first video will present a grand entrance very soon! Stay tuned for more updates on Exit Eden
Who the musicians are:
Amanda is a rock-solid authority of the music scene: both as a solo artist and sharing success and the stage with bands like Avantasia, Epica and Kamelot. Though her US-American roots are based in Pop & Rock, she fell in love with the Metal scene and made it her home. She has toured with Alice Cooper, Ian Gillan and many more legends with her commanding voice and fronts the projects Trillium and Kiske Somerville (with Helloween icon Michael Kiske). All of this, combined with her wide range of experience, grants her a unique edge and a permanent address in the Metal world.
A natural talent, Anna began singing at a very young age. As a daughter of a German father and an American mother, she grew up bilingual and founded her first Rock band as a teenager. Due to a music study that lead her through different parts of the world, she garnered a multitude of experience and it became crystal clear to her: music has to rock – and vocals need to be emotional – just like a passionate scream.
Marina La Torraca:
Hailing from Brazil, Marina was born with rhythm in her blood. As the auspicious frontwoman of several Metal bands since the age of 15, her path led her to Europe, where she got to perform with Avantasia and to found her up-and-coming band, Phantom Elite. Since having studied musical theatre in New York, the versatile singer and actress can also be seen internationally in musical productions, including the upcoming German tour of the Broadway-Hit, RENT. For her, being close to the crowd is what counts – no problem for her and her natural convincing character.
Clémentine was born near Paris 30 years ago. She has been a multi talent since her childhood days – no matter if she was dancing, playing the piano or singing – she enchanted her audience. At the age of 16, she joined her first Metal band, she is currently fronting Symphonic Metal outfit Visions Of Atlantis and also worked with Serenity and Melted Space. Another one of her career highlights is her participation on Kai Hansen’s (Helloween, Gamma Ray) first solo album, released in 2016. Thus, Clémentine has carved her way into being one of the great performers of the scene.
The UK's legendary extreme metal icons Cradle Of Filth have announced the details for the band's upcoming 12th full-length album.
‘Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay’ will be released on September 22nd via Nuclear Blast. You can view the stunning cover artwork by Artūrs Bērziņš below. Bērziņš is the mastermind behind the new record’s artwork, photography and videography – best known for his defiant neo-symbolism raster graphics and oil paintings; postmodern interpretations of classic myths. He has been proclaimed as a “sacred monster of Latvian postmodernism”.
Commented the infamous Dani Filth:
"The album is deeply infused with Victorian gothic horror and thus the title is a reflection of that. 'Cryptoriana' implies the Victorian's infatuation with the supernatural, the grave and the ghoulish. And the subtitle 'The Seductiveness Of Decay' further cements this attraction to death and the glittering lengthy process of self-annihilation."
The first single off ‘Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay’ will be released on July 5th, the same day that the album pre-order will become available.
‘Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay’ was recorded at Grindstone Studios, Suffolk, UK by the very honourable Scott Atkins, esq. who has been the resident go-to producer for Cradle Of Filth for several albums. Dani sat in during the mix, serving up flaming mugs of teas, making the studio couch his own and lending his ears when necessary.
The band have also announced their first full scale UK and Ireland tour in years, starting in Belfast, Northern Ireland on 30th October.
Added Dani Filth:
"We, as a band, are incredibly excited about hitting the UK and Ireland for a full run of dates around All Hallows Eve, as playing the band's home country is always great fun and the audiences here are very receptive. And nuts. The dates will be the first in a long line of shows that will extend throughout the rest of the World throughout 2018. We aim to be very prolific on the live front, delivering a show worthy of our fan’s exalted expectations and more"

Club Inferno has announced the signing of the Venezuelan Gothic Metal band Infestus. They will take care of the digital distribution and promotion of Infestus' EP titled "Dresses Of Darkness" ready to be released officially on June 6th, 2017.
Infestus’ music can be defined as Gothic Black Metal with mysterious and dark opening to real darkness and anguish through the gloom and the rage already walked by band like Moonspell, Tiamat and with strong references to the Vampiric essence of Cradle Of Filth and Theatres Des Vampires.
These five talented and skilled musicians from South America are ready to tred the path of Gothic Black Metal and "Dresses Of Darkness" is the first example of what they are going to show.
Colombian doom-gothic metal 4-piece Charm Designer released their first music video "Never After" on Friday, April 7th, 2017 through Inverse Records’ YouTube channel and the band’s own Facebook page.
Video is available here: https://youtu.be/tn-fE49ZDu4
The clip for Never After was shot in their hometown by local director Gustavo Carvajal, and it portrays both the concept of a multiple characterization of mortality and Gustavo’s bet on a “fashion film” inspired visual aesthetics and the interplay of light and shade.
Never After is the second single from Charm Designer’s 2016 album "Everlasting", which was produced and recorded by Waldemar Sorychta (Tiamat, Samael, Moonspell, Lacuna Coil, etc.). Previously and as anticipation for the album, a lyric video for the title track, which featured the artwork and animation of renowned Romanian artist Costin Chioreanu, was released as a first single.
Everlasting was first released by Finland’s Inverse Records on CD and also for download and streaming through digital platforms.

Hailing from the colourful and music-inspired streets of Minneapolis, Minnesota, comes the unique blend of Metal / Rock / Industrial that is Gabriel and the Apocalypse. The band delivers a fierce yet beautiful array of female-fronted aggression that will give its predecessors a run for their money.
In regards to the new album, vocalist Lindy Gabriel says,
“The Ghost Parade is a concept record that brings you on a music roller coaster ride. From in your face songs, like ‘March of the Dolls,’ to stripped down emotional songs, like ‘Behind the Sun,’ this record still maintains a taste of the usual GATA anthems on politics and world issues, but, as a whole, it is more personal. I feel as a writer and lyricist it is more abstract and poetic. I feel more exposed and vulnerable. It's honest. It flows and twists through different waves and moods from beginning to end.”
The Ghost Parade was recently released by Pavement Entertainment, and the band has just completed its new video and single “Thrill of the Kill.” Gabriel and the Apocalypse will embark on a full tour this June and July with Wednesday 13. Check the video here:-
