 Joining the ranks at Sliptrick Records this week: Eufory (SK) Metal | Power Metal | Melodic Metal Old-school metal influenced act with modern attitude – this is Eufory, a group from the Slovak Republic led by highly experienced singer, Lubos and backed by their exotic drummer girl, Miriama. Starting out as a Def Leppard tribute band and after spending time searching for the right direction, the decision to write and record their own material was the obvious way ahead. After stabilizing the previously uncertain line-up, Eufory released their debut album Flying Island Eufory and presented it on tour in Slovakia, Poland and Czech Republic. The band wasted no time in starting work on their follow up album which will be entitled Higher And Higher and is set for release worldwide via Sliptrick Records in 2018. Over the coming months, the band plan to perform more shows incorporating most of the new songs from Higher And Higher into their set-list. For their upcoming stage appearances, the band promise more effects, more movement and even more sweat every single night. This band know how to to rock!  Russian post-metallers L'Homme Absurde have completed work for their sophomore album "Sleepless", which can be considered as a logical follow-up to the band's creativity, the working formula of "Monsters" (2016), but with more influences from hardcore/metalcore music. "Sleepless" is set to be released on March 26th via Russian label Soundage Productions. L'Homme Absurde was started by A., a Russian musician formerly known as the drummer for a series of Moscow doom metal bands (Mare Infinitum, Comatose Vigil, Who Dies In Siberian Slush) and as a mastermind of doom/downtempo band A Young Man's Funeral. In 2016 the band joined with other members and released their first self-titled demo. That same year L'Homme Absurde recorded their first full-length album entitled "Monsters", which was released by Russian label Fono ltd.
 Maraton, the new and intense act from Norway is premiering their new music video for 'Blood Music' today! The band is mixing the realms of pop, rock, metal and prog - unbound by the iron chains of the progressive music genre. Despite this strange and wonderful mix, the video present themselves as surprisingly refreshing and catchy! The video is the work of the incredibly talented Troll Toftenes. The yet-untitled album is planned for a Spring 2018 release. More information about the material, along with the lead single will be announced soon. Varmia were established in 2016 in Olsztyn, Poland by guitarist/vocalist, Lasota. The band’s name is taken from the historical region in northern Poland, Warmia. It reflects the band’s lyrical content which is inspired by pre-Slavic qualities and heritage of the Warmia district. Immediate actions were made to take back copies from distributors and send corrected covers to the others and meanwhile the release date of the jewel case CD was delayed from Jan 26th to Feb 9th. Feb 9th came to earth, and still, doesn't matter how hard we tried, we received photos from shops that got the misprint version of our albums.
