The Symphonic / Power Metal band Kantica are proud to present the first official video clip for the song "And Then There Was Pain", taken from the album Reborn in Aesthetics (released by Revalve records). Swiss blackened death force Stortregn is in league with German Legacy Magazine for streaming the opening track "Through The Dark Gates" from their upcoming album. Their fourth album "Emptiness Fills The Void" to be released on May 25 through Non Serviam Records. The band has recently finished their European tour with Immolation & Full Of Hell. Stream "Through The Dark Gates" AT THIS LOCATION Stortregn is a blackened death metal band, formed in Switzerland in 2005. Initially influenced by the Nordic black metal scene, they have expanded their vision and sound into a more contemporary era. They are greatly appreciated for their music and even more so for their live shows. With a relentless energy, they deliver a mix of charging riffs, blast beats and brutality that leaves the audience with a lasting impression and begging for more. After a deluge of gigs, including Wacken, Metal Days, and 4 international tours, Stortregn has become inevitable in the Blackened Death metal scene. After many changes, the formation has stabilized and the current line-up consists of Romain Negro on vocals, Johan Smith and Duran Bathija on guitars, Manuel Barrios on bass guitar and Samuel Jakubec on drums. After recording three albums, toured in three different continents and worked with various records labels, they are proud to present the fourth album, “Emptiness Fills the Void”. To give the album the aura it deserves, they hired the revered Daniel Seagrave to create the artwork, and recorded the album at the prestigious Conatus Studio with Vladimir Cochet (Mirrorthrone, Weeping Birth). The album will be released by Non Serviam Records on May 25th, 2018. Moreover, with the recent signing with Alpha-Omega Management Agency, Stortregn are now planning to tour the world intensely. A European Tour is already scheduled with Immolation & Full Of Hell in March and April 2018, and there is far more to come. Expressing this album through live performances with violence, blast beats, and killer riffs is what the band is about. At each of their thunderous live appearances, Stortregn ravage the place until the smallest shred of human skin is marked. The five members, tight as a hungry wolf-pack, energetically release their inner storm to transform every show into a dark and metallic mass of death, with precision, quality and professionalism. “Emptiness Fills the Void” will be released on May 25 on digipak format under the flag of Non Serviam Records. The first 50 pre-orders will receive a free patch. Having released their debut album, Exhumation Requiem, in January 2017 with a very good acceptance in the gore, grind, and death metal scene, Nasty Surgeons are back with a new album including 11 songs that will for sure appeal to any fan of bands like old Carcass, Necrony, Exhumed, The County Medical Examiners, and General Surgery. This what Nasty Surgeons says about this first single:- "This is our own tribute to the gods Carcass. The main riff reminded us from the beginning, and that's why the title of the song was 'The Carcass.' We adapted the title and the text. This is perhaps the 'softest' song on the album and it has a catchy riff, but we love it and it is an essential element for our live performances. Enjoy!" Release date for Infectious Stench will be July 5th through Xtreem Music on CD format. Consiting of vocalist/guitarist Francisco Martins as well as the two brothers Lionel (bass) and Nico Fontannaz (drums), the band keeps fighting for their true mission, performing Thrash Metal in their very own way. After three studio albums, shows with a.o. Napalm Death, Destruction and their recently played European tour alongside BEASTÖ BLANCÖ, the three-piece is now ready to unleash their fourth and new record "Diary Of Death“, out on July, 6th on El Puerto Records. „Diary Of Death“ is a true old-school jewel, capturing the infernal live energy of this amazing and unique act. „For us the album is more violent, fast and loud. All of our expectations were realized, we think that we couldn’t do a better work“, comments the band in comparison to their predecessor „Evil Origins“, which was released three years ago on Massacre Records. Bloodlost took their time, and „kept only the best riffs and ideas to create that album“. „Diary Of Death“ is quintessentially Thrash Metal without any doubt, inspired by the 80s classics of SLAYER, EXODUS and tKREATOR as well as by underdogs like DEMOLITION HAMMER, SADUS and EXHORDER. They do not claim to reinvent the genre, but you can feel their honesty and passion. „Inspiration is given by our imagination of hell, war and destruction, religion and zombies as well as the daily brutality of mankind. All of this can be found on „Diary of Death“, our very own and personal diary.“ Bloodlost are a part of the many, fantastic new and hopeful Thrash Metal acts, that came up within the past years. „For us in 2018, Thrash Metal isn’t dead and will keep on growing. Look at „new“ bands like Havok or Warbringer – Thrash is back with all its force“. „Diary Of Death“ presents eleven new songs, recorded at the Full Metal Studios in Marseille by the end of last year. A true and timeless masterpiece, every Thrash maniac will love and bang is fuckin’ head to!
