Spanish heavy metal band Iron Hunter have just inked a deal with Fighter Records for the release of their debut album this coming summer.
Formed in 2015 under the name of Starlight, they soon changed the moniker into Iron Hunter and, in 2017, released their first recording in the form of a 7" EP through German label Underground Power Rec., a recording featuring Per Lengstedt (Portrait) as guest.
In early 2018, Iron Hunter got in touch with Fighter Records, resulting in a deal for the release of their upcoming debut album, which will be titled Mankind Resistance, and will feature guests vocalists like Pacho Brea (Ankhara) and Jack Bauer (Volture, Humungus). The album will include nine songs of a powerful blend of heavy metal and US power metal with a spice of speed metal influenced by bands like early Helloween, Riot, Heaven's Gate, and Iron Maiden.
Mankind Resistance is nearly finished, and very soon will Fighter Records reveal the first advance single as well as cover artwork and track list. In the meantime, listen to the song "Killing Machine" from their debut 7" EP HERE. For more info, consult the links below.
