Russian metalcore outfit Forget My Silence has released a new music video for the title track off their upcoming record, Fall To Rise. The new single produced by Cameron Mizell (Sleeping With Sirens, Memphis May Fire) brings out melodic but powerful riffs and shines on a mix of soulful yet heavy vocals.
"'Fall To Rise' is the main song from the album. The title holds the history of my life and our band. We are all working on ourselves to get better at what we do. Not always was everything perfect, we faced many fails and hard times, but they only made us stronger and actually made us better. 'Fall To Rise' is story of how people who step over, will fall against those who have already fell before and learned their mistakes, and by their turn they will rise again, only stronger, and they all keep the circle of falling and rising going. This song will be kind of the beginning of new chapters in our story." - Vocalist, Roma Sadygov
Forget My Silence is a post-hardcore/metalcore band from Saint-Petersburg, Russia formed in august 2011 by vocalist Roma Sadygov. Shortly after, the band released their first music video for the single "This is only the beginning," which has since reached nearly five million views on YouTube. In November 2013, they released their debut EP Lifeline and toured around Russia, gaining a passionate following of fans before releasing the the single “Not Perfect” in 2014. The following year the band released “Virtual Privacy” (produced by Cameron Mizell) from their upcoming debut full-length Fall to Rise.
"This album is a half-way stop between our early 'metal' stuff and more nu-metal sound we've dug into recently,” says guitarist Elia Solonnikov. “Simple, but powerful riffs, some harsh vocals, more soulful lyrics than Roma has ever written. If you liked Forget My Silence before, you won't be disappointed.”

Rock tinged melodic metalcore / post hardcore Vancouverites This Gun For Hire will be unleashing their debut album 'Something A Little More Sinister' on March 31, 2017. The band has already released singles 'Infection', 'Good Evening Deacon' and 'Barn Burner', which guitarist Tyler Burns has a brand new play-through for at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyKZKJ7l1vg
This Gun For Here is also offering fans a FREE download of 'Barn Burner' exclusively on PureGrainAudio.com at http://puregrainaudio.com/audio/this-gun-for-hire-barn-burner-free-song-download
Plus you can watch their music video for 'Barn Burner' at https://youtu.be/UO1qbqi3I2Q
The band comments on the video:
“You ever been to one of those parties where you feel like you’re on top of the world? Well this isn’t one of those parties. Welcome to Barn Burner! Where the drinks aren’t free and the girls ain’t pretty. Get ready for a night full of hazards, disasters, and bastards where there’s no going home! Barn Burner is This Gun for Hire‘s party jam that doesn’t let up, even for a second. Delving into the Canadian atmosphere of bush and house parties. You better dust off those dancing shoes and buckle up for a wild… ish ride. Special thanks to Kris Hellstrom for creating another awesome video for us.”
This Gun For Hire recorded 'Something A Little More Sinister' with engineer and producer Roger Swan (K-OS, Battle Axe) to present their first clutch of original songs to showcase to the world. The twelve track release displays a keen awareness of pace and dynamics. Moving deftly from the seething chaos of the eponymous opener to the grandiose and melodic epic of "To The Fallen And The Faithful', and back again for the staccato grunt of 'Barn Burner' to finish the record, This Gun For Hire leave you in little doubt as to their capabilities.
'Something A Little More Sinister' will be available through iTunes, Amazon and CD Baby.

This morning You Me At Six vocalist Josh Franchesci joined the Victoria Derbyshire programme (BBC Two) to discuss the revelation that Robbie Williams's management team is placing tickets directly on to resale ticketing websites at higher prices.
Ie:music put tickets for Williams's 2017 tour on Get Me In and Seatwave - in one case for £65 more, before fees, than a similar ticket on Ticketmaster.
The company has previously called on the government to take stronger action against resale sites.

February 2016; Enter Shikari head out on a tour of the UK, taking in some of the biggest venues they have ever headlined in their decade-long career.
In the DIY fashion that the band have become synonymous with, the video screen content and programming for the front of house quadrophonic audio system has all been created and slaved over for months by the band themselves. Wary of the potential disaster / glorious victory that lies ahead, but never ones to shy away from lifting the curtain to show the inner-workings of their endeavours, the band consider it a wise move to ensure someone is on hand to capture it all on video.
Enter Shikari met photographer / videographer Alexey Makhov on one of their now regular trips to Russia; so when he mentioned his availability prior to the tour, it struck everyone as a no-brainer.
The resulting 30 minute mini-documentary mixes beautifully shot & edited live footage, behind the scenes access, and candid interviews with the band; following them from the tour’s production rehearsals right through to its conclusion at a sold out show at London’s 9000 capacity Alexandra Palace.
Frontman Rou Reynolds had this to say on the subject
“It was great to have Alexy along to document the biggest tour of our lives. He captured both the tension behind the scenes and the emotional release on stage perfectly! "
A full audio recording of the Alexandra Palace show, however, DOES exist, and has now been mixed and mastered. Details of what will be happening with that will be forthcoming shortly.
Enter Shikari have a small number of European festival dates remaining this summer, along with an outdoor headline show at Budapest’s Barba Nagra Track, before heading to Japan and finally rounding off their live 2016 with a short Australian run.

Budapest’s ear-pleasing male and female fronted electronica post-hardcore / metalcore outfit The Tumor Called Marla has just released their music video for the song “Basement Tapes”, that is off their 2015 EP entitled "Trance". The music video was shot with a 360° camera and able to viewed as such.
“We like to open up to new things, and wanted to close the ’Trance’ era into a final, exciting frame. I feel we did this as it’s still very unique in Hungary to shoot a 360 degree video.”
- András Gerő (Male Vocalist)
Forming in Budapest, Hungary in 2014 after male vocalist András Gerő’s last band Babes In The Wood broke up, The Tumor Called Marla was quickly filled out by female vocalist Anna Burai, bassist Geri Kneif, guitarist Attila Lauter, guitarist Krisztián Farkas, and drummer Roland Jegyinák. Their style of music blending electronica and post-hardcore together is an ear pleasing, foot tapping inducing final product that has quickly gained them a local following before catching the attention of Imminence Records. They would go on to announce their signing with the label in early October before releasing their debut EP, entitled "Trance", on November 27th.

Post-Hardcore / Metalcore band Crown The Empire has debuted a video for their first new song, “Zero,” today from their highly-anticipated, forthcoming album, "Retrograde", that’s due out on July 22nd via Rise Records. Fans can pre-order the record now at cte.merchnow.com OR Itunes
"We wrote this song specifically for our long time fans. We feel that the song's explosive energy coupled with the psychedelic production and video really puts our best foot forward to give the listener an idea of what they can expect to hear from the album overall. We hope you enjoy "Zero," your first taste of our album Retrograde. We are very excited for its release on July 22nd.” – Andy Leo (vocalist)
“Zero” is Crown The Empire’s first new song since the release of their coveted, breakout album "The Resistance: Rise of The Runaways," which was released in 2014 and debuted at #7 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. The video for the track was directed by Sam Shapiro and Sam Halleen and was shot in down-town Los Angeles. It takes viewers on a psychedelic journey through the perspective of each member’s eyes and what they may have encountered while writing and recording the record.
Crown The Empire will embark on the Vans Warped Tour later this month where fans can catch them all summer long. Follow the band at https://www.facebook.com/Crowntheempire for updates.
Released yesterday, As Daylight Fades’ ‘Love//Loss’ EP is a bleak musical proposition. “Everything comes to an end,” says Matty Clarke, frontman of the Glaswegian metalcore miserablists; “The songs of our E.P are about loving and losing people close to you, which is something everyone, unfortunately, will have to deal with at some point in their life.” Boasting four tracks audibly soaked through with frustration, thundering riffs and breakdowns provide a furious backdrop for Clarke’s desperate vocal tirades: “The lyrics cover the idea of facing the world alone, and the challenges you’ll face whilst doing so.” Get it here.
The release follows the EP’s exclusive stream with Metal Hammer. Recalling writing sessions that would sometimes stretch out over 48 hours without any rest, Clarke comments; “It was easier to keep going whilst we were in the zone instead of stopping and picking things up another time. It’s not ideal at all, but it helped us write the EP, and a nice 15-hour sleep after writing a song was always good. We put everything into the writing process for this release, so it’ll be a proud moment for us when we finally get it out there.”
As Daylight Fades – completed by guitarists Alan Ross and Douglas Park, bassist Roland Walet and drummer Cameron Humphrey – geared for the release with a set of UK and European tour dates, from which they cut together footage for their recent video for The Great Divide (here). “What sets us apart from our local scene is the fact that we have the drive and motivation to get ourselves out there,” opines Clarke; “We love writing, we love recording, we love playing shows and most importantly we love music.”

The band deliver a different kind of energy to the dance floor with their fourth full-length album, ‘Savages’. Released April 14th 2014 the album sees the unit once again treading boldly into fresh territory, delving heavier into the electronic dance world while staying true to their rock roots, a combination that sounds equally at home in a club, or lighting up packed fields at Warped Tour. Featuring guest vocals from pop artist Karmin, and rock front-men Danny Worsnop (Asking Alexandria) and Tyler Carter (Issues), Savages solidifies the band’s unique ability to straddle multiple musical styles and blend it into a sound all their own, a sound that is as infectious as it is euphoric - and about to become the soundtrack to your summer.
Known for their genre-bending fuse of rock and electro-pop, the band skyrocketed to mainstream attention with their platinum selling 2012 single entitled ‘Blackout,’ which hit the top 15 on Top 40 radio, and their seductively addictive music video for single ‘Hit and Run’ which has received over 1.6 million YouTube views. The band's pulse-pounding beats have landed placements on MTV Hills and The City, NBC's The Tonight Show, 30 Rock, and Monday Night Football, and have garnered press from noteworthy outlets such as MTV, USA Today, New York Times, Playboy.com, Alternative Press, and a performance on the Jimmy Kimmel Show. With their strongest record right around the corner -- the band is poised to launch into 2014 bigger and better than ever.
_American Post-Hardcore (aka 'Mexicore') mob Pierce The Veilis to reveal the album art and track list for their highly-spoke of upcoming release 'Collide With The Sky', set for release July 17th, 2012.

After a year of working out parts on the road, recording demos on the bus, living in a cabin that we turned into a studio for months at a time, writing while we were overseas in Europe, and not to mention the 3 months that we spent recording the album in New Jersey, we have literally poured every bit of our collective lives into this record and we cannot wait any longer to show it to you!".
