Enbor Arnasa is a project that started in Arrigorriaga (Basque Country) in November 2019 playing thrash metal, heavy metal, death metal and rock in the basque language (euskara). There have been two previous albums released called Enbor Arnasa (2020) and ilunari Argia (2021).
At first the project was mostly heavy metal and thrash metal with some hints of death in one song and also an instrumental song but with the arrival of the new album death metal became more prevalent, without leaving behind the other influences. This is very noticeable in the vocals, since melodic registers are used but also joined by guttural voices and whispers.
Enbor Arnasa tackle themes such as social, personal and environmental issues, plus other issues such as depression, loneliness, memories… all of them in a pre-Indo-European language still spoken today, especially in Euskal Herria.

Finnish melodic death outfit Before The Dawn sign worldwide contract with Napalm Records
Napalm Records proudly announces the signing of Finnish melodic death metal band Before The Dawn! Formed in 1999, chart-cracking Before The Dawn reigned as one of the most successful Finnish metal bands of the early 2000’s, and since their burial in 2013, hundreds of thousands of new fans have discovered their music on streaming platforms, entirely without promotion or labels involved. Did the music find the people, or the people find the music - one can’t be sure, but after being inactive for almost a decade, Before The Dawn now returns stronger than ever!
Before The Dawn are currently back in the studio and ready to take to stages with a brand new line-up. The band originated as Finnish Metal Award winning Tuomas Saukkonen’s (Wolfheart) solo project, but throughout the years, there have been several line-up changes. With the new exciting line-up, the band introduces its biggest changes so far. Previous guitarist and vocalist Saukkonen has moved behind the drums, and talented Voice Of Finland 2022 finalist Paavo Laapotti has taken on all vocalist duties. The Finns have fully transformed into their new power and are ready to reconquer the scene!
Sebastian Münch, A&R, Napalm Records states:
“Tuomas Saukkonen and I have been working together with Wolfheart for a couple years now and from time to time we talked about bringing Before The Dawn back. Last year, when the band released the single 'The Final Storm', I was absolutely amazed by how good the new song turned out. Now being part of releasing a new full length studio album, and it being the first one in over a decade, is a great honour!”
Tuomas Saukkonen comments on the signing:
“One cornerstone of the Before The Dawn comeback plan and fundamental criteria was that we needed to find strong enough partners, in addition to our long time Fin label Stay Heavy Records, that will raise the band to a whole new level after a decade of slumber. We could not be happier about the newly signed contract with the mighty Napalm Records and we are absolutely ecstatic for the fact that the new Before The Dawn album will be in the best possible hands when it sees the light of the day worldwide in 2023.”

Golden Robot Records are proud to announce the signing of the fiery, full-blooded Polynesian metal band, Shepherds Reign.
Members Filiva'a James, Oliver Leupolu, Shaymen Rameka, Gideon Voon and Joseph Oti-George have cemented a unique space for themselves in the industry with thunderously fearsome hits, including 2020 hauntingly feral track 'Le Manu' that has amassed over 1 million streams since its release.
"We have had our eye on Shepherds Reign for years. There is no one doing what they are doing, it is completely unique and we are thrilled to be a part of it. This is just the beginning for Shepherds Reign, the catapult is coming," says Golden Robot Records CEO and President Mark Alexander-Erber.
"From our first meeting with Golden Robot I could really feel the passion that Mark and the team have for music and rock n roll so I'm really excited to see what we can achieve together," enthuses Oliver Leupolu. “We have great feelings about our new joint venture, there’s a great sense of ‘justice’ for rock n roll in the house of GR and in saying that, I believe Shepherds Reign will fit the bill very well. A new path has opened but the journey remains the same!" adds Shaymen Rameka.
With new music on the horizon, the rarity of Shepherds Reign will become more evident, as will their demand for the world stage. Pay attention. Shepherds Reign are here and they're determined.
American metallers Malus Dextra have signed with Wormholedeath for their EP "III, Pt.1", due for release on November 25th, 2022.
This is what the band had to say:-
"We are extremely excited for the next growth chapter through the signing with WormholeDeath, we feel this was the right step for us currently and are looking forward to our future together. When it comes to the upcoming release its crazy to think about, being an underground band self-funded in everything we have done to date here we are making yet another album, Malus Dextra III is unlike any other album we have released thus far, we are dropping this as a multi-part release for the fans and to do what we do best, challenge the idea of norm. With part 1 we cut through the BS and give a raw delivery of how we feel, you could say this is almost a live album with the limited rehearsal, slide-in members, and no tied-down structure, all combined to make what we felt is the purest form of what we have to offer. Lyrically we dance around the board a little, but the essential theme is to question everyone and trust no one. There is so much divide in our country right now and even abroad, we try our best to break all the BS down to the individual and how we and countless others feel amidst all the global chaos and corruption. In short, Malus Dextra III is raw, it’s real, and it’s controlled chaos in its purest form."
Malus Dextra hails from St. Louis, MO. where guitarist Justin Ruesch (former D-Railed/Brutal Harmony) resides, formed in 2017 after recruiting vocalist Wayne Allison (former A Strand of Fate/Victims of Life) with the intent to bring the world music that was not limited to boundaries of genre and subgenres. Although the core of the band is metal the music speaks to the masses for fans ranging from Killswitch Engage to Slayer to I Prevail, the two entered Encapsulated Studios to record the debut “Self-Titled” album, released Oct 31, 2017, and was supported with mid-west and upper east coast touring in 2018.
The band's second full-length album titled “The Gate” was released Oct 31, 2020, supported by mid-west touring, followed by dual releases “Bangin Bionic Beats” a 6 song EP featuring tracks from both the “Self Titled” and “The Gate” remixed and reimagined by John McLucas from McLucas Studios (CA), and “A Somber Moment” a 6 song softer acoustic side from the artist recorded at Encapsulated Studios with producer/engineer Gabe Usery, both Eps released on Oct 31, 2021. Shortly before the recording of “A Somber Moment” the band welcomed two new members, Bassist Alex Smick (former Warheadd) and Guitarist Justin Keane (Blackdeth). 2022 Malus Dextra have once again stepped into Encapsulated Studios to record tracks for their 3rd full-length album titled “III” making this their 5th studio album released. The album is slated to be a multipart release with “Part 1” released in late 2022. “Tomorrow” the first single from the album released March 25th, 2022 on all streaming platforms.
