As one millennium died and another hateful, enraged age emerged from its rapidly decaying corpse, one band set about reshaping the outer limits of extreme metal. An unholy cyborg, a welding of circuitry and flesh, of tooth, claw and titanic hi-tech firepower, The Berzerker’s violence beyond reason left gaping wounds in a music scene that thought it understood where its boundaries lay. Safe spaces were set ablaze and the arbiters of genre definition put to the sword as the brute force of albums like 'Dissimulate' and 'Animosity' ran riot. Then, after four albums with Earache Records, The Berzerker independently released their definitive fifth album; a sanity shredding scream of industrial death metal, hyper speed programming and total sonic hostility, a final defiant, self-immolating explosion of fury – 'The Reawakening'. Despite being hailed as a resounding triumph, The Reawakening blazed fiercely but briefly. Increasingly frustrated and disillusioned with the music industry, The Berzerker’s creator, Luke Kenny, pulled the album from sale and streaming shortly after its release. Over the years that followed The Reawakening took on near-mythic status amongst fans – the ultimate expression of The Berzerker’s uncompromising passion becoming a cult obsession surviving in the collective consciousness of the underground through word of mouth, file sharing and hard-won copies passed between diehard devotees. But The Reawakening always deserved more than a shadow existence as a fabled ‘lost album’, a mysterious foot note in the annals of The Berzerker’s legend…and now the time has finally come for it to claim its rightful, unassailable place in the pantheon of extreme music. The Reawakening has found its natural home with Apocalyptic Witchcraft, a label with an unimpeachable reputation for supporting the most creative and unique works of black, death and experimental metal; a label led by Conor Droney, a man with a deep connection to the music of The Berzerker… “Discovering The Berzerker on a compilation at 15 was a life-changing moment that set me on the path I’m on today. It is only right that The Berzerker would end up working with Apocalyptic Witchcraft. The kings of extreme metal have returned.” For those who have kept the name of The Reawakening alive throughout the years this reissue is a validation of their support. For those about to discover the album’s obliterating, unhinged chaos for the first time, an experience like no other awaits. Eighteen years on from its infernal birth The Reawakening remains a formidable creation. Abrasive, mechanistic, yet imbued with a burning, violent soul, from the precision riffing and pitiless programming of opener ‘Wisdom And Corruption’ to the rampaging off the rails, machine madness of ‘An Unforgettable Force’, The Reawakening is a whirlwind of razor blades. Be it the lurching mayhem of ‘Disassembly Line’ or the imperious aura of ‘Evolution Of Aggression’, radiating a supreme confidence in its ability to destroy utterly, every song is incendiary and dangerous. The years in the darkness have done nothing to dull the impact of this industrial savagery. It is time to welcome back a true apex predator. The Reawakening will be released on limited edition splatter vinyl, digipak CD and cassette on October 30th, ahead of the band’s performance at Damnation Festival in Leeds, alongside the likes of Carcass, Crowbar and Satyricon. The album will also reassume its rightful place on all digital platforms on July 17th.

Hailing from Ireland, Sink bring to the table a heady mix of nu metal, industrial, hardcore. As a result the quintet's first single strikes an impressively confident level of swagger - belying the young band's entry into the scene. 'One Mind' was Mixed by Connor Sweeney (Loathe):- you can
The band comments: "As our debut single, 'One Mind' is the perfect example of Sink's combined song writing abilities to create something unapologetically passionate, catchy, and emotive. The track plays with different potential meanings, and works around the idea of learning how to speak, even when you feel as if you can't. 'One mind' is a subjective term - for example, being stubborn and in one mind about something; the world holding one collective mind; that all humans are the same and connected; or one mind meaning one person." With distinctive riffs and catchy vocal hooks, matched with intense live performances, Sink formed in Dublin, Ireland in late 2025, forming from the ashes of local bands - each respectively making waves within the alternative scene. Sink's philosophy is refreshingly no-limits - and their passion shows in every note, lyric, and live show. Sink is a project from the heart, born purely from the desire to reach people, moving their primal instincts with powerful songs and energetic performance. The band's inspirations are broad, and shine through. Each of the five members bring unique influences to the table from classic hip-hop (Nas, MF DOOM) to a wide range of alternative (Twenty-One Pilots, Turnstile, Bring Me The Horizon) - never boxing themselves into one specific sound. Now they have released the final single 'Ikirouta' from the upcoming album. When the mood darkens and despair rears its head, Ikirouta hits you in the face with memories, biting into your bones and core like a freezing winter wind. Based on audience reactions at recent gigs, Ikirouta proved that there is demand among Ruoska fans for heavy, slow-tempo tracks. The feedback on the song surprised the band members themselves, even though Ikirouta breaks the traditional boundaries of Ruoska. For the first time, Ruoska combines powerful distorted guitars with stunning orchestral arrangements in a way that reveals new nuances with each listen. Ikirouta keeps its listeners in its strong grip, creating a chilling and gloomy mental landscape that only a Finn can understand. Vocalist Cody Perez shares: "'Time Bomb' is a raw exploration of the internal war we fight when pressure, trauma, and expectation collide. The song lives inside the mind of someone running on an invisible clock, holding everything together while feeling dangerously close to unravelling. Thoughts go unspoken, emotions stay buried, and the past becomes the only thing others seem to recognize, even as the real self remains unseen beneath the surface. As the verses unfold, opposing forces clash: angel and devil, saint and sinner, love and hate. These contradictions represent the constant voices in the head—judgment, temptation, righteousness, and rage—each pulling for control. Every setback, every unaddressed wound, adds weight, tightening the fuse and feeding the growing urge to finally snap. 'Time Bomb' captures that moment of restraint right before release—the choice between control and chaos, silence and eruption. Whether it’s about mental health, identity, societal pressure, or personal demons, the song leaves space for interpretation, asking one central question: How long can someone keep holding on before they explode?" Watch "Bunker II" here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqAyCKadqd0 Dusk share their thoughts on the upcoming album:- "Bunker. The sixth studio album is the culmination of ten years of production, which brings us onto a brilliant and excitingly unpredictable new path of Industrial Black Metal. This post-apocalyptic new album offers up a more dynamic music evolution, showcasing the project's most confident, heaviest, and thematically refined atmospheric music to date. Dusk’s ballistic, martial sound on this new record, mixed with dark-experimental electronic subgenres, intentionally chooses to deviate from the usual Black Metal." Formed in 2016 in San Jose, Costa Rica, Dusk is known to incorporate Industrial with some Atmospheric Black Metal overtones, it approaches a mixture of hard bass with dark landscapes, full of relenting uncaring pounding blast beats and slow powerful doom patterns, mixed with inhuman growling vocals and modern electronic influences. The band shared stage with Samael in Costa Rica during their 2019 Latin American Tour. The crew recorded its first promo material in 2011, which includes 4 songs and motivated by the first positive reviews, the crew quickly made a plan to record their full length album "Colossal" (released 30.3.2015). The album sounds huge thanks to a well known Finnish musician and sound engineer Mikko Herranen, who dedicated over a month for mixing the finally released 12 carefully selected tracks. The album’s concept is fictional situation, in which the listeners find themselves along with the band crew being held on a prison planet, called “Resolution 13”. At the end of 2016 Toni Buckman, guitarist, departed from the band and from that point on Resolution 13 continued as a four-piece. In lead up to its release later this week, NeroArgento is sharing the single "The Nameless One" featuring Infernalizer. NeroArgento adds: "This was the first collaboration for the album. I've known Infernalizer for many years along with performing with him in The Silverblack and producing all his solo albums, so this collaboration came together very naturally. We worked on a super electro-industrial contaminated song, acid synths, cyberpunk atmospheres, and a lot of fxs. Enjoy!"
"Land of Silence" follows the success of 2020's “Circles”, which soared to #10 on the iTunes Top 200 Italy Rock Chart along with more than 1 million streams on Spotify. The new record is an explosive mixture of grunge rock, industrial metal, and electronic music, packed with orchestral influences and acid fuzzy sounds. It is also the most coherent album to date from NeroArgento's discography. It's a solid industrial foundation composed of unmistakable low-tuned guitar riffs and very heavy drum grooves, topped with electronics and synths ranging from the most acid electro to retro wave pop-friendly melodies, without forgetting the usual and distinctive vocal layers. With great attention to every aspect, "Land of Silence" is entirely performed, recorded, and mixed by NeroArgento. The record was mastered by Brandon Ashley at D-Tuned in Brighton (UK) and features prominent guests such as Vicio (Subsonica) and Claudio Ravinale (Infernalizer). "Land Of Silence" will be released on October 7h, 2022, as Digital & CD Digipak, pre-sales: https://bit.ly/LandOfSilenceCD NeroArgento adds: "I’m super excited about 'Land of silence'. This is my most consistent album, and every track sounds distinct. I always loved to contaminate and mix a lot of genres together trying something new, but as my past album “Circles” shows with its results, keeping a strong line and working on that is the best choice. I’m super satisfied also because once again I did and played everything on my own. The album has super melodic and mainstream moments, but keeps the focus on that line, so this is an industrial cyber metal record, while in the past the only kind of music definition could be classified as 'crossover'." As a producer/arranger NeroArgento has appeared on more than 50 records released worldwide and is endorsed by ESP guitars, ML sound Labs, and Mad Cat Amps.

Listen to the single HERE, and watch the video, HERE. Vocalist Johannes Eckerström states: "There is a sickness, a stranger, and a harmful way. A twisted landscape untouched by the sun. I leave the rest up to either you or me, but never both at the same time. You can only enter this place alone, and my path isn't yours. Your secret is safe with me, but so is mine." Avatar enjoyed quite a productive summer, traipsing North America on a successful headline tour. They next embarked on some of the biggest shows of their career - a trek with Iron Maiden, supporting the band in stadiums in Brazil. Avatar also played arenas supporting Sabaton and secured major festival appearances globally with INKcarceration, Cadott Fest, Summer Breeze, and Bloodstock. As for Avatar's mission? There are no weapons on this planet that can challenge the might of the electric guitar. For decades, metal has been the most powerful force known to man. It's sonic teeth have gnawed through the status quo over and over, pushing the boundaries for what can be created in the marriage between blood and machine. If Mount Rushmore were to be carved for all the titans of the genre, it would span the entire globe many times over. It's a burning beacon for the misfits and the rebels. As time has passed, much of the scene has become divided in two equally stale camps. The first is forever stuck in the past, no longer seeking to lead. The second are those who have forgotten the most important ingredients to what made metal what it was and must remain. They've lost touch with the Devil. They've forgotten how to move. In a genre best experienced with your whole body, they've lost the lust. Avatar, however, have not lost anything. It is with this fire in their bellies that they continue to craft their next album.
