Enmachined, a bone-crushing old school Thrash Metal band ascending from the depths of Dhaka, Bangladesh have just signed with Salute Records. A demo album entitled "Thrash Assault" is on the way to being unleashed from their arsenal on the 24th August and will comprise of 3 demo tracks completed by the band. Enmachined is one of the protagonist bands in the Thrash Metal resurgence movement in Bangladesh and conceives the raw spirit of Thrash Metal in their hearts. They have performed in innumerable shows all around the capital city Dhaka and in metal fests like Metal Morgue and Death Skull Ritual. The band is all set for their international debut gig in Kolkata, India in September 2013 and will be accompanied by their countrymen Nafarmaan, a Black / Death metal band in the show Ritual Ascension Fest II (Kolkata), organized by Putrid Ascendency. The band has also reported that they have firm plans on hitting the studio for their full length album right after the Kolkata tour. Gibraltar's one-man DSBM project Days Of Our Lives is pleased to announce the release of their latest single.
Sole musician and GMA's Gibraltar correspondent comments: "The single is entitled "And For A Moment The World Just Stopped" and is the first single to be release for the upcoming Days of Our Lives album. Over the years the band has explored and expanding in different ways and this album I am hoping will showcase all that has happened. The single itself features no metal tracks but rather a classical piano piece and a bonus track which hopefully will set the mood for the album. It will be released on Monday the 19th of August on my own label No Remorse Records (Gibraltar) and will be limited to 100 copies only. There was a time, not too long ago though, when Kolkata did not have a single Metal band to offer, Hybrid Metal infused genres that used to be taken as Metal and the scene was predominant with people and bands with at least ideas on how Metal should be done and with the lack of listening disorder, especially to the basic Heavy, Thrash or Old School Black and Death Metal, people had simply no idea or interest to the foundation and building pillars of this genres. It was shameful how you could get hold of so called Metal fans or band members and ask them basic questions on metal and you could get a strange face as if you asked them about String Theory. Totally parasitic and atrociously weak, the scene slowly gained a name, sarcastically, Corekata, from metalheads outside the city. The scene never could attain anything nationally, nor internationally. The decay and stagnation slowly crept in and that was the time the very first strike of Metal and hope was manifested as Putried Ascendancy emerged. Originally just featuring a Facebook page and a couple of old online compilations, Putrid Ascendancy slowly sowed the seeds of awakening and self realization among city metalheads together, illuminating everything that is metal and criticized everything that is not. The work of Putrid Ascendancy turned easier with the sudden up-rise of notable and skilled metal bands that mushroomed out of nowhere, among these bands were: Purgation, Necrodeity, Armament, Mortar, Strangulate and Dead Veneration. These bands are to be noted for their strong music in Death, Thrash and Grind metal. The first ever Ritual Ascendancy Fest was held in Kolkata with these bands on 4th August and immediately was applauded for such underground charm and brilliant sets by each bands. Eyes were opened, minds were f**ked, Determinations grew stronger and Metal got louder. The second version of Ritual Ascension Fest named WAR.CULT.SUPREMACY is set to protest Bongo-Bhonga or rather conceptualized as the unification of both the Bengal terrain as ONE. War.Cult.Supremacy stands as Militant Metal War against remaining parasitic metal trends and posers and this time East Bengal shall unleash its wrath in two gigantic proportions. Black / Death Bestail Regiment Nafarmaan (Formed by Canadian Black Metal band Weapon's Ex Drummer - Nohttzver) and bone crushing Thrash Militia Enmachined shall bring caustic torment to all posers, They shall be supported by West Bengal's Terror Adversarialists Necrodeity, Brutal Holocausters Purgation, Thrashing Warfare Specialists Armament and black witching blood shedders Kapalin. Green Army, a Thrash / Death / Depressive Extreme Metal band ascending from Bangladesh unleashes their EP ‘Reborn of The Blackened”via Tridroid Records on 25th June, 2013. The EP has been released in cassette format and consists of 5 tracks. It was recorded and produced by Mr. Ayon at Studio 100 Miles. Green Army will also release their EP in compact disk format via Nihil Interit Records.
The band also plans on going to make a split tape release with an Egyptian band and come up with their full length album by 2014.
