Almost a year after their first full-length album "Valley Of The Kings", the Swiss old school metallers Crashtime have released their new single / video 'Black Tied Deceiver'. As usual, Crashtime offer full concentrated metal power in the style of the 80s/90s, but with influences of today's metal. The song tells the story of Black Tied Deceivers, who are responsible for arms trade, human trafficking, and other illegal activities. The band made huge efforts into this record and the modern power loaded lyric video reflects both, the violence that underlies the Black Tied Deceivers, and the bad feelings of the victims - mirroring the events. These kinds of stories are characteristic for Crashtime, because they often touch on current or social topics, but always with wide scope for personal interpretations. Crashtime has established a reputation for their old-school metal in the Swiss metal scene. People are relegated back to the 80s/90s, but with powerful sound and a modern touch. So the many old school metal fans are able to hear something new again. Line-up:
The line-up of Crashtime didn’t get together by chance, because three out of the five band members knew each other since teenage years. The foundation for the current line-up was laid between 1985 and 1987. Through the years it became a consistent old-school metal band, who was successfully performing live during the last 14 years. Based on this long-termed friendship, the band is a well-rehearsed team. Endless classic Metal power, that's the elixir, which fans and friends are longing for. Old and new songs invite the audience to sing along and join in. So every gig becomes a big party and leaves satisfied spectators at home. Crashtime are already looking forward to the COVID-free time and to be back on stage soon! Crashtime 2022.

Hungarian symphonic metal band Meteora release new lyric video for "Danse Macabre", ft. Chris Harms of Lord Of The Lost. Atilla Király states: "The song is about the circle of life, no matter who you are, in the Dance of Death we are the same. One of the first songs written for the third album, with Danse Macabre I had two goals in mind. Making a gothic waltz, and trying to win Chris Harms from Lord of the Lost to appear as a guest in it. The latter was more like a dream, than a goal set in stone, but as it turned out Chris was interested in working with us on the song, and delivered the phenomenal level of vocals he always does. Chris Harms states:- "I don't want to fanboy too much, but one of the best metal voices in my book doing a duet with Noémi on a Meteora song still feels insane. The hardest part for us was keeping quiet about it since December to be honest. We had a good friend, Ádám Kurucz do guest solos on the album, this is his debut as well, with many more to come. The video itself is a creation of Dronicon Films, who worked with artists such as Katatonia and Swallow the Sun, and as soon as we saw their art style we knew it would be a perfect fit for our gothic dance."
Solidity have released their second album, “Evolution of Prodigality”, which features complex and melodic riffs, but modern, progressive parts and electronic elements play a much bigger role than ever before. These ingredients actually play a very well thought role in the music due to the album’s semi-conceptual nature. On top of that, lead singer Attila also combines his melodic voice with deep growls, giving a unique listening experience to all lovers of the genre. The album contains 8 new songs and 3 bonus tracks. Strongly recommended to the fans of Opeth, Scar Symmetry, Nevermore, and Sybreed!
Lead singer Attila Kovács commented: “Our first single, “Fake Sunrise” is memorable, easy to take in, and at the same time eclectic enough to introduce the listener to most of the elements you can hear on the album. The intro is followed by cynical lyrics, and melodies to enhance this message; then we immediately guide the listener into heavier, darker territories for a few seconds to which only the arc of the chorus brings some solace. Then the roller coaster starts again with no chance to drop out!” Guitarist, songwriter, lyricist László Triesz commented: “The song is about religious fanaticism, and of those who are completely blinded by their faith, as it slowly takes over their lives.” 1. For the visualization of the song, a small animation sequence was created by Cloud Factory and was 'dressed' appropriately with the lyrics of the song. Enjoy!" SEPTICFLESH ARE:

Heterogeneous Andead is a melodic & symphonic electro death / thrash metal band from Tokyo, Japan. The sound is based on thrash metal with progressive metal, added electronic & symphonic sounds, and all of them is sung by a mezzo-soprano & who also uses growling vocals. "We've released one EP & album so far, so this album will be our third release. We don't change the concept and aimed to further improve the level while making it understandable as Heterogeneous Andead music immediately after listening. There are songs with more progressive elements in this album, and we also take on new challenges such as triple time. It also features more guitar harmonies and the synthesizer's sound is more emphasized than before. The performance of each part is also more energetic. This album has only 8 songs, but I think that all the songs are good quality to be the lead track of the album. In this album Yusuke Kiyama worked on mixing / mastering, so all the sounds are our ideals." Heterogeneous Andead are:-

The third single, “Architecture of the I”, features grim growling, sharp screams and technically precise riffing – creating dark sound walls that alternate with calmer atmospheric parts underlined with electronic elements – once again showcasing the band’s variety in just one epic song! Underlining this opus of sound is a mesmerizing visualizer video that enters another universe – just a sneak peak of what’s to come with their new album metanoia. Persefone on “Architecture of the I”: “‘Architecture of the I’ represents one of the most progressive songs on metanoia. On this track, we really let the song come alive as we were writing, and because of that, the listener will find in there a huge dynamic range from one of the most fast and heavy riffs in the whole album, to some of the most introspective passages. This song has been a challenge for us to write and perform, and we are sure that it will also present a challenge for the listener to keep track with its particular pace and structure. Now it's up to you to find the purpose of all those notes within the album. The stunning video was created by our guitar player Filipe and his partner K (DeadFlag Studios and Gráfica de Ferro).” Watch the new music video for “Architecture of the I” HERE Persefone is:-

French grinders Massive Charge release lyric video for "Capitalism Excesses", taken from the upcoming album For Those We Hate (out on November 19, 2021 via Music-Records). Watch the video on Music-Records official YouTube channel here: https://youtu.be/h4KeWVfLG60 For Those We Hate is available for pre-order: https://bit.ly/3BuuJLI Massive Charge was formed in 2004 in Lorraine, the band plays old-school grindcore in the vein of Napalm Death, Brutal Truth or Terrorizer. After a number of concerts mainly in eastern France, the first album, "Silence" was self-released in 2007. The dates will then follow one another, on increasingly important posters. In 2011, the album Charge This World saw the light of day, still in self-production, and enabled the group to perform concerts and festivals in Europe, alongside bands like Total Fucking Destruction, Rotten Sound, Blockheads, Mumakil, Benighted, Aborted, Nasum, Suffocation, Feastem, Kill the Client, The Arson Project, Brutal Turth, etc... After a downtime, following the departure of the guitarist / composer in 2015, and some line-up changes, but still with the same rage, the group has composed a brand new album, in line with the previous one, which will be released at the end of 2021, and which promises to win some jaws. https://www.facebook.com/massivecharge https://www.instagram.com/massive_charge/ https://www.facebook.com/musicsarl/ |
