Taking root in early thrash and death metal, and combined with dark, foreboding ambiance, Seeds Of Perdition strive to create a more atmospheric style of death/thrash metal. While the trend in extreme music today is towards technicality and virtuosity, the group present a more raw and intense sound that gives a simpler, yet heavier vibe.
Seeds Of Perdition formed in Philadelphia, P.A. in 2010 when founding members Daniel Loughry and George Cathers, formerly of Insatanity and Polterchrist, decided to take a different direction from past projects. They recorded their first demo, New World Tyrants, in Spring 2011.
After a couple of years touring and with the departure of original members Matt Frost and Steve Raimer, early 2013 saw the addition of Chris Natalini on vocals. Chris brings in his experience from such bands as Dawn Of Correction, Circle Of Fear and Blood Feast. He is also a patch wearing member and leader of the NYDM’s Pennsylvania chapter. Their debut 5 song EP entitled From Within was released on Born Of Chaos Records in May 2013.
In 2014, came the addition of Chris Kerns on bass guitar, hailing from groups such as Crucifier and Pale Existence. “Crazy Ass” Paul Dunleavy joined the band on lead guitar for 2014-2015. Late 2016 saw the arrival of Joseph Muir on lead guitar. Originally an acoustic jazz guitarist, he is new blood to the death metal genre and music scene.
The album Incarnation was released in June 2017 and now Seeds Of Perdition are ready and waiting with the release of their brand new opus Suffering Of The Dead worldwide via Sliptrick Records in the coming months.

“Naturalness within unnaturalness, or the gathering between sorrow and ecstasy”
From various forms of musical expression, the Dark Mirror Ov Tragedy themes use spontaneous minor key melodies which deeply infect the listener’s sensitivity. Coming from the existing local music standards, their breaking and mixing of musical styles is not easily categorized. The group have an inclination toward experimental and progressiveness which further incite and stimulate the listener’s mind. All coming from their strong creative base. Dark Mirror Ov Tragedy, with their flashing musical sensibilities and outstanding song-writing pay close attention to their evolving course.
The band name Dark Mirror Ov Tragedy is taken from the Middle-age prophet Nostradamus, who saw the through his mirror, a dark and cursed future. Like their name, the music is the combination of small pieces of echoing memories from their own life experiences carved together by going back and forth from the dark to the light. They conjure these sources with basic instruments such as guitar, bass, drums and keyboard with a natural combination of minor keys which fully express their eastern sentiments.
Classical gothic music is the outstanding essence of Dark Mirror Ov Tragedy, with anguished vocals and brooding instruments performing chapters and poems which evoke nothingness and wholeness, darkness and daylight, beauty and ugliness!

Gash – Guitars
Senyt – Guitars

The Canadian extreme progressive metal quintet Into Eterrnity recently unveiled a new song, “Fringes of Psychosis”, (https://youtu.be/V5rOJADB4GE) which marked the first official taste of their long-awaited sixth album “The Sirens”. Today, M-Theory Audio is proud to announce the group's signing, and that the record will be released on October 26. Physical pre-orders are available now at this location (www.m-theoryaudio.com/store), while a digital pre-order (which includes an instant download of “Fringes of Psychosis”) is underway on Bandcamp (intoeternitysk.bandcamp.com).
Originally, Into Eterrnity intended to self-release “The Sirens” after a planned release through a European label fell through, but the group recently reconnected with M-Theory Audio president Marco Barbieri, who served as president of Century Media Records when the band released such acclaimed albums as “Buried In Oblivion” (2004) and “The Scattering Of Ashes” (2006).
“The Sirens” – which features guest appearances by former vocalist Stu Block (now in Iced Earth), Cam Dixon (ex-Annihilator) and Glen Drover (ex-Megadeth) – sees Into Eterrnity firing on all cylinders, with Amanda Kiernan's fierce vocals and Tim Roth's trademark guitar heroics and vocal harmonies backed by long time bassist Troy Bleich and newer recruits Bryan James Newbury (drums) and Matt Cuthberston (guitars, also of Untimely Demise). The album was co-produced, mixed and mastered by former guitarist Justin Bender, while long time artist Mattias Noren (Evergrey, Epica, Kamelot) designed the cover and layout.
Says founding guitarist Tim Roth:-
“First of all, Into Eterrnity would like to thank all of our fans for the support regarding this new album we're about to release. The original plan was to release it independently ourselves, but the plan has changed. We are pumped to announce that we are now releasing 'The Sirens' worldwide through M-Theory Audio! Thanks go out to Marco for reaching out to us and providing us a new deal that we simply could not refuse. Into Eterrnity worked for years and years with Marco when he was president of Century Media, so for us this is a perfect fit for our band. Unfortunately, this does mean that we will be pushing back our release date until October, as our new label is going to need some time to manufacture and properly promote the release. Thanks again to everyone for the long time support, and you'll all be hearing 'The Sirens' in the coming months!”
From 2005 to 2008, there wasn't a harder-working metal band on the planet than Into Eterrnity, whose extreme progressive metal built on the pioneering work of such forward-thinking acts as Death, Cynic and Opeth. The group toured seemingly non-stop with the likes of Dream Theater, Symphony X, Dark Tranquillity, The Haunted, Kataklysm and Hate Eternal, and also joined the epic line-up of Megadeth, Lamb of God, Opeth, Arch Enemy and Overkill on the 2006 edition of Gigantour.
In 2008, the group released their fifth record, the concept album “The Incurable Tragedy,” and prepared for another busy touring cycle, which began with a vengeance on that year's Summer Slaughter Canada (where the band played alongside Necrophagist, Dying Fetus, Veil of Maya, Whitechapel and others). From there, the group hit the road in support of Iced Earth, after which they planned to take a short break to recover from four years of road work.
Soon after Roth returned home to Regina, Saskatchewan, however, he became a first-time father, and it soon became clear that touring as aggressively wouldn't be possible. The group still performed periodically in subsequent months, even travelling to Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan in the spring of 2009, but as the band considered their next moves after the end of the “Incurable Tragedy” touring cycle, vocalist Stu Block was asked to join Iced Earth.
At first, he planned to perform double-duty, and in 2011, Into Eterrnity recorded two digital singles featuring Block. It quickly became apparent, though, that Iced Earth's touring commitments would keep Block on the road indefinitely, so in 2012, Roth recruited the Edmonton-based singer Amanda Kiernan (also of The Order of Chaos) to become Into Eterrnitys new vocalist. The group subsequently began demoing material for a new album, which they would record gradually over the next few years.
This weekend, Into Eterrnity will join Fit For An Autopsy and Archspire as co-headliners of the Loud As Hell festival in Drumheller, Alberta on August 5th. For more info visit www.LoudAsHell.com. Additional tour dates are in the works.
Italian Heavy Metal band Tytus, which signed a deal with Fighter Records in December 2017, are finishing the recordings of their sophomore album to be entitled "Rain After Drought" and soon will reveal cover art, first single and track-list as well as a definite release date for it which is expected for late 2018 or early 2019 through Fighter Records.
Tytus was born in Trieste (Italy) in 2014, releasing their first recording in form of a very limited 7"EP entitled "White Lines" in early 2015. Later on, the band got signed to Sliptrick Rec. which released their debut album "Rises" in October 2016, receiving a fairly good acceptance in the underground Heavy Metal scene.
In summer 2017, Tytus got in touch with Fighter Records which finally signed the band in December of the same year while the recording process was happening. It's been a long process, but "Rain After Drought" is near to be completed. It'll be a more mature work, still in the vein of their debut, and full of killer tunes with strong riffing gathering influences from bands like early Metallica, Iron Maiden, early Megadeth, Slough Feg…
As soon as everything's done, we'll be able to offer you a 1st advance song from "Rain After Drought" as well as cover artwork, track listing and a release date for it.
In the meantime, visit Tytus' official Facebook here: www.facebook.com/TytusBand and watch their official video-clip taken from their debut album "Rises" (2016) here: https://youtu.be/6pGcKGjMnwE

Hailing from Italy, Sludge Metal trio Carcharodon have signed a worldwide deal with Argonauta Records! Their third and hotly anticipated album titled 'Bukkraken' will be released on October 26th 2018.
Carcharodon started their journey as a power trio in 2003, inspired by a concept of the Nattero brothers (Boggio & Pixo). The band's intent was to mix extreme metal with the blues and heavy doom tunes. After several demos, split records as well as two critically acclaimed studio albums, followed by numerous shows all over Europe and the States, Carcharodon are getting back to their roots in terms of their sound and while they recorded their best album to date.
Says the band: „We decided to get in touch with Argonauta and Gero because this new record means a lot to us in terms of the band's evolution of sound, and we thought it deserved to be pushed properly with all possible means. We saw Argonauta grow fast during these last years and sign a lot of good bands of friends in the heavy genre, so we thought this could be the best choice for us. We asked some of these bands that are now our label mates and saw that they were happy with the label, so we immediately wrote to Gero and we are proud to say that he’s been one of the few who wasn’t afraid to invest in our raw and brutal vision of music and showed the will and courage to support our musical endeavours. After meeting him in person we immediately understood we were talking with the right guy and we are sure we will do a great job together supporting our music vision, which is something hard to describe or tag as a certain genre.. as usually we fit them all and we fit none, but that’s part of being unique! We’re pretty pumped up about the release!”
