We are sure that great things will come out of this collaboration, and our band is ready to start this new journey. Be ready”. Ricardo Gelok, Non Serviam Records owner continues: "Sometimes hearing a few seconds of a promo is enough to know that a band has a lot of potential. So it’s also the case with Sirrush. Social Media Links: Website || Facebook || Instagram || Twitter || YouTube || TikTok Rockshots Records announce their signing of Italian fantasy power metallers RuinThrone for the release of their new J.R.R. Tolkien-inspired album “The Unconscious Mind Of Arda” due out on January 2023 to follow their debut album “Urban Ubris” and EP “Leaden Field”. Set to create an interesting narrative world, RuinThrone composes very captivating musical sections that are supported by complex and progressive structures. The band explains: "The album itself has been composed of stories inspired by Tolkien’s poems, his “Legendarium”. We hope the concepts we wrote can be “messengers” of reflection for our listeners, turning in a better awareness of their daily life. We focused on an alternative point of view of some stories written by Tolkien. We thought it would have been interesting to explore the mind of the main villains: Morgoth, the Witch-king, and Gothmog. The main concept is to develop a poem with no need for heroes. It’s a world populated by humanized characters creating a correspondence with the listener’s life." “The Unconscious Mind Of Arda” is mixed and mastered by Giuseppe Orlando (sound tech for Rhapsody of Fire) at the Other Sound Studios. Singles for “The Unconscious Mind Of Arda” will be revealed at future dates. "We want the listener to be “lured” by the darkness and to become as a whole with it." RuinThrone was founded in 2009 in Rome, Italy by Adriano Strinati, Haedus and Alessandro Finocchiaro. Soon after, Giorgio Mannucci (keyboards), Nicolò De Maria (guitars), and Francesco Comerci (drums) joined the band. The sound of RuinThrone is inspired by German and American metal bands like Blind Guardian, Helloween, Iced Earth, and Nevermore, but they have their own distinguishable dark and modern character.
Italian melancholic metallers SilentLie are giving fans another taste of their forthcoming second full-length "Equilibrium" with the unveiling of their new music video for the second single "On My Skin", a track about the story of the value of life to a son, through difficulties and hopes. It’s a smooth hard rock song, with a good rhythm, and a very catchy refrain. Always drawn to the dark side of emotions, SilentLie's "Equilibrium" proceeds along this path. It stands on modern heavy tones and an obscure mood that can be compared to bands like Ghost, Ozzy Osbourne, and The Cure. Spreading their dark wings, drums, and bass, SilentLie builds a wall of sound on which the guitars dance with tombstone keys while a powerful female voice embraces the listener with gritty, but catchy melodies. Many of the songs on the album, thematically, deal with the eternal struggle between good and evil, with lyrics introspective and personal. There’s a maturity to the music that acts as a pendulum swinging between 80s liquid verses and gloomy, almost doomy, parts. "Our first EP, "Blood Under Snow" was a collection of five obscure and atmospheric tracks, while our first full-length "Layers of Nothing" featured dark/gothic influences with some old-fashioned Sabbath riffing. The new material on 'Equilibrium" reveals a more focused sound with a blasting production. It's deep, heavy, and gritty with a dark outline. It's a collection of 10 heavy songs, a journey in the dark without fear." adds the band. “Equilibrium” was mixed in the U.S.A. by Grammy Award winner Dave Hagen at Dark Horse Studios (Mastodon, Evanescence, Alice in Chains). The album will be released via Rockshots Records on September 30th.
SilentLie was formed in Trieste, Italy in 2005. In 2007, they recorded "Behind My Face", a demo that gave the band several opportunities. In 2008, the song "Silence of Your Mind" appeared on two compilations: The Funeral Vol.2 (for the American label 272 Records) and Maximum Rock Attack (for the Magazine Maximum Rock). In 2009, the song "River Of Torments" was part of the Blood Sisters film soundtrack, from which a video was also extracted. In 2013, the band released the EP Blood Under Snow, a collection of five obscure and atmospheric tracks and in the same year, the video of the single "Regret" was filmed. In 2015, the debut full-length album "Layers Of Nothing" was released by Bakerteam / Scarlet records, later followed by the video of the title track. The album featured dark / gothic influences with some old-fashioned Sabbath riffing. After a hiatus due to personal reasons, SilentLie returned in 2021 to begin work on their second album to be mixed at Dark Horse Studios in the USA by the Grammy Award-winning Dave Hagen. The new material reveals a more modern and focused sound with a blasting production, but SilentLie still holds its identity: deep, heavy, and gritty with a dark outline.

After the release of the first single See Me Fall with Veronica Driven on vocals, Break Me Down present Lose Your Mind, a new track with a fast-paced rhythm, big guitars, and captivating vocals. The numbers of the song See Me Fall are, for an independent band, noteworthy: over 68K plays on Spotify and more than 45K views on YouTube without counting the constant growth of new followers on each social media platform. Veronica, frontwoman of the band, says:- “We all grew up with a happy ending: the prince who saves the princess from the evil witch or the evil queen. Many beautiful fairy tales have been written and many wonderful cartoons and films have been shot. But those stories are not true! We know very well that real life is not a fairy tale and there is rarely a happy ending. In a nutshell: in reality, the bad guys win. The whole process of writing our new songs started from this perspective. We wanted to give a voice to the villains of fairy tales and tell their stories, and their feelings. It is not true that we are only good or only bad. It depends on the situations we live in and which we are forced to face. Because in real life, when we are wronged, each of us can become bad and feel the desire to do evil, to take revenge. In these songs, our bad side wins ”. Tommy, bassist of the group, regarding the concept: "When we got together to write the lyrics and think about the contents of the songs, we asked ourselves: how many times in real life have we faced situations like this where everyone does their own interests regardless of the damage that can it provoke to others? It is precisely this question that influenced the writing of this song. Fairy tales do not totally deviate from real life but take inspiration from it. We did the reverse process, giving a "real" conclusion to what we want to end well in the fantasy", Fabio, the drummer, adds:" in fact, the Queen's heart is filled with hatred and resentment, sensations that we have all experienced at least once. However, hers are poured out against Alice who, not fully understanding her, unleashes loneliness and abandonment in her, and as happens to a normal person, Iracebeth reacts but in her case, being a sovereign, gives vent to all her folly". Iracebeth is a capricious, sadistic, angry, self-centered, and insane queen. However, she wears a red veil that covers almost her entire body, to hide from the judgment of others. During her childhood, she was teased by other children for her clumsy and funny appearance, and although her features have changed over the years, she still prefers to cover her body and face. She demonstrates her madness with magnetic, sinuous, and deadly movements; during the dance she condemns her victims by entering their minds, possessing them, and marking them with her favourite colour: blood red. It does not tolerate anything that is white and represents purity. Alice represents everything she hates, candor, innocence, purity, and beauty. He does not accept his presence in his kingdom and with a lethal waltz, Alice falls victim to Iracebeth. Break Me Down is an Alternative Metal band founded in Milan in 2017. Their songs' energy and beauty release a powerful emotion that explodes during their live performances. Among many shows all over their country, there are some important opening acts for international artists like Crazy Town, Joe Stump's Tower of Babel, Vinnie Moore, and Lacuna Coil. They released their first EP Resilience in January 2018, which contains three unedited songs written and produced by the band, then recorded and mixed by Matteo Magni at Magnitude Studio. In October 2019 Break Me Down released his first LP The Pond which contains eleven unedited songs written and produced by the band. In March 2020 there is an important line-up change: the new singer is Veronica Driven, a super talented old friend with a great desire to work and emerge. After a period of forced interruption from lives due to Covid, the group returned on stage in July 2021 with a SOLD OUT night at the Legend Club in Milan which inaugurated the new concert season. In April 2022 the band released See Me Fall, the first single with Veronica Driven at the mic, which marked a change of style for BMD, their music became harder but without giving up the melodic character that distinguishes them. In a few weeks, the song became the band's most listened to ever on Spotify. The innovative official video on YouTube offers an interactive ending: it allows the viewer to choose the ending of the story. The current line-up features Veronica Driven on vocals, Laerte Ungaro on guitar, Tommy Manza on bass, and Fabio Benedan on drums. Break Me Down are very active on social media, by following them you will always be updated on all the news concerning them. FACEBOOK ⇔ INSTAGRAM ⇔ TWITTER ⇔ SPOTIFY ⇔ YOUTUBE ⇔ TIK TOK Award-winning Italian producer, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, and re-mixer, NeroArgento announces he will be releasing his sixth studio album "Land Of Silence" via Rockshots Records on October 7th, 2022. An explosive mixture of grunge rock, industrial metal, and electronic music, packed with orchestral influences and acid fuzzy sounds, "Land Of Silence" follows the success of 2020's “Circles”, which soared to #10 on the iTunes Top 200 Italy Rock Chart along with more than 1 million streams on Spotify. "Land Of Silence" is the most coherent record to date from NeroArgento's discography. It's a solid industrial foundation composed of unmistakable low-tuned guitar riffs and very heavy drum grooves, topped with electronics and synths ranging from the most acid electro to retro wave pop-friendly melodies, without forgetting the usual and distinctive vocal layers. With great attention to every aspect, "Land of Silence" is entirely performed, recorded, and mixed by NeroArgento. The record was mastered by Brandon Ashley at D-Tuned in Brighton (UK) and features prominent guests such as Vicio (Subsonica) and Claudio Ravinale (Infernalizer). To anticipate the album's release, NeroArgento has chosen the track "The Way I Am" as the first single. "The track is influenced by a more classic nu-metal sound in the vibe of the early Linkin Park, but in a current guise, in the wake of bands like Tetrarch or Motionless in White with detuned guitars, massive grooves, and super melodic choruses," adds NeroArgento. The video clip for "The Way I Am" was directed by NeroArgento, Fabio Brunello (CGI), and Mattia Di Matera (live shots) and is a journey into the near future, composed of different power plays and opposing realities that contrast with each other in search of a balance that struggles to remain to stand, all surrounded by classic 80's cyberpunk settings and the inevitable neon lights. NeroArgento is recommended for fans of Motionless In White, Falling In Reverse, and Bring Me The Horizon. As a producer / arranger NeroArgento has appeared on more than 50 records released worldwide, is endorsed by ESP guitars, ML sound Labs, and Mad Cat Amps. https://www.rockshots.eu https://www.neroargento.info https://www.facebook.com/alessioneroargento https://www.instagram.com/aleneroargento Brought to life by the devious minds of the multi-instrumentalist and producer Alessio NeroArgento and vocalist Claudio Ravinale (Infernalizer, Disarmonia Mundi), The Silverblack is an industrial metal creature that quickly developed its own malicious sound, spitting out extremely catchy tracks, mainly keyboard-driven and supported by a wide range of vocals (from goth deep voices to extremely irate death metal shouts) featuring both sharp and aggressive passages and more atmospheric and eerie moments. The band's fifth studio album "Judgment" is now available as of June 10th via German label darkTunes and marks a substantial evolution in the band's sound, focusing more on aggression and heaviness when compared to their previous records, without forgetting the usual dose of catchy hooks and haunting melodies the band is already known for. In support of the record, they are also sharing their latest music video for the album's title track, which features guest vocals from industrial metal pioneer and former Fear Factory vocalist Burton C. Bell.
Talking about the prestigious collaboration the band stated: "Doing features is pretty common these days, but we wanted this to be quite special and meaningful. We consider this album the culmination of a process we started a bunch of years ago with the first record: in the beginning, we didn't know where we wanted to go, musically speaking, so we simply developed and evolved our style year after year, album after album. It's been a natural process: as soon as we finished this album we understood this is what we wanted to do since the beginning of the band and to put the proverbial icing on the cake we decided to recruit a singer that with his band started this kind of music in the first place. Burton's tone is unique: he is the voice of industrial metal and we wouldn't be here playing this kind of music if it wasn't for bands like Fear Factory who broke down boundaries within styles paving the way for what came next, so having him on our record is truly an honour and a one of a kind experience. His distinctive vocals brought the song to a whole new level and we can't wait for people to hear it".
The pounding title track opens the album with its bone-crushing rhythm and cinematic atmospheres featuring guest vocals by none other than iconic former Fear Factory singer Burton C. Bell delivers an incredibly strong and inspired performance gifting the song with an amazing chorus. The title track is quickly followed by another two ragers: “Punishment” and “A Lifetime Ago”. Both tracks hit the listener hard balancing aggressive parts with more melodic moments, written with the clear purpose in mind of being absolute live-crushers these two songs represent exactly where the band feels comfortable being at the moment. “Chasing Ghosts” brings back some gothic elements to the band's sound, with Infernalizer (born Claudio Ravinale, also known for being the vocalist of melodic-death metal veterans Disarmonia Mundi, featuring Soilwork's singer Speed Strid among their ranks) switching from the harsh growly vocals showcased in the previous tracks to a deep crooning voice in the vibe of Type O Negative and Moonspell. The following “Sometimes They Come Back” features an uncompromising aggrotech assault partly mitigated by the catchy chorus by the multi-instrumentalist NeroArgento, who is also responsible for all the melodic vocals on the album besides recording and producing all the instruments and the album itself. “Chrysalis” develops into a shape-shifting industrial metal interlude before the bleak assault of “Damaged” hits the listener straight in the face with its feral vocals, cyber synths, and crushing rhythm section. “Nocturne” is probably the lightest moment of the whole album featuring heavy retro-wave influences, theatrical gothic vocals, and a huge chorus while “Reality Check” hits hard again with its pounding assault. “One Last Nail” delivers the last handful of industrial metal kicks in the face supported by a more rock 'n' roll influenced groove before the forlorn melancholy of the almost-ballad “Into Null” closes what can be considered the darkest and heaviest “The Silverblack” album to date. The southern Italian lands of 1996, saw the creation, growth and establishment of the melodic death metal act Steel Cage. The group was spawned by an idea of guitarists / brothers Gianluca and Giuseppe Rungetti with drummer Genny Eneghes. That same year they produced the demo-tape Abyss Of Steel. In 1997, the band saw changes in their line up, but nothing could stop the trio from keep working on new ideas for future productions, concentrating on mixing death, gothic and some progressive elements with their primary roots based on thrash metal. They infused this with their anger and the pain of living in a sick society. Over the next years, the group released two EP’s, Visions Of Dark Millennium (1999) and Red Blood Planet (2002) and in 2011, their hard work culminated with the album Obsidian which was the first time Steel Cage featured a female singer. After further changes, Steel Cage finally returned with a new permanent female singer in the form of Silvia Nardoni and the return of former bassist Marco Campassi. The Craig Bernard and Culley Bunker-directed visual shows the band's high energy performance of the song in greyscale as individual members of the band are decomposed into animated particles with a series of visual effects. The 9-track album features the hit single "Start the Healing," which peaked at #1 on the Active Rock chart, in addition to the previously released tracks "Forgotten," which Rolling Stone described as "explosive" and "Lost In The Grandeur," which dropped as a final taste of Requiem just a few days before the record's release. Recently described by GQ as "bold and iconoclastic" and released to high acclaim including recent features on the covers of Revolver and King Kong magazines, Requiem is produced by Korn and Chris Collier. Energized by a new creative process free of time constraints, the band was able to do things with Requiem that the past two decades haven't always afforded them, such as taking additional time to experiment together or diligently recording to analogue tape - processes which unearthed newfound sonic dimension and texture in their music. Additionally, Korn is slated to take their live show across a worldwide run of headline festival and amphitheater tour dates kicking off this summer and running into the fall. The extensive tour begins with a headline performance at Daytona Beach's Welcome To Rockville festival before kicking off EU/UK dates in Amsterdam on May 25th. The tour will see stops in Berlin, London, Stockholm, Budapest and more before returning stateside for dates in Denver, Charlotte, Dallas, Boise and others.
