Grace Disgraced are an ambitious, ever-evolving band from Russia. Rooted in the classic sound of Death, they've been rather overlooked all along, struggling to find labels with proper distribution networks. That hasn't stopped them from going all out when it comes to presenting their music - the songs on 'Lasting Afterdeaths' are nothing short of mini-epics, with the average song length being around 7-8 minutes; moreover, each song has an individual artwork to thoroughly convey the mood and expression of the song. Mind-boggling progression and challenging technicality aside, the raw vocals of Polina add necessary brutality to the proceedings, bolstering the ever-sinuous and rhythmic nature of their music.
