Horror Metal Band Hell Theater signed a deal with Wormholedeath for their album "S'Accabadora", which is due for digital release on October 28th, 2022 via Wormholedeath. CD format out on November 2022. Stay tuned for more info! Hell Theater delivers a mix of pure heavy metal with theatrical horror themes. Hell Theater speaking of the new album stated: "It’s a concept album, a unique story in 11 tracks (chapters) lasting about 60 minutes. The story is based on a traditional Sardinian figure, the "female ACCABADORA" or " she who ends", who really existed in the past and perhaps still exists in very rural areas, to whom magical gifts were attributed, a sort of witch dressed in black. Her role was to put an end to the suffering of dying and terminally ill old people, out of pity, at the request of relatives, by striking a blow on the back of the head with a special "Mazzolu" hammer (see the cover of "A Strange Death"). Sometimes, however, the relatives for her sake tricked the Accabadora, and then she unleashed her curses. This is the first time that a similar story has been told in a metal album. S’ACCABADORA is certainly not a first listen album, nor was the previous "Reincarnation of Evil" album. It is certainly a very complex work full of surprises, made to leave its mark and last in time. The band thus marks a good step forward and confirms their creative drive and not wanting to conform to any musical genre but rather wanting to contribute to enriching the metal scene and raising their own way of conceiving the horror metal." Hell Theater is a "horror metal" band formed in the Venice area (North-East Italy) in 2009 and has remained active mostly with live shows until today with some just line-up changes. In recent years they have returned exactly to the most famous line-up that produced their best works with the only introduction of the bassist GUH.LU as a guest, the live bassist of the Norwegian band Gorgoroth. They compose horror-themed concept albums. Their way of doing horror metal could be defined as an influence between Thrash Metal, Progressive Metal, and classic Heavy Metal. The name of the band explains the meaning of their sound: "Theater" represents the vision of a horror show, while "Hell" expresses the stylistic direction of the band, both for the image and for the musical writing. Every single song is part of an album/music/work that develops as a multisensory concept. Their previous work is the bloody aggressive EP "Smell Of Blood" and the most mature concept album "Reincarnation Of Evil" distributed by “My Graveyard Records”, a 60’ long album of 12 songs. Ten years after, the authoritative exponents of Horror Metal are back with the release of their new Horror opera “S’ACCABADORA” distributed by “WormHoledeath Records”, an inspiring story based on “true legends” in about 60’ music and 11 songs. The story is based on a traditional Sardinian figure, the "female ACCABADORA" or " she who ends", who really existed in the past and perhaps still exists in very rural areas, to whom magical gifts were attributed, a sort of witch dressed in black. They always get a very good ranking (from 8 to 9 /10) from paper magazines and webzines such as “Metal Maniac”, “Metallized”, “Rock Hard”, “Metal Head”, “Rock& Metal in my Blood” and many others. “Heavy Metal webzine” declared that “Reincarnation of Evil” was the best metal debut in 2012. Their fan base is particularly faithful and spread all over the world. Line-up

The Dutch masters of horror are back with their most flamboyant album so far. On 'Franckensteina Strataemontanus', Carach Angren resurrect the gruesome story of troubled soul ‘Conrad Dippel’; the inspiration of Mary Shelly’s novel 'Frankenstein'. Carach Angren have extended all the sonic colours on their established palette to dazzling effect. Their trademark whipping guitars are weaving harsh melodies and sinister soundscapes, which are beautifully contrasted by opulent keyboards and majestic orchestrations. That Till Lindemann (RAMMSTEIN) and Peter Tägtgren (PAIN) have called upon the composition talent of Clemens "Ardek" Wijers is a telling sign of his outstanding mastery of the craft. Another signatory counterpoint is provided by Seregor's fierce rasping and shrieking vocals. Adding to the impact, Namtar has become a relentless driving force with his hart hitting yet intricate drumming. Each track on this album is a highlight on its own, while combined 'Franckensteina Strataemontanus ' simply shines. www.facebook.com/carachangren ww.instagram.com/carachangrenofficial www.carach-angren.nl The Dutch masters of horror Carach Angren are back with their 6(66)th full length 'Franckensteina Strataemontanus'! On 'Franckensteina Strataemontanus', CARACH ANGREN resurrect the gruesome story of troubled soul ‘Conrad Dippel’; the inspiration of Mary Shelly’s novel 'Frankenstein'. Their trademark whipping guitars are weaving harsh melodies and sinister soundscapes, which are beautifully contrasted by opulent keyboards and majestic orchestrations. Adding to the impact, Namtar has become a relentless driving force with his hart hitting yet intricate drumming. Each track on this album is a highlight on its own, while combined 'Franckensteina Strataemontanus ' simply shines. CARACH ANGREN set out to tell ghost-stories with a set of paranormal cases recorded on the demo 'The Chase Vault Tragedy' (2004). This was soon followed by the official release of the 'Ethereal Veiled Existence' EP (2005) as a prelude to the haunting 'Lammendam' (2008). The Dutch had a clear vision of combining a dark baroque style of metal with horror based lyrical concepts. Their second full-length 'Death Came through a Phantom Ship' (2010) witnessed the band setting sail to bring their eccentric and capturing live performances to audiences and festivals all over Europe. In the wake of third album 'Where the Corpses Sink Forever' (2012), the haunting had reached the Americas and started to spread rapidly. This record added a serious side to the lyrics of CARACH ANGREN. While firmly remaining in the horror genre, their tales revolve around the evils of war. This mature streak was taken a step further with the fourth full-length 'This Is No Fairytale', which is on the surface a darker variation of the "Hansel and Gretel" story from the Brothers Grimm collection, but also deals with the too real topic of child abuse in a dysfunctional family. With ‘Dance And Laugh Amongst The Rotten’ (2017), the band returned to pure story telling with episodes that are centred on a girl playing a little too long with her Ouija board. Now, Carach Angren return with the monster ‘Franckensteina Strataemontanus’, where the Dutch have pushed their unashamedly theatrical style to a new intense height. You do not believe us yet? Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil) from their recently released album, 'Necrophaze,' that is available now from Nuclear Blast Records. I wanted something different than I had ever tried before and I wanted a female vocalist. Cristina was the perfect choice for this song. I gave her the lyrics and some minor details, and she came back with what you hear. She totally floored us with her amazing vocal range and adding a new element never heard on one of our songs before.” – Wednesday 13 “This collaboration was born from blackness. Wednesday and I are both fans of the darkest vision of art and music, and when I was asked to sing with him for the song 'Monster', I immediately visualized his concept and shared it with pleasure. What I love about this song is that some people in life are taking the worst out of us... but demonizing it all and pushing away the tension through notes is the best thing to do.” – Cristina Scabbia Wednesday 13’s 8th studio album, 'Necrophaze,' is available now from Nuclear Blast Records. Featuring special guest appearances from, Alice Cooper, Roy Mayorga (Stone Sour), Alexi Laiho (Children Of Bodom), Jeff Clayton (GG Allin’s Murder Junkies) and Cristina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil) among others, 'Necrophaze' shocks and surprises with a cauldron of monster riffs and haunting lyrics and have listeners yearning for more. Heavily influenced by real-life night terror occurrences of Wednesday himself, historical serial killers, and a slew of 80’s horror films, the ideas behind 'Necrophaze' are bizarrely familiar, frightening, and a hell of a lot of fun. Being a collector of both media and toys, Wednesday 13 was inspired by a craving for variety to create dual album artwork for this release (seen below). The covers showcase either end of the horror spectrum with a 'Creepshow' comic book vibe for the LP artwork, and the eeriness of something akin to John Carpenter’s 'The Fog' adorning the CD. https://officialwednesday13.com/ https://www.facebook.com/officialwednesday13 https://twitter.com/officialwed13 https://www.instagram.com/mrmotherfucker13/ https://www.youtube.com/WedinHollywood It's Halloween! And what better way to celebrate this event with a studio announcement from the masters of horror themselves; Carach Angren! The band is currently in studio for the recordings of their 6(66)th full length which, will be released via Season of Mist in 2020. Drummer Namtar has kicked off the recording last week at the Tidal Wave Studio in Germany. Carach Angren comment:- "After many incredible tours meeting our dedicated fans around the globe, we finally return to the studio! Over the past two years a lot of creativity and effort has already flown into preparing our sixth monstrous full length album. For recording drums, bass and guitars we return to familiar grounds, working with the talented Patrick Damiani at his Tidal Wave Studio in Germany while vocals and orchestral arrangements are being prepared in our own crypt. For the mix of the album we welcome a new force, namely Robert Carranza (Marilyn Manson), who's work up until now has impressed us very much. Get ready for another chapter of horror!" With 'Dance and Laugh amongst the Rotten', Carach Angren are returning to "pure" storytelling with episodes that are centred on a girl playing a little too long with her Ouija board.
