Everlust, gothic rock / melodic metal band from Latvia, will release their sophomore full length album “Diary of Existence” on May 7th, 2021 via Wormholedeath on all digital platforms worldwide. Band Comment: "The album will consist of 11 compositions, which are like different diary entries. The album describes the feelings of a person writing a diary. The mood is mostly melancholic in songs like “Land of Dreams”, “I Never Was” and “Alone”, which are heartbreak ballads about loneliness and unrequited love, even a little mystical “Despair” filled with more aphotic feels. There is also energy driven philosophical song “Running” which is about being alone in a crowd and running from oneself, lustful song “Everlust” and bipolar “Destroyer”. The band also made their version of famous Sam Smith’s song “Writings on the Wall”. “Diary of Existence” will also feature a duet song “Entwined” with Ålandic band LAMORI's front man Matias Juselius, which is also a romantic ballad about sick relationships." About their new album: “Each of these songs is like the tales about our feelings, while going through some difficult situations in life and getting over them. We hope that these songs will be a helping hand to our listeners facing the same problems.” Everlust is a gothic rock / melodic metal band from Riga, Latvia. Their music can be described as melancholic and romantic. They sing about love, passion, heartbreak, misery, death. Besides, they are the only active gothic band left in the Baltic region at the moment with strong influence from bands like “Draconian”, “Theatre of Tragedy”, “Charon”, “Paradise Lost”, “Sentenced”, “Lacuna Coil”, “Trees Of Eternity” and more. In 2020 Everlust signed a record deal with “Wormholedeath” records label from Italy. The new album “Diary of Existence” was recorded, engineered, mixed and mastered at Titans Lab Studio (Ferrara, Italy). Produced by Carlo Bellotti and Riccardo Daga. Band members:

Symphonic metal foursome Sirenia recently released its exquisite tenth studio album, Riddles, Ruins & Revelations, via Napalm Records. The 11-track offering draws the listener deep into a versatile symphonic metal vortex through combining heavy soundscapes with modern influences and showcases the multifaceted nature of the unit around mastermind, bandleader, multi-instrumentalist, composer, songwriter and producer Morten Veland. This is proven evident once more on their fourth single “This Curse Of Mine”. The song sets off with a fresh yet harsh riff attack and consecutive electronics, leading into a confident and strong vocal presentation of operatic vocalist Emmanuelle Zoldan, whilst unfolding all its magic in a memorable, grooving chorus. Morten Veland on “This Curse Of Mine”: “We are pleased to bring you a lyric video for the song 'This Curse Of Mine' taken from our brand new album Riddles, Ruins & Revelations. As touring is not an option these days we might as well be bringing you videos instead of shows. That being said, we really can't wait to see you all on tour again though. In the meantime, please enjoy 'This Curse Of Mine'. We hope you like it.” Watch the official lyric video for “This Curse Of Mine” HERE. Morten Veland on the album: "Riddles, Ruins & Revelations is Sirenia's tenth studio album. The album is very diverse, as a Sirenia album should be. There's a lot of material that shows the band from a new side, and there is lots of material that is to be expected from the band musically. All in all, the album will take listeners through a journey that will cover both familiar and unexplored musical landscapes. We hope that you will enjoy the journey.” Sirenia is:
Connect with Sirenia online: English extreme metal group Ghosts Of Atlantis are pleased to debut their cinematic journey for the next track from their debut album "3.6.2.4". The bands sound is an epic journey for the listener, full of beautiful melodies, backed up by a crushing assault with emotive lyrics. Building the lore around the mythology of ancient Greece and Atlantis, GOA delivers it's own story, a story weaving both historic findings and fantasy storytelling. The album begins with the track "The Third Pillar", this first track ties in with the band’s 'Three Pillar' logo, and sets the tone. The bands debut album entitled "3.6.2.4" will be out March 26th worldwide via Black Lion Records in CD, LP and digital formats. "The Third Pillar" tells the tale of the great pilgrimage by the Atlantean people. The path to the Lemuiran Halls are treacherous, blinded by belief, the people embark across the lands. The ultimate goal being to reach the Three Pillars, it is said that the pillars are the sole point of contact with the Ghosts. The elders teach of the ability to unlock time travel and magic, yet, to raise the Ghosts, they must first survive the journey. Like both Cradle Of Filth, and Devilment before it, Ghosts Of Atlantis continues the tradition and staple of the witch county trademark sound. The sound is dark and aggressive, sinister and twisted, yet universally appealing due to big chorus lines, emotive orchestration and massive hooks Sonically, the band crosses many genres and lyrical styles, from poetic spoken word elements, full choirs, and memorable choruses to guttural destruction carried forth through the main vocals. Ghosts Of Atlantis (G.O.A) features both present and past members of Devilment, Failed Humanity, The Conflict Within and Cold Lazarus. Founder Colin Park states : "Halls of Lemuria" The road ahead is long and the elements ruthless. The Atlantian people embark on a pilgrimage to reach the great halls of Lemuria. For it is within these sacred walls, that the power to turn the tide of battle resides. The power to summon the Ghosts of Atlantis and give hope to the people of Atlantis. Crematory is well known for their harsh wave of industrial metal and gothic dimness – but this cover version proves that they are maintaining versatility in the latest stage of their long career. Connie Andreszka’s powerful vocal range combined with soft plugging guitar lines, make this offering a real stunner. Especially in dark times, the popular track originally performed by White Lion regains significance, reveals a light in the night and appeals to the people’s hope. The black and white music video presents both their passion for music and the melodic side of Crematory’s musical identity. Their latest release Unbroken connects all shades - on the one hand underlining the significance of strength and determination, while on the other, remaining faithful to the darker and existential roots of the scene the band was born in in the 90s. Crematory pursue their conquest towards the dark Parnassus of gothic metal finesse, their spirit unbroken ready to face the challenges of life. Crematory about “When The Children Cry”: "To shorten the time without live music caused by the Coronavirus, we recorded this cover version of White Lion's "When The Children Cry", to show that we are still here for our fans and supporters. A beautiful addition to our recently released album Unbroken (release date: march 6th via Napalm Records)!” Watch “When The Children Cry” HERE More Info: Website Napalm The symphonic/gothic metal band Graveshadow have released a new single, “Gwynnbleidd,” the Sacramento, California-based act’s first new music in two years. The track – which is now available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp and other digital platforms – marks the recording debut of the group’s new vocalist, Rachl Quinn, as well as new bassist Luci Rae. You can view a streaming audio player on YouTube - https://youtu.be/XrorDG70g3Q or find direct links at www.smarturl.com/Graveshadow According to guitarist Aaron Robitsch, “’Gwynnbleidd” was inspired by the popular Netflix fantasy drama ‘The Witcher.’ I initially wrote the music for the project that Will (Walker, guitars) and I were going to form when Graveshadow seemed like it was over,” he explains. “When Rachl was recruited, we felt that the song had the potential to showcase her vocals perfectly and show a strong comeback for the band. Lyrically, Rachl took inspiration from ‘The Witcher,’ continuing our trend of songs being influenced from a variety of fandoms, including ‘Game of Thrones,’ ‘World of Warcraft,’ ‘The Legend of Zelda’ and ‘Doctor Who.’” Adds Walker:- “I’m really excited about this track. I feel it showcases the next natural evolution of Graveshadow’s sound, and Aaron did a fantastic job composing it. It was also the first chance we got to work with Rachl in a writing capacity, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. I was on a huge ‘Witcher’ kick, so when Rachl wanted the lyrics to centre on Geralt and Ciri’s relationship, I was on board immediately. We’ve always enjoyed weaving lyrics about our favourite stories into our music, and I think this is one that our fans are really going to enjoy. It showcases a leap forward in the guitar work, and the orchestrations are bombastic and uplifting at the same time. This is just a taste of what we’ll be releasing later this year, and I feel it’s a damn fine first sip!” “Gwynnbleidd” is expected to appear on Graveshadow's forthcoming EP, which will further showcase the potential displayed on their 2015 debut “Nocturnal Resurrection” and “Ambition's Price,” both of which saw the group deftly mix symphonic and gothic metal with elements of doom, thrash and epic progressive power metal. Additional details on the new release will follow in the coming months. Since forming in 2013, Graveshadow have earned extensive praise for mixing fantasy-based lyrics with crushing guitars, beautiful keyboard melodies, thundering bass, earth-shattering drums and powerful vocals that range from operatic highs to unearthly growls, creating a rich and dynamic musical atmosphere that is ripe for storytelling. The group has built a steady following in the Western United States in recent years through regional tours and performances alongside the likes of Sirenia, Tarja, Angra, Arkona, Children of Bodom, Apocalyptica, Marty Friedman, Death Angel, Flotsam and Jetsam and Anvil. Watch the absolutely outstanding and surprisingly historical video – featuring hand saws, classical string instruments and the beauty of violence – below! Lord Of The Lost on the new single and video: “Since the founding of Lord Of The Lost, we have been wanting to shoot a video like this one. Unfortunately, none of our songs have ever fit to such a video. That hasn’t really changed with “A One Ton Heart”, but we didn’t want to wait any longer. So the video - in its non-existent statement - and our absurd looks have absolutely nothing to do with the song. Fortunately, the song didn’t care about that at all. And we have fulfilled another dream.” Watch the new official video for “A One Ton Heart” HERE! † DECLARATION † No living instruments were harmed during the filming of this music video clip. All instruments have already been dead and unplayable before. After the shoot their mortal remains were cremated in an adequate satanic ritual. The standard version of Swan Songs III consists of new songs, all recorded with The Lord Of The Lost-Ensemble, and brand new versions of a hand-picked selection of Lord Of The Lost classics, including the standout 18-minute-long song “Letters To Home”. Watch "Reflections" now: https://youtu.be/QPukuk5f8J0 The video has been produced by the directors Simone Furia and Michelangelo Ingrosso. The singer Elena Taby, comments: “Today, we all live in a sick society, we are losing sincerity, human relationships and empathy. Humanity is regressing to "homo homini lupus", but we have the opportunity to reverse this process with culture and art. In every single action we do we have a chance, leaving the instinct that leads us to the fear of the unknown or, thanks to art in all its forms, trying not to regress to a primitive status. We tried to include all these concepts in our new work, representing them as much as possible with colours and vibrations.” For more info, CD and/or merchandise orders, mp3, tour dates, news about Levania visit their official online channels: www.levania.net www.facebook.com/LevaniaOfficial |
