 Russian metalcore outfit Forget My Silence has released a new music video for the title track off their upcoming record, Fall To Rise. The new single produced by Cameron Mizell (Sleeping With Sirens, Memphis May Fire) brings out melodic but powerful riffs and shines on a mix of soulful yet heavy vocals. "'Fall To Rise' is the main song from the album. The title holds the history of my life and our band. We are all working on ourselves to get better at what we do. Not always was everything perfect, we faced many fails and hard times, but they only made us stronger and actually made us better. 'Fall To Rise' is story of how people who step over, will fall against those who have already fell before and learned their mistakes, and by their turn they will rise again, only stronger, and they all keep the circle of falling and rising going. This song will be kind of the beginning of new chapters in our story." - Vocalist, Roma Sadygov Forget My Silence is a post-hardcore/metalcore band from Saint-Petersburg, Russia formed in august 2011 by vocalist Roma Sadygov. Shortly after, the band released their first music video for the single "This is only the beginning," which has since reached nearly five million views on YouTube. In November 2013, they released their debut EP Lifeline and toured around Russia, gaining a passionate following of fans before releasing the the single “Not Perfect” in 2014. The following year the band released “Virtual Privacy” (produced by Cameron Mizell) from their upcoming debut full-length Fall to Rise.  Turkish progressive death metal band Carnac return with 9 hard and heavy tracks on their new album, Times Undone. This is an intense and guttural experience, greatly expanding on the bands original sound and marks another step in the constant evolution of the 5 members of the group. The recent lyrics video for Cessation, the opening track for the album, is an excellent example of where Carnac are heading and great way to kick start the album.
Times Undone takes on the story of a daughter escaping with her father from the invasion of their land by hordes, while gradually losing her friends and loved ones to sacrifice, rape and much more. The 46-minute effort blends death metal and black metal in a progressive manner. It also sees the band adapt a much darker sound. The album was mixed and mastered by Achilleas Kalantzis (Aenaon, Katavasia, Varathron) and will be released in digital format via Sliptrick Records. Physical copies will follow at a later date. Being impossible to describe their music style by using one or two genre references, they have chosen to call it “astrogrind”. “Impossible Orbits” is Dephosphorus’ 3rd album and their darker and more violent effort to date – both musically and lyrically. Its 9 tracks clocking at under 30’, see them return to a more condensed form of expression, not unlike their critically acclaimed “Axiom” debut mini-LP. The similarities with the latter do not stop there, as Panos Alexiadis is again on board handling the live electronics and putting an extra eerie touch to the record’s atmosphere.  The German pirate metal horde The Privateer, have announced their upcoming third album "The Goldsteen Lay". The album will be released on July 28, 2017 via NoiseArt Records.
