Southern California progressive thrashers Madrost have released a new track off their upcoming live album, Lost Lives Volume 1. The band teamed with metal site Dead Rhetoric for the exclusive premiere of "Zombie Grinder." Madrost guitarist / vocalist Tanner Poppit comments on the song: "This particular version of ‘Zombie Grinder’ showcases it in its beginning stages. The song harkens back to the old days of thrash and is extremely catchy and relentless in its delivery! Especially on this live album, it has stood the test of time as a brutal slab of severe death thrash metal.” Stream "Zombie Grinder" at this location. The first in a planned series of live recordings this fall on Lost Wisdom Records. Lost Lives Volume 1 is a throwback to the band’s early days. The album features songs found on the band’s recently reissued full-length debut, Maleficent. The songs selected for this release were recorded during an October 2009 performance at Hogue Barmichael’s in Newport Beach, CA. Lost Lives Volume 1 will be out on CD and digital formats on October 11 on Lost Wisdom Records. Pre-order at madrost.bandcamp.com At the time these songs were recorded, Madrost consisted of Tanner Poppitt (Vocals/Guitar), Jake Durbin (Guitars), Thomas Damgaard (Bass), Josh Alves (Drums). Album tracks were remastered by Rob Colwell at Bombworks Sound, with artwork by Tony Koehl at www.sketchthesoul.com. Founded in the summer of 2007, Madrost is a progressive death thrash act focused on precision song writing and an energetic diverse approach to their sound. Influenced by the likes of Metal Church, Death, ELP, Believer, Coroner, Mekong Delta, and Iron Maiden, the band has transformed from a straightforward thrash / death style to incorporating a wide range of other instruments and time signatures into their own unique sound and style. Madrost signed with NoLifeTilMetal Records in 2020 and released their fourth album, the progressive thrash masterpiece Charring The Rotting Earth. This album was followed by the 2022 release of Into the Aquatic Sector. Madrost is:

Here's what the legendary Mantas from Venom Inc. had to say about Survive's live potential: "I had the pleasure and honour of touring Europe with Survive and they proved themselves to be a valuable asset to the touring package. I can say without hesitation or reservations that they were most definitely my favourite band on the tour. Incredibly nice and gracious guys who obviously loved their music and delivered every single night. I gave them the nickname ‘The Japanese Machine Head’ a song that they played at every sound check became the tour anthem because of its wonderful chorus structure. Melody, hook lines and brutally heavy guitar riffs define this amazing band who deserve global recognition. Maximum Respect from Jeff (Mantas)" Survive are:-

Tickets on general sale now - HERE TWITTER | INSTAGRAM | FACEBOOK | WEBSITE At the peak of the pandemic lockdown last year, Behemoth set the world on fire when they took over an abandoned church in rural Poland, bringing their truly spectacular production for a worldwide streaming event, which was lauded by rock media as one of the very best livestream events to date. After just over a year since the show’s premiere, ‘In Absentia Dei’ returns in a range of deluxe formats for fans to relive the drama that took place on that fateful night in 2020. The live release is set to hit retailers on December 17th via Nuclear Blast. Now, we witness another incendiary excerpt of the show, their classic 2007 anthem, 'Prometherion'. Follow Behemoth into the old ruins of the hidden church by watching the clip below. Behemoth frontman and visionary Nergal tells us: "Legions! For some of you, 'The Apostasy' is the ultimate Behemoth experience. Here, we present to you a song from that record which we filmed during 'In Absentia Dei'. Enjoy it!" The Polish heretics also recently announced they are to headline Friday night at Bloodstock 2022. Grab your tickets at Bloodstock.uk.com 'In Absentia Dei' will be available as digital album, digi-book and 3LP Vinyl in various colours. All Nuclear Blast triple LPs come with a premium 20-page booklet and a cut-out, build-at-home model of the actual church that Behemoth performed in. Burn it down at your discretion! Pre-order / pre-save your choice of format here. Please note the video element of the show comes with the digi-book format only. The digital album and 3 x vinyl formats feature the live audio. The event was said to set the bar for streaming events moving forward, which was something Behemoth set out to achieve from the start. Produced by Grupa 13, 'In Absentia Dei' was presented as a show of four parts, woven with high-production theatrics and flames emanating from all parts of the formerly sacred building. Behemoth released their most recent studio album, 'I Loved You At Your Darkest' in 2018 to vast critical acclaim. The album marked a milestone in the history of the band, being not only their most successful to date, but also an audio-visual masterpiece: from its incredibly detailed, blasphemous artwork, to the highly vicious, yet deeply emotional tracks, Behemoth once again played with fire. igniting an inferno to burn the narrow minded bigotry of Christianity down to the ground. Expect new music in 2022! https://www.behemoth.pl/ https://www.facebook.com/behemoth Doro Pesch of Warlock reveals the album artwork as well as the track list for her upcoming live masterpiece ’Triumph And Agony Live‘, which will be released on September 24, 2021. The artwork centres on Geoffrey Gillespie's famous original drawing of the "Warlock" embracing the blonde rock star. Doro says: "The cover and the whole artwork including booklet and inlay are a combination of live shots and the amazing iconic Warlock paintings of my favourite artist, Geoffrey Gillespie, who did all the classic Doro / Warlock artworks. It worked out great. I am so happy with it.“ Doro will celebrate the 35th anniversary of her hit album ’Triumph And Agony‘ with the release of the spectacular live album ’Triumph And Agony Live‘. The highly anticipated work will be released in many different configurations on CD, vinyl, cassette, Blu-ray as well as in an exclusive, strictly limited fan box! Recorded in front of a mega-crowd at the famous Sweden Rock Festival, Doro and her band delivered a show for the ages. Doro: "It has always been my dream to play the complete ’Triumph And Agony‘ album live. The order of the tracks is different from the original album, but we're playing all ten songs in new, powerful versions." The audience thanked them frantically. "It was fantastic," Doro explains. "There was a killer atmosphere!" And this was perfectly captured in sound and image. To be heard (and seen) on the great ’Triumph And Agony Live‘ album. Doro admits that:- "It's one of my all-time favourite albums. It's got some of our biggest classics and anthems like "All We Are", "Für Immer" or "I Rule The Ruins", plus fan favourites "Metal Tango", "Three Minute Warning" and “Kiss Of Death". Not forgetting the album opener and headbanger "Touch Of Evil". I'm super excited and can't wait to let fans hear and see ’Triumph And Agony‘. And it's so exciting to hear the live versions of the classic songs. They capture even more magic now. When I see the fans at the shows and hear them scream and sing along, I know what I live for." The track list includes all ten songs from the 1987 album, but in a different order than originally released. www.facebook.com/DoroPeschOfficial www.instagram.com/dorometalqueen www.patreon.com/doropesch American djent crew Periphery to release debut live album "Periphery: Live in London" 13th November25/10/2020 Periphery have announced their first live album, releasing the 10-song Periphery: Live in London (pre-orders: smarturl.it/LIL_it) on Nov. 13.
