Melodic / Symphonic Death Metal quintet Perdition is pleased to announce that their proper Imminence Records debut, entitled "Lost Rites", will be released June 3rd. To celebrate the announcement, the band has released the lead single of the EP entitled “The Hymm Creeper.”
"The new EP represents our tireless efforts to reinvigorate a genre of music plagued by over-quantization and volume. We are proud to release the first single off of the EP. The song is fast, brutal, and precise with a take-no-prisoner cadence. Its lyrics reflect our societal shortcomings and our overall ignorance towards intelligent, political, and social progress. With every listen of the track an angel loses her wings and a fascist loses his toupee.” – Noah Scarpelli (Drummer)

Evyltyde have announced they will be starting work on their debut album come 4th October 2014.
Recording for the as-yet untitled album will kick off at The Boneyard Studio in Swansea (Wales, United Kingdom) and is scheduled to run through to early November, with a release penciled for mid-December or early January.
The 10-track digital release will include 5 songs that currently feature as part of Evyltyde’s live set; ‘Living To Die’, ‘Kick You Down’, ‘Guilty’, ‘Hollow’ and ‘Fly Away’ plus another 5 new songs that the band are currently developing.
The special edition CD release will not only contain the 10 new recordings, but remixed and remastered versions of Evyltyde’s previous releases as well. “It’s going to have quite a mix of styles, not just ten songs that all sound the same. If you’ve seen us live then you’ll know what to expect, if not, then I guess it will be a bit of a surprise for some”, comments Danny Merton (guitars).
“We’re super excited about it, I spent two years living in Swansea, so it’s almost a sort of homecoming for me. It will be great to be able to take the time to work on the material and to be able to spend a week doing nothing but singing will be awesome!" remarks Hannah Delany (vocals).
