Italian heavy metal band Aether Void shares the official lyric video for "Death Wish" – Watch full video here: https://youtu.be/nWCATlZkkgI Get new album here: https://bit.ly/2q0zRrL Aether Void is an Italian heavy metal band formed in Modena (IT) on November 2017 from the ashes of No Way Out, which split up after releasing an EP and a Single. Three of the former members, Alberto Lugari (Drums), Davide Brusini (Bass) and Erik Marzocchini (Guitar) decided to continue playing and composing together, so they built up a new musical project. The line up was completed some months later, when two new members joined the group: Salvatore Thore De Matteo, vocals (ex Savior From Anger and ex Gorgeous) and Nicola Bondioli, lead guitar (ex Demolition Saint and Blood Of Seklusion). The new line up soon began composing and recording new stuff under the name Aether Void. The sound of the new songs was more powerful and aggressive, with influences from both classic and modern heavy metal (Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Iced Earth). In October 2018 Aether Void completed the recording of their first studio album Curse Of Life at Art Distillery Studios in Modena. The album will be released in early 2019 by Revalve Records. https://www.revalverecords.com/AetherVoid.html https://www.facebook.com/OfficialAetherVoid/

Watch it here: https://youtu.be/8DBiUFsL77A The video was filmed in the mountains around Big Almaty Lake in Almaty, Kazakhstan and features guest musician Anar Kassymova playing kobyz and kyl-kobyz. The band said of the filming process, "There is a belief that every time someone approach sacred places in the mountains, spirits send out bad weather to keep away uninvited guests. It seems a stone bowl of giant boulders near the Big Almaty Lake is such a special place. While filming on the lake went smoothly, the same task in stone bowl was a challenge. Every time we started shooting, it was snowing. When we stopped filming, the snow stopped too. We'd start to shoot again -- and again, the snow! But in the video, it looks good. No harm done." "The Grudge '19" is off ZaRRaZa's upcoming EP Rotten Remains, due out November 29, 2019. Having formed in 2012 with their Bullets & Beliefs demo, ZaRRaZa has quickly jumped to the head of the metal pack in Central Asia. Not only has the band been featured in Metal Hammer’s legendary "United Nations" series, but they have also had their music reviewed by Asking Alexandria! Their hard work culminated in being named one of the top five best bands in Central Asia as per regional powerhouse Kaktakto.com. The first band to have done a DIY tour in the region back in 2013 on the back of their Cutting Meat. Fast & Loud EP, they seem to eagerly be leaping from peak to peak. In 2014, the band toured with the Austrian grindcore freaks in VxPxOxAxAxWxAxMxC. This led to opportunities not just in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, but also the chance to open for groups like TYR, ROTTING CHRIST and ARKONA. They even were able to tour with Hungarian icons, EKTOMORF in 2018 and with metal gods SEPULTURA (2019). On October 24 band will open show in Almaty (Kazakhstan's largest city) for HAIL! Project. This willingness to slug it out makes sense for a band who sings about controlling your inner demons and using them to resist oppression of any kind. After years of inner turmoil and grinding it out in the underground the band released their first full length, Necroshiva, in 2018. It was recorded in Almaty, then mixed in Moscow by Arkadiy Navaho (KATALEPSY, SIBERIAN MEAT GRINDER). On May 11, 2019 Necroshiva was released in China via MusicDish. The cover art, done by Vladimir Chebakov, was recently featured in the book Heavy Metal Artwork: Masterpieces, 2018. Now on the eve of releasing the Rotten Remains EP, it seems like the future has never been brighter for these Kazakh extreme metal devotees. ZaRRaZa is:

The addition of guitarist Euge Valovirta (ex-SHINING) as a full member has raised the creative process to a level where, according to Jake E, "Everyone is playing to the point of what is best for the song”. No Halos In Hell is one of those rare albums that defies being neatly placed in a genre box: delivering tunes that are both heavy and dynamic, the record is loaded with melodic vocal hooks and musical earworms. The track hails from the band's highly anticipated third album, Maher Shalal Hash Baz, set for international release on October 31st via Lamech Records. A symbiosis of spiritual black metal and its Bathorian antecedent, here LvxCaelis create a shimmering cavern of haunting splendour, of cosmic weight verily crushed with the tyranny of true masters. Mystical and mesmerizing, Maher Shalal Hash Baz is the sound of LvxCaelis at the very peak of their powers. Hear "Throne of Doom," the second track to be revealed from the new album, in its entirety exclusively HERE. LvxCaelis was formed in the year 2004 in southern Chile by Irad and former drummer Etlidur. The band was rehearsing actively during their first years but faced many line-up changes. In early 2009, their first demo, Nigredo-The Dead Head, was recorded in the form of a rehearsal. This demo caught the attention of Lamech Records, which later released this recording on pro tape format limited to 300 copies. In the year 2011, LvxCaelis entered the studio and recorded their debut album, Mysteria Mystica Maxima 23, released one year later by Lamech Records. This album got a very good response from the black metal underground worldwide. Frater N. joins the band that year as their bass-player. In 2012, LvxCaelis decided to perform live for the very first time. Their debut show was held in December 2012 in Santiago, Chile. In the beginning of 2014, the band recorded a new demo called Slaughtering of the Lamb, which was meant to be an advance for their upcoming full-length. This demo was released by Lamech Records on pro tape format and limited to 300 copies. All copies sold out very fast, and it got great response, as well. In the same year, Irad travelled to Sweden to record the new album and perform a few exclusive dates - this time, integrating members of Hetroertzen for the live performances. The Watchers, the band's second album, was then recorded by Irad and Deacon D. on drums and released by Lamech Records in 2014. In 2015, LvxCaelis was invited to join Hetroertzen on their US mini-tour. This was the band’s first time performing on North American soil, and they got a great response there. Between 2017 and 2018, LvxCaelis focused on preparing material for a new album. During this time, the line-up was completed by the addition of drummer Frater B. Later in the autumn of 2018, LvxCaelis joined Hetroertzen and Sektarism for the "Lvx in Tenebris" European tour where they performed 10 dates over several cities of Europe. After the tour was over, the band travelled to Västerås, Sweden to record their third album, Maher Shalal Hash Baz. Recorded at Lamech Studios by Deacon D., Maher Shalal Hash Baz clearly shows LvxCaelis' musical refinement after 14 years of existence: a vast and visionary work that stays true to the band's original tenets whilst pushing its boundaries ever wider. Entitled "Mind", the single is a 17 minute long opus that together with its other half explores the body-mind duality along two epic 17 minutes tracks ("Body" and "Mind"), independent from each other but complementary. Superimposed, these two pieces give birth to a third one: the harmony of the body and the mind. You can listen to "Mind" at this location: https://youtu.be/1qMN_wwdHpk The new single was premiered in different countries: Portugal: https://metalhammer.pt/mantra-mind/ The Netherlands: http://www.dutchmetalmaniac.com/2019/10/exclusive-dutch-premiere-mantra-mind/ Belgium: https://metalfans.be/nieuws/7627/mantra-laat-single-mind-horen Italy: http://www.truemetal.it/news/mantra-ascolta-il-nuovo-singolo-mind-in-esclusiva-su-truemetal-it-112007 Germany: https://whiskey-soda.de/prog-metaller-mantra-exklusive-single-premiere/101942/ Lithuania - http://hardrock.lt/vaizdo-klipai/mantra-mind-6581.php France: https://www.metalorgie.com/dossiers/1890_Ecoute-Exclusive-Mantra_Mind Free spirit of the French metal scene, Mantra have been exploring the boundaries of progressive music for nearly 10 years. Ritual-like atmospheres on stage, shamanic or metaphysical concept-albums: the band cuts loose to give life to genuine shows, and goes as far as incorporating contemporary dance into its appearances on stage. The quartet, now scattered around France, unveils in 2019 its third album, MEDIUM, a project that once again pushed its limits. Is the body inseparable from the mind? What remains of us after we die? With MEDIUM, Mantra questions the very meaning of life and touches on a form of total art, crystallizing the interactions between reason and spirituality. As the underlying theme in MEDIUM's design, the complete superimposition of both sides of the vinyl prompted the group to innovate at every stage of its production: composition, arrangements, mixing and even mastering gave in to the exercise, turning this record into an extraordinary experience, where modern metal reconnects with the irresistible will to innovate of his ancestors. With nearly a hundred shows behind them, including two appearances at Hellfest, Mantra has become in a few years one of the spearheads of the progressive scene. The album "Laniakea", published in 2016, had marked the spirits by its ability to blend violence and softness into a prehistoric tale. MEDIUM sees the band fully assume its role of precursor, offering a record without any compromise, forever insensitive to conventions and standards. http://MantraFR.com http://facebook.com/MantraFR http://finisteriandeadend.com/en http://MantraFR.bandcamp.com Static-X has released a video teaser for their new song, "Hollow," off of their highly anticipated 7th studio album, 'Project Regeneration'. The album is scheduled to release May 29, 2020 with all pre-ordered merchandise associated with the new album to begin shipping October 15th. Check out 'Hollow' here:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elThuqP1Ynk&feature=youtu.be Originally scheduled for release in Spring of 2019, the new Static-X album, 'Project Regeneration' was first intended to feature several guests vocalists, along with the original Wisconsin Death Trip band line up of Tony Campos, Ken Jay, and Koichi Fukuda. During the recording sessions for 'Project Regeneration', one of the bands producers uncovered several additional unreleased / unfinished Static-X tracks, many of which contained isolated vocal performances by Wayne Static. Because of this incredible find, the new Static-X album will now feature lead vocals by Wayne Static on virtually every song. “It was very surreal” says Tony Campos. “Our producer was going through all of these old studio tapes, many of which were damaged. He called me up and told me that I needed to get down to the studio right away and listen to what he found.. I jumped in my car and raced to the studio and what he shared, fucking blew me away.. It was Wayne singing on track after track, but there was little to no music on any of it.. Most of the tapes were damaged and Wayne's voice was virtually all that remained in tact." “It was just crazy!!” adds drummer Ken Jay. “There we were.. Myself, Tony and Koichi, back in the studio together, after all these years, and somehow the universe decided to surprise us with all of these lost Static-X tapes containing Waynes voice. I just couldn’t help thinking that this was all somehow meant to be. I couldn’t stop thinking about how happy this was going to make Waynes family, and all of the Static-X fans around the world.” While this comes as amazing news for the fans, completing these additional tracks has created a lot of additional work for the band and their producers. Due to the busy touring schedule associated with the 20th Anniversary of Wisconsin Death Trip, the band had no choice but to delay the album's release. “The official release date for 'Project Regeneration' is now May 29, 2020.” Says Tony Campos "In the mean time, we have decided to go ahead and ship out ALL of the merchandise and schwag associated with the pre-orders to all the fans who have participated. This way they can have all of their shirts, hoodies, posters, etc, while we all wait a little bit longer for the music to be complete.. As originally planned, the CD’s will ship to everyone the week prior to release.. In addition, we are finally able to begin sharing some of the finished music from 'Project Regeneration'" adds Campos. “There is a lot of great stuff on the way, but right now we are going to share a video clip for one of the newly finished songs called 'HOLLOW.' This song was originally a demo from the Start A War album, which was never completed. “Wayne and I never felt like the music on the original demo was fully realized”. adds Tony. "The vocals sounded great, but some of the musical compositions from that time period felt a bit experimental. There is a reason that some of these tracks never made it on a previous STATIC-X album, and it certainly wasn’t because of Wayne's vocals. The band was just going through a lot of changes at that time and, in retrospect, it felt like we were straying away from that authentic STATIC-X sound that had really defined us.” Ken Jay adds, “When we began working on PROJECT REGENERATION our producers advised us to ignore all of the old demo music.. We opted for the original band to re-enter the studio with nothing more than Wayne's vocal tracks.. The vocals sound really great and I think that Wayne would be really happy with what we’ve done with the music and to hear that these tracks have finally realized their full potential..” “The 20th Anniversary for Wisconsin Death Trip only comes once in a life time.” Says original guitarist Koichi Fukuda “and this year has been absolutely incredible. The new album is going to be very special and this whole 20th Anniversary touring process has been a very unique and healing experience for the band and also for the fans.” “We are so grateful to the fans who have made 2019 such an incredible year for STATIC-X!" adds Ken Jay. “We have toured the world and celebrated the life and work of our dear friend Wayne, while playing our debut album front to back every night.. The fans have really exceeded our expectations and again, we are just so grateful!” “Now that the touring for 2019 is coming to an end, we have revised our schedule and we are excited to finish the album so that we can get it into the hands of the fans asap,” states Campos. “I promise that it will be worth the wait!” |
