Aeon are streaming the whole of their upcoming ‘Aeon's Black’ album, hear it here: http://www.terrorizer.com/2012/11/16/aeons-aeons-black-review-and-full-album-stream/
Already called "one of the best death metal albums of 2012" in a 4/5 review from Revolver Magazine, 'Aeons Black' is set for release in North America on November 20, 2012 through Metal Blade Records. 'Aeons Black' was recorded at Empire Studio in Östersund, Sweden, engineered, mixed and mastered by Ronnie Björnström at Garageland Studios and features striking cover art by Kristian "Necrolord" Wåhlin (Bathory, At The Gates, Dissection, Emperor, et al).
See the second in a series of studio clips from Aeon's blazing 'Aeons Black' recording session has been posted to the band's official landing page: http://www.metalblade.com/aeon/. Sneak a peek at drummer Arttu Mallki punishing his kit for what would become the gargantuan 'Aeons Black' full-length.
'Aeons Black' is the follow up to 2010's 'Path of Fire', which About.com called "a juicy slab of prime-cut blasphemous death metal," that, according to Ultimate-Guitar.com, "doesn't let up in terms of insanely fast tempos, chugging guitars, and demonic vocals," landing the album an 8 out of 10 score. Aeon is already confirmed for a UK tour which will take place in January 2013 with more dates for Europe and North America in the works. Prepare yourselves…

Don't be fooled by the band monicker, Supuration do not specialize themselves in unleashing short grind-gore blasts but deliver more of measured yet muscular balanced metal through a more profound, subtle and enigmatic musical world.
Born in Valenciennes in the North of France in 1989, Supuration or their more progressive incarnation S.U.P., have been releasing a numerous amount of records over their 20 year career, developing a series of conceptual albums called 'The Cube'.
'The Cube 3' will see its release in 2013, actually 20 years later after the debut album release initiating the story about 'The Cube' and 10 years after the similar in concept and powerful 'Incubation' in 2003.
Popular for their massive wall of guitars and tasteful vocal delivery making them sound like an unexpected mixture of a crushing Carcass and an intimate Pink Floyd, Supuration have made themselves a cult recognition in the live circuit for not playing too often in the recent time but delivering mesmerizing and unique performances.
Often tagged as progressive death metal, Supuration (or S.U.P. for their extra conceptual albums), is a very interesting proposition to the metal world in 2012. Some European festivals have already showed interest and 'The Cube 3' is a very strong offering that will rip quite a few minds next year on Listenable.

Norwegian Extreme Metallers Pantheon I, have invited fans to make a video using one of the two exclusive tracks that the band recently recorded, but have only ever made public during radio interviews. The track, “Martyr”, has been uploaded for the first time on the internet both on the band’s SoundCloud page and as a DIY YouTube video made by Pantheon I‘s Andre’ Kvebek, and which, as the frontman says, inspired the idea of a competition: “We are always seeing YouTube users making videos out of just about any song out there, so I thought I’d give it a go myself with one of our tracks. It’s my first ever attempt, and basically it’s just a bit of info about the band since I’m not up to making anything more complicated at this stage. Then it occurred to us, why not let the YouTube fans see what they can do with it. We’re not expecting a big production, just a personal interpretation of the song, and the winning video maker will get some Pantheon I merch and the video will be up loaded onto our channel”.
Kvebek’s video for “Martyr” can be seen at http://youtu.be/fJSwVCjFLSo and the track can be heard at http://soundcloud.com/pantheon-i/pantheon-i-martyr-promo-track. The competition will close on Christmas Eve, December 24th, and the winner will be announced on New Year’s Day. Anyone wanting more information or to enter the competition or should send a message to the band through their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/pantheoni.
Likewise for any finished videos, please send a message with a link to the video. Pantheon I recently entered the Skansen Lydstudio in Trondheim to begin recording their fourth full-length album and drum tracks have already been laid down, with Vegar “Vyl” Larsen (Keep Of Kalessin, Chton, live session drums for Gorgoroth) behind the kit in place of the band’s drummer Mads G (The All Seeing I, Zeenon) who is currently unwell. Aside from Kvebek, the line up includes former Absu guitarist Aethyris McKay on guitars and clean vocals, cellist LiveJulianne, Sagstad (Trollfest Sarkom) on guitars and T.R.S. (1349, Den Saakaldte) on bass.
Drummer Mads G will continue with the band, and will only be absent for the recording of the new album. A tape version, of Pantheon I’s very first album “Atrocity Divine”, limited to 150 copies, has recently been released through Silent Scream Records. Artwork for the tape is by the Norwegian artist Kjell Åge Meland who has worked with the band on all their releases.
More information about Pantheon I can be found on the band’s website at http://www.facebook.com/pantheoni
The video for the track “Martyr” can be seen at http://youtu.be/fJSwVCjFLSo
Nine tracks from Pantheon I, including “Martyr”, can be heard on the band’s SoundCloud player which can be found at the top of this post.
Founded in 2010, the language of this wonderful formation from Leipzig, Germany, is OPERA METAL. On the new album "Schuld“ the East German ensemble shows their most strongest, most aesthetic, most emotional and in substance most profound side. The percussion and driving distorted sounds of the guitar and bass form the basement. On that note the classic instrumental encounters, consist of piano, cello as well as an e-violin which connects both styles with an interplay between classic play and distortion.
Band: MOLLLUST (Germany)
Release: "Schuld" (Debut full-length, 2012)
Genre: Opera Metal
MOLLLUST - LINE-UP:
Janika Groß - vocals, piano
Frank Schumacher - e-guitar, vocals
Sandrine B. - e-violin
Lisa H. - cello
Johannes Hank - bass
Tommaso Soru - drums

Birmingham metal / hardcore bruisers Odessa are very excited to announce becoming the latest signing to Ghost Music, the UK's fastest rising independent metal record label.
Having spent two years decimating the European underground metal circuit, playing with the likes of Emmure, While She Sleeps and Heights, and making appearances at Ghostfest and Make a Scene festivals, the five piece are set to take the next step up with their debut full length 'Carry the Weight'.
Vocalist Richard Lardner comments:
"We're excited to be signing with Ghost Music, they're a great team and have worked with them earlier this year at Ghostfest 2012. We can't wait to show our fans the record we've just finished, we had the pleasure of working with the likes of Matthew Bond & Martyn Ford (worked with Trivium, Machine Head etc) on the recording process of drums. We also worked with Seb Barlow for Mastering and recording vocals, Brian Hood for guitar re-amping and Nathan Smith for mixing and guitar tracking. We are confident that the guys at Ghost Music will be invaluable in developing the band on an international level and help us to facilitate as our goals in all aspects of our career"
Artwork duties were taken on by Daniel Goldsworthy (Sylosis, Hell, Accept) which illustrates the theme running through the album lyrically.
"The lyrics focus a lot on negativity, and there is a lot of reference to anxiety throughout the album. However the record is not all darkness and negativity, there are a lot of moments throughout that remind us we are not alone. And that everyone goes through their own battles and don't have to be alone"
If you’re new to Odessa, make sure to check out their most recent video, “All I Have”.
Odessa's 'Carry the Weight' will be available through Ghost Music early 2013. Full album details will be disclosed in the coming weeks along with brand new music from the album.
